1 /5 Oakley Eli: Went there for an engagement ring for my now fiancé and ordered a size 6 (her size). When I did propose the ring did not fit, we took it in only to find it was a 6.5 which was a half size up from what I ordered. The woman who put in the order was there and just ignored my frustration and annoyance. They resized for free but they do that for everyone. I feel they should have ordered a new ring after I spent so much money on it. Now the band has been weakened due to resizing. Upsetting to know I spent my money on a brand new ring that was not what I ordered. Now I will check the size when picking up any jewelry in the future.

1 /5 LB: I brought 2 watches in to be repaired. I explained to the gray haired woman that one watch I had just replaced the battery and the seconds hand was stopping at the 10. The second one I had no idea what was going on with it. I explained that they werent expensive watches, but they belonged to my mom who passed away recently and they have great sentimental value. She wrote up a ticket and I left. The next day she called and said they were all set to be picked up. I asked for a total and she said "20.00 for two cells." I was very excited. When I arrived the same woman assisted me. When she took out the watches, she noticed the time was incorrect and started to set it. She got a puzzled expression on her face and said "Ill be right back" upon returning, she said to me in front of the other customers in the store, "This is a cheap watch and its just broken; the other watch is so old it doesnt even have a battery and it wont wind. Theres no charge." I could not believe how crass she was. Also, WHY was I told there was a 20.00 charge for 2 cells when one watch didnt even have a battery. I dont see myself ever returning to this store. Very disappointed

5 /5 Charles Bertuch: Five years ago, on the eve of our daughter’s wedding, my dress watch band broke. Unsuccessful in finding a replacement anywhere else I stopped into Cazenovia Jewelers in Fayetteville. While they didn’t have a replacement band the owner offered to loan me a good looking watch for the occasion. No cost, no deposit, just genuine community goodwill. Today, I can finally say I was able to return the favor through the purchase of a beautiful gift for my wife. Between the sales staff and Ralph, we were able to find the perfect ring exactly in my price range. They have a customer for life.
