1 /5 Emily Prentice: Worst bank ever! Havent corrected my loan payoff...in fact, they added more to it! Asked for a bank statement, but they dont have statements! What bank doesnt have statements??!! Cant wait to be rid of this bank!

1 /5 Danielle M: Had glens fall national for years. Never an issue. Arrow takes over and in two weeks time i have $90 in fees haha bye!!!!! Your bank math is hurting the poor. Closing the account on Monday.

1 /5 rick Nichol: I dont even want to give this Bank a star I was dealing with Saratoga National Bank but they sold to these losers I had a car loan out through them and then try to get another one and they wont do it because I dont live within 50 Mi of this Bank so they wouldnt give me another loan I said but I have the truck and you gave me the truck wont why oh because of weed only deal with dealerships like that I said so I can deal with a dealership and be 200 miles away stupid I said but I still have the loan with you guys I dont owe much on the truck why cant you just take a loan out against the truck and keep it on the same loan we cant do that why not its still the same thing you just be making more money idiots theyre just complete idiots I would never deal with this Bank ever again in my life

1 /5 Kenneth Howard: Good luck getting your money out of this bank. I have to wait for a form to be mailed, fill it out, send it back, wait 10 business days and than they’ll mail a check. So about a month to get what I put in back. Go anywhere else.
