1 /5 Elizabeth Shannon: They only take on cases that are sure to win. I talked to the lawyer herself only 3 times in a span of at least 3 years, everything else is handed off to the receptionist who is overloaded with work. I was always rushed and they were careless. I was given somebody else’s MEDICAL RECORDS. I have pictures to prove this. Advice was sloppy and I felt like only a number. Unless you’ve already put in the work yourself, don’t bother to waste your time (years) here.

1 /5 J B: Lawfirm refused to Present my Workers Compensation Case in American Arbitration Association as it should have. Would not recommend. Alice told me over the phone how she didnt care about my case whatsoever because i called her out on how my case should have been presented in The AAA. Alice Refused. The office in Watertown New York is NOT ADA Compliant as stated on Google and on their Website. I was recommended this lawfirm by a family friend. After learning how Alice treats people our family and friends will absolutely steer clear. Alice also attempted to Charge Legal Fees she refused to explain.

5 /5 Nancy Clay: I appreciate Sue the receptionist she works extremely hard to give the best advise that she can. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for helping me along my journey. I know it wasnt easy and I have a case load big enough for a few of us. I cant tell you how much I appreciate everything. But I do know you guys work very hard. And even to get the congratulations at the end and just to call me and tell me meant so much. Not only by Molly but Sue as well. I appreciate you all more then Ill ever be able to show or express. You did a amazing job. And I know my case load was a lot. So I appreciate you even taking my case. And the patience along the way.
