Cassy E Karen is the absolute best out there! She has been my hairdresser for several years now. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair. In fact most times I tell her to just cut my hair to make it look better and healthier and she never fails to amaze me. I even trusted her to do my hair for my wedding and she of course did even better than I could have imagined! If you are looking for a great hairdresser that is reliable, highly knowledgeable about her profession, and incredibly skilled in what she does give her a call right now!

Rebecca Beach Not only did Karen do a beautiful job on my color and cut- but she is so much fun to talk with!! Shop is immaculate and parking is 4 steps from her door. Her schedule is extremely accommodating with days and hours.

Ryan Ribbeck where do i even start. how about the massage, very painful. couldn’t understand anything they were saying. got burnt multiple time by the electric sander and the hot towels. laughed at my feet? completely overcharged hundreds of dollars for 2 manis and 2 pedis. my nails are deformed and both hands have completely different shaped nails and the thickness is ridiculous on my right hand. don’t have professional brushes to brush off powder. had a cut on my foot and they put some sort of lotion on it and for a whole 5 minutes that cut was burning. was completely rushed and while the man was doing my nails 5 other nail techs surrounded me as he did my nails all staring at me and my hands, felt very uncomfortable. they walked off with my phone for like a good 2 minutes and didn’t know where they went with my phone. charged 15 dollars for what i thought was a complimentary massage, my mother is in pain and had a lot of discomfort in her back. both me and my mothers nails were not made properly. some of my nails weren’t shaped correctly and don’t have points on the ends. they charge extra for shaping and i didn’t even get a chance to browse colors they just immediately rushed me to a seat without even discussing what i wanted. nowhere to show prices and charged for services without knowing about it. poor job on the nails and poor communication and the employees there don’t have the proper training to do nails correctly. i could do better then this. would get better results from at 10$ press on kit from walmart.

amanda hefner They dont have a large selection of gel polish. It was hard to create the look i wanted with my nails. I got a full set and I was charged me extra for a coffin shape, as well as another extra charge for putting sparkle gel polish on top of the plain color I chose. You have to shape a nail regardless so being charged for that on a full set is unethical. I thought it was very strange that she did one nail at a time when applyong the acrylic, ans then set a fan next to the UV light and told me i had to take my hand out and cool them down when they got hot. Every nail burned after 10 seconde under the light, had to come out and go back in to finish curing. This is an indicator of cheap and poor quality product used on the nails. My full set alone was $75 and no cuticles were trimmed or oiled and the nails were a little crooked so i couldnt even boast on social media about my new pretty nails the way i normally would after spending over $150 at the spa. I dont make much money or treat myself often so it kind of hurt to spend that and not get the results i wanted. I tried to be a good sport and give them the benefit of the doubt but i was truly disappointed. My pedicure looked great but then my toe start thobbing in pain the next day which lasted for over a week. It finally has subsided but i did have to pay extra to have my feet scrubbed for my pedicure which is the whole poiny of a pedicure so that was also disappointing. Outside of that, the massages and hot rocks and everything during my pedicure were very fun! And the place seemed clean. There IS potential here. I hope they get better for others but i will not be going back. I was going to give them another chance until my toe started hurting and i saw the reviews from others and realized it wouldnt be smart to go back.

Jodi Rae Baird Amazing service and pricing. The younger man (I didn’t get his name) did my pedicure - INCREDIBLE! Especially being 8 months pregnant, he did wonders for my swollen feet. Dan did my gel set and also incredible job!! He even added a touch of design after hearing my baby shower was this weekend and helped me with my color choice. 10/10, will totally be coming back!

Kimberly Caton This was the best nail experience i’ve ever had and trust me my nails look AMAZING. I had Dan and he made small talk with me and even made it a point to ask for my name when I first got there and he continued to call me by my name the whole appointment. Very nice guy, I won’t be going anywhere else for my nails from now on. My nails are PERFECT !! (First pic is my inspiration and the second and last pic are my nails)

Alyssa S. Beautiful salon, Madison was so great, and I enjoyed my pedi with her! She was very attentive and super sweet. The salon definitely is as described too, the lounge area is comfortable and relaxing, also loved browsing the boutique at the end of my service.

I had a facial, body treatment and pedicure and every service was amazing! My facial and body treatment were so relaxing, I almost fell asleep on the table! Highly recommend!

Amanda Becker Despite all the mixed reviews, Ive had nothing but good experiences with this place! I get the dip powder done on my nails and they turn out great every time! Ive had the man once and his wife the other 2 times (Im not sure what their names are) but they both do a great job! Ive never had to wait too long to get in either. The place is very clean too.

Margaret Rose Laurin I went there and made an appointment. It was the day before my wedding. I told them 5 girls for acrylic with gel and a gel pedi .my nails were crooked and my pedi gel nails are falling off. The girl who did my nails was so rough and impatient. I had the worst experience ever. Would not suggest. I never write reviews but this place takes the cake.

Felicia Snook Reasoning for 2 stars (otherwise would have been 1 was it was clean) took my daughter for her birthday the women who did my daughters nails was on the phone almost the whole time.Then walked away for a good 15 minutes and just left her sitting there with her nails half done. I had the man, after leaving I realized I had nail glue in multiple spots all over My fingers at one point was in such a rush he put to much glue on and stuck the nail on and it shot nail glue all over my brand new hoodie. Things happen I understand that,so wasnt a big deal. Then I get home and realize theres glue on other fingers along with the nails not properly fitting so they are to short on the side. I got them done 1/17 today is 1/18 and it already looks like the nails are weeks old. The clear coat is all spotty and bubbled the arcylic did not go all the way to my cuticle so it looks like they need to be filled already. And there is chunks of the acrylic under the nail. Will not return seriously disappointed. Attaching pictures.

Marja Cormack-Price They do decent work for Batavia anyway BUT, don’t have another appointment in the same day, you won’t make it. I find it very unprofessional for a business to have schedule an appointment and you don’t get seen until 30 minutes of the appointment has passed. I made an appointment for 1130, it is now 1210pm. I slotted an hour and 15 minutes out of my day for this appointment, that should only take an hour. I won’t get out of here because the guy I made the appointment doing a manicure. This is not the first time this has happened which is why I don’t come here on a regular basis. I told my next appointment I will be there at 115 and I am still sitting here. I find this disrespectful, therefore this will be my last time coming back. BTW, this is the same day about 15 minutes after I left the shop which was 2 hrs after my scheduled appointment

And did everything that I wanted!!! Definitely recommend this establishment The place was so clean and welcoming. I had Felix and I would love to have him again. As my first time going to this place I truly have no complaints anything negative to say

Lizzy Balon They were really nice and my pedicure was great! It was my first time coming here. I got acrylics and though they’re a little bubbly (idk how else to explain it) they look pretty good! I didn’t have anxiety (which I normally do in nail salons) because it was a cozy environment and none of the nail techs made me nervous. It was also a very good price! For a full set of acrylics with gel polish and a pedicure with gel polish, it was $95 in total. The only thing though is that the guy who did my acrylics hurt my cuticles and nails so bad. I couldn’t touch anything a few hours after getting them done and a day later (today) my nails are literally sore. I think he also pushed something under my thumbnail a little bit and it hurts so bad. I’ve never had my nails hurt after acrylics however when he was doing them it kind of hurt sitting on my nail so it might’ve been the chemicals, and I didn’t say anything so that’s on me. But he did make both of my thumbs bleed.

bry burns I have been to here for my last 4 acrylic sets, and they really are amazing. Very, very nice people and I’m never dissatisfied with their work. The prices are very fair too, especially with how good the work is!

Aylon S. Good experience here! I got gel nails which didn’t last super long but turned out very nice in the beginning. My aunt got normal nails which also looked very nice! When we arrived we were immediately started on, which is thanks to calling ahead. You cannot book appointments so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling ahead to see how long the wait is for whatever you want done, and they will tell you. (For example they told us it was going to be a 30 minute wait for our nails so we just left home after 20 minutes and we got in right away.) Staff are really kind and friendly! The area is a bit fumey (like most nail places) but clean and comfortable.
