Elizabeth Coonradt Tammy is a wonderful nail tech! I have been going to her for about a year now. I followed her from her old salon to this one. I recommend her to anyone I come across. She is the sweetest person. She’s so good at what she does. I always get acrylic with gel polish and some designs! Love love love her designs! I work with my hands constantly (baker) her work holds up so well! My last set I had for a month because life got busy and I didn’t have time but, not a single one was broken or lifted. Truly love going to Tammy!

Jennifer Brown Absolutely love my nails from B&T salon. Tammy does a wonderful job. She takes her time and is very meticulous. She make sure that you are happy with the color and shape and it’s everything that you want. Tammy does an amazing job, honestly, I have never had a pedicure with normal polish stay on as long as it does without chipping. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure.

Chelsea Lounsbury I have tried out countless nail salons from Albany to glens falls. I’m pretty picky. I was holding off posting a review until I’d been here a few times. I’ve been here a handful of times now and the service is excellent. Best manicures in the area by far! They are gentle, consistent, great color selection and always on time! Can’t recommend enough! Elizabeth Page This was my first time at Anna nails and spa in Ballston Lake. The owner did my nails and made them look absolutely stunning. He took approximately two hours to sculpt paint and do a wax on my hands. The atmosphere in the shop was quiet. There was a lot of natural light no one was on their phones, no one was watching TV. It was a calming experience for someone who works five days a week and surrounded by people. It was exceptionally peaceful and I was able to sit and enjoy and relax and get the most beautiful set of nails I have had in a very long time .

Irina I have been a regular at Anna Nails salon since 2023. Annas always does my nails perfect! I do regular manicures, and the pedicure and cuticles are very important to me. She has an eye for detail, and she actually cares! She does a very nice foot massage and much longer than other salons. I like their massage chair. a combination of knitting and tapping is great for my back and she can do color on feet while massage chair is on! I can just close my eyes and relax. Anna is always very polite and professional. She will also advise you if she thinks color might not be a perfect fit if you are doing more than 2 colors

Jess Truly the worst manicure I’ve ever had, which is surprising and disappointing considering the reputation this salon has. I came here for ANC removal and a regular manicure with the intention of starting fresh on my natural nails that I had been growing out for the last three months. The owner took me and quickly drilled the ANC off along with my natural nails. She began picking and peeling the remaining dip that wouldn’t come off with the drill. This was so aggressive that my nail beds are still throbbing a few days later. I was left with jagged, uneven nails as she stood up and told me someone else would be finishing my manicure. The male tech came over and quickly polished my nails and sat me at the dryer. I’m shocked and incredibly disappointed at how careless, quick, and unprofessional this experience was, which is evidenced by the photos below. I would have considered asking to fix them, but I was in pain and didn’t want to damage my nails any more than they already had been. I’m now restarting the process of growing out my nails as almost all of them have broke since leaving the salon.

The atmosphere is different than other salons, they are fully staffed and offer so many different services and designs. They have fixed broken nails for me with no problem. Its awesome ! The nails I have now have recieved compliments from so many people. And the pricing is fair ! I couldnt be happier :)

Jaimie Corvetti The owners are friendly and remember my name whenever I’m there. I usually get ANC and I find that quality is subjective. I am rough on my hands and I have only had 1 nail break in the last several years. Depending on who does your nails, the thickness can vary but if you ask them to adjust it to your liking, they will. The pedicures are relaxing and I usually get gel on my toes which they are happy to match your nail color if you like to do that.

Masha Bulatova So my service (regular pedicure and dip powder manicure) took only 70 min, a $1/min I guess. I ended up with thick and bubble looking nails and no manicure! Usually you get a clean up, filing, cuticle care, removal of the rough skin on the edges...but thats not the case when you get Tara - there was not even a hand cream used, not once! When I asked to fix the uneven edge of a nail I got a sigh as a response, when I asked if she could take care of the extra powder stuffed under my nails, Ive got a sigh once again, and a cut. As for my pedicure Id just say if I dont redo it myself no 20 den tights will last a day Next time over a convinience of a neighborhood Id drive to Malta for a better service

J Carm I have gone here 2 times for pedicures first time was by a man and he did good. Second time was with Mandy. She dug so deep over and over again at the side of my toe nail, I could barely sit still while she was doing it. It was throbbing when I left and has only gotten more painful since. Expected to have nice toes for vacation now I can barely walk.. they do look pretty though. I would go back and ask to not see Mandy thanks !

Jessica Jones I live right around the corner and started getting gel manicures about 4 months ago. I really enjoy how efficient they are, and that I can get my nails done usually any time I walk in, or make a quick appointment to stop back later in the day. Prices are great too.

Fabrizia Rodriguez, Esq Great prices. Pedicures are always wonderful I suggest the hot stone one. ANC pedicures are well done as long as you want something simple. Limited colors but the product holds well. Clean and always open is the reason I keep going back.

Kaitlyn Carhart if i could give this place 10 stars…. i would. i’m not even a local, i was visiting from myrtle beach and decided on a whim to get my nails done. i regularly get dip manicures and when i tell you this was HANDS DOWN the BEST manicure ive ever gotten, i am not kidding. i wish i got the name of the woman who did my nails because you could just tell she was a perfectionist. she took her time and was very meticulous with how she did things. i left there and i couldnt find a single imperfection in my nails. they were flawless. they still are flawless. i will absolutely be coming back here whenever i come back up! so so worth it & SO affordable.

Alyssa Allen I’ve gone to Sofia nails quite a few times and it’s usually just and ok experience never super satisfied but kept giving them a chance because they are super close to home! Today’s service was absolutely horrible. I got a gel pedicure and ANC manicure. The guy was rushing so fast to the point where he kept hurting me with the grinding tool and was grinding the skin on my toes causing them to burn! Then during the anc he kept shoving my other hand out of the way and made the anc look chunky and just awful! I was signing the receipt, and he kept trying to grab it out of my hand before I was even done filling it out! Will not be back

Sierra Delaney I usually don’t go here but I had a gift card so I figured why not. The manicure itself was okay, but the guy that works there is so rude. He was aggressive doing the manicure, and got mad at me when I told him I didn’t have cash, and literally shooed me away and didn’t take my card for the $5 I owed him or even a tip I was going to give him. Long story short there are better nail salons don’t waste your time at this one. Have a good day lovely ladies!! :)

Giana Bianchi Not someone to leave a review but stay away from this place. Stopped here today because it was convenient and regret wasting my money here. Wanted a whitish/pink anc manicure so I saw a pinkish one and asked if it was sheer (I didn’t want it see through). The lady doing my nails didn’t answer me and took me to a seat grabbing the color anyways. Was very rough, gave me a cut (pictured below). She did the first coat of anc and it was completely sheer. I asked if I could do a coat or something darker over it and she said “too late”. Which I know isn’t true because I have been to places where they accommodate you if you don’t like the color, especially that far in. At the end I expressed how I don’t like how I could see my nail through it and it I could even just add glitter to the top and she said too late. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
