Nadine Ive known Joe and Ina for many years, from when they were in Forest Ave, flea market! They both will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They truly have a unique shop, lots of vintage jewelry, I think thats what drew me to them in the first place, nothing is same ole same ole. I was so happy to see theyre still in business on New Dorp Lane, since Ive been off the island for over 8 years. I travelled to them from upstate NY to get my granddaughter a piece of jewelery for her 18th birthday and graduation. As soon as I walked in Ina remembered me, we had some nice conversation and a pleasant shopping experience! Heather I went in yesterday to have my ring inspected and cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences here with staff in the years that I have been having my ring inspected. Rudeness, and lack of a smile, assistance or knowledge. David was a new face there, and what a breath of FRESH air. He was a COMPLETE gentleman! He greeting me with a smile and assisted in the process. He cleaned my ring like it has NEVER been cleaned before at Zales. I had to ask his name so I could write this review. Im not sure of his position with the company, but he should be the face of Zales. Beyond excellent customer service! Thank you David! I appreciate you!

Pristine Cleaning My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!
