The extra special service I received was amazing; I had wanted the old and New Testament on one medallion with a dove and my request was enthusiastically granted in time for Christmas. Shazbo I hadn’t been to this shop before and was looking to treat myself so I popped in. The shop is beautifully set out and very spacious. The seating dotted around makes it very welcoming. I was warmly greeted by Michele. She talked me through some of the beautiful jewellery they have on offer. Michele was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It’s nice to strike up a rapport with the staff before you make that purchase. They also cleaned my rings for me which was such a lovely gesture. I am looking forward to returning and buying something I had my eye on.

Elizabeth Deery When we initially began the process of looking for rings, I was interested in checking out Manns Jewelers. Nevertheless, due to scheduling they ended up being the 7th jeweler we visited - and lucky number 7 it was! From the beginning our experience was different - it was personable, not pushy and Bonnie spent more than an hour with us the first day, even though we had told her we werent going to purchase that day. We viewed and I tried on dozens of rings, and in the end made the decision to customize an already beautiful Gabriel & Co. piece - though we did not purchase that day we were back just a few days later to finalize. Throughout the process Bonnie sought to educate us on what we were purchasing and to make us clients, not simply another number in and out - both of which are more than I can say for a few other places we visited. We definitely recommend Manns Jewelers - we went in for a purchase but came out with a jeweler and we look forward to working with them in the future!

No idea how to accomplish Lydia helped me with supplies and offered a work area to complete and she was right there helping me with all questions. It was wonderful and I am so happy with my necklace.
