oris ken First time experience was great. My girl friend has been going for years and enjoys it. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Treatment is not rushed. They know you once you have gone a few times. The foot massage and manicure was great I got that done for myself while my girl got her nails done as shown in the pictures.

Au11e1 0 Ok please ask for the lady Tee if your getting your nails done. She truly wants to do the best, she’s not lazy and has empathy. I am obsessed with my nails!

barbara anthonson I had one of the best pedicures I’ve had in my 72 years. Love the hot rocks, massage, attention to detail on my feet was fabulous. ♥️♥️

Jessica Lucenti Ok so I am only visiting and need my full set of acrylics! She wanted to take the quick way out only did TWO nails with the tips shaped the rest of my natural nails and then on top of it couldn’t shape any of them properly! Horrible experience with the place! I have never had such a sloppy job done on my nails ever! I have never had such uneven and sloppy work before! Completely disappointed and shocked this place still gets customers!

Olivia Taylor HORRIBLE. Please do not waste your time going there!! I went to go and get my acrylic set done and two hours later I was at work and notices when I was fixing my jeans that the polish was still wet and it ripped off, she put coat over coat without it being dry! While I was there she was too impatient to wait to let the polish dry before putting on the gem and it slipped right off so she had to re paint it not 1 but twice, at that point I told her to leave it off, I was charged $50 for these nails and as you can see she didn’t even cover most parts with enough polish in the pictures if you zoom in!!!! Once I left and almost TWO hours later and the polish was still wet and came off, I decided I was gonna get my money back because it was ridiculous. I go in the store and ask for my money back and her workers are more than rude and tell me I have to go back a different time because the owners not there. I ask if someone else could re paint them and I’ll speak to the owner later because I had plans and they told me that they weren’t doing anything for me. So I had to get them fixed elsewhere, I brought a receipt back to this salon to prove I had to pay more out of pocket to get them fixed and I needed my money back and she told me she can’t do anything and I should have had someone there fix them. I TRIED. I’m 15 years old and I work almost everyday for my money, the owner told me to TAKE HER TO COURT BECAUSE SHE WILL FIGHT ME FOR IT KNOWING MY AGE, and THEN kicked me out. Horrible service, untrustworthy and ONLY in it for the money. I recommend JK nail salon in auburn but please do not waste your time here. $50 down the drain, I hope it feels good jipping a 15 year old girl out of her hard earned money!

Alyssum Cacchione This was only one week after I got my nails done at JK Nails, mind you they were $70 for a full set. After only one week they looked so awful I couldn’t take it. Went to Nail Master instead and they fixed it very quickly for $35 which was a little expensive. This salon definitely could use a deep clean which kinda put me off a bit but my nails did come out much better.

Kristen Vreken I went 3 days ago and my nails are already chipping and my hair gets caught on them. Meaning they’ll be popping off soon. My ring and pinky finger was supposed to be stripes but it looked so bad I had to go over it at home with black because it looks like a child drew it, I wish i took a picture before panic painting over it. As you can see those two nails are bumpy and weirdly shaped from the “stripes”. She was wearing a mask nut kept coughing without looking away or covering her mouth, masks only help so much, especially when they’re sitting right in front of you. My right hand pinky isn’t fully done and my left pinky is completely miss-shaped. I’m a nice person and didn’t know how to say anything before I left which I regretted once I noticed it’s been 3 days and they’re already chipping and falling apart. Please choose any other salon, or speak up if they look bad.

Julie OHara I just had my nails done here today and my nails turned out beautifully I also find the salon to be relaxing and the manager Nina is there to handle any issues with anyone who isn’t satisfied with their results and she will rectify the situation. I have been going here for many years and I highly recommend this salon for manicures and pedicures and waxing. Nina did my fill today and it was top notch.

Brooke Thomas I went in to have one extension placed on a natural nail that broke. They ended up putting get extensions on all my nails. I was annoyed but they turned out fine. Went in 2 weeks later to have them removed, they destroyed my natural nails. They have gash marks all over and the people rushed removing the gel extensions. I’m so upset and my nails are horrible, gashes all over. Would not recommend this place, they rush and don’t care about your natural nails.

Emerson Brown I’ve been going to miracle nails for a while but the past few visits have been exceptionally bad, today 10 minutes into my manicure the nail guy was cutting my cuticles off and deeply cut my finger. he did apologize but little was done to treat the injury except a quick paper towel with some liquid on it. it’s been two hours since my appointment and my finger still won’t stop bleeding. they also cut another finger a little bit but not nearly as bad. the cut is deep and long and very painful. they didn’t even offer a discount.

Jodi Prell It’s been years since I have come to this nail salon. I had a pedicure done and it was great. I am not someone who gets their nails done regularly but enough to know this was the worst experience. I went in to get powder nails done. There wasn’t anyone in at 4pm on a Thursday. After getting sat to a station with a gentleman I noticed the place wasn’t very clean. The gentleman that did my nails grabbed brushes that should have been thrown out. Example of one of the brushes was the small square brushes you use the scrub and clean your nails. I am not even over exaggerating when say the bristles on this brush looked liked it had been used to scrub down a bathroom. The bristles were broken and distorted. For some reason he used it to lightly after dipping my nails. I am glad that my cuticles weren’t overly trimmed and bleeding. Because there is no way someone wouldn’t get some kind of infection. He also never did push back my cuticles The one star is for that my actual nails are smooth and not rough. I think the pictures are self explanatory of my experience here. These were taken in the car right after. The powder nails were $41 cash & I gave him a $14 dollar tip. So in total I spent $55.

Courtney Morgan The tech I had was very detailed and focused and attentive to the details both in listening to what I was looking for as well as the hand design and work. Vert happy w results as well as treatment.

Diane Smith I was a regular. I had scheduled an appointment for four of us to get our nails done before a wedding. We were charged more than normal. Said it was a wedding package. We did not book as a package. We also we’re not able to sit together. Nor we had the experience together. The owner, Lisa did one of the girls nails Was a horrible job. the next day they were chipping it took twice as long to get it done. Lisa was answering the phones and talking, not paying attention to where she left off when she was doing the nails. Personally, I had Nancy she does a great job. But there’s more to just one person. Won’t go back. All four had regular pedicures, three dips and one regular manicure.

MARIE POLIFRONE I just had a mani-pedi. I’ve been struggling to find a nail place while I’m up here over the summer from Long Island. Tried a place in Skaneateles and it was a little bit of a sloppy job. Tried this place and the same. There’s nail polish around my cuticles and they told me I was dry, but I am not and I’ve already smudged a couple of nails. I’m used to going to places that have nail blowers that you can sit at as long as you want but they don’t have those here ..just little fans at the nail station and they want you to vacate the chairs for other customers. The one good thing I can say, is that my pedicure was very thorough. She did a great job cleaning up my feet, calluses, the massage chair was amazing, etc. My issue is with the way my nails are polished, which is not professional looking at all. I guess I’ll keep looking!

Kate Madden I went & got my nails done on a Saturday, first off they didn’t ask me if I wanted them cut shorter, didn’t square them out nothing. Second they couldn’t draw a simple flower on my nail & finally it’s only 3 days after I got them done & the polish is already chipping! I will never go back again!
