Olivia Schneider This was my first year living off campus and signing with Paradigm was the best decision my friends and I could of made! The process was super easy and all the staff at the office are very helpful! Paradigm offers affordable priced housing and great amenities such as free parking, free laundry, and a tv included in the living room! Paradigm is also very helpful when it comes to needing any sort of repairs done, if you send an email they’ll be there that day! I am so happy with Paradigm that I resigned my lease for next year! Thank you Paradigm Properties for making this house my home away from home!

Mark Hagan My family was on a trip back home and decided to stop by at 830 on a Saturday when we pulled up it looked as if they were closed. We pulled through the drive thru and was told they closed the lobby due to being “short staffed” with 4 employees but they weren’t even remotely busy! We needed to use the restroom and asked if we could come in and was told no by the manager on duty. She was extremely rude and was a big Smart A•• telling us the restrooms at the gas station were very clean and open. When I asked for corporate’s information she was extremely rude. On top of all this ALL of the food was cold and not edible. This is ridiculous and definitely will sway my decision to eat at Wendy’s! I’d be embarrassed for serving that garbage!!!!! My 12 year old daughter could do better than your Manager!!!
