Michelle G I have been going here for over a year, and I can honestly say that Carryn is the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She genuinely loves the art of doing nails. My nails always look perfect, she’s super polite and professional, and her salon is always super clean!

Tina Int-Hout By far the best nail salon in town! Carryn truly cares about her clients and you can tell she loves what she does. She is very warm and personable and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk through the door. I LOVE my nails and wouldnt go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Develyne P Erin, the owner is super nice and welcoming. I had an appointment with Sara, and at first some difficulties arose due to the unfamiliarity with my short lashes, but she was super quick to arrange another appointment just so I would feel happy with my end results. She was very nice, and cared about each clients’ experiences and lashes. My lashes came out great. She understood what I wanted and succeeded in the end. I already have my weekly fill appointment set up, I will definitely go back! The service was fast, the people were professional, yet caring, and the place was beautiful and clean! As a college student, I’ve been looking for a good lash spa in Oswego, and other places don’t compare with prices and services. Try Sonabella before anywhere else, you won’t be disappointed!

Cynthia Went for the first time to get a full set with a French. I had David as my technician and he was wonderful. Friendly, detailed and asked questions to be sure I got exactly what I wanted. I am extremely pleased with my experience and will be coming back. Thank you, David!!

Ethel Cutrano This place is great! Every time I come I get fast and good service. As a regular customer, they always try to accommodate me even if I have to wait a little. They are always friendly and happy to provide quality service. Prices remain reasonable too!! Overall a great place. PS Wendy is my favorite. Anna Banana is my mom’s favorite. But they are all great at what they do.

Bianca Hendrick They are newly renovated as of January 2024, and it looks amazing! Tina and her crew have done an excellent job taking over. Tina strives to make sure every customer leaves happy and is more than willing to fix any mistakes people may have.

Mackenzie Booser I got these brown chrome nails last week I’ve been back already once for them to fix chips and peeling of the polish then I asked if I could just do a color change because clearly the polish was too thick it’s peeling off and they said it would be another $30 after I already paid $60. It’s been 1 week I’m not impressed their nails definitely don’t last.

Morgan Krul i messed up when booking my appointment and basically went in as a walk-in, but even though they were incredibly busy Tina still made sure to get me right in! She also worked on my nails as I was getting a pedicure, which I greatly appreciate. even if they were just trying to get me out of there quick for customers with an appointment, the service was great and all of the workers are incredibly kind and make sure you leave with what you want!

Jennifer Vant I went to NY Nails for the first time today. I made an apt, but it ended up that I’d be late. I called and they said it wouldn’t be a problem! Not only were they accommodating to my schedule, they did an amazing job on my nails, the salon was clean and my nail tech was super sweet and nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend them!

Joyce Kelsey They do wonderful pedicures. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and do an excellent job. It can be crazy busy there on weekends so I try to go during the week. If you want to go on Friday or Saturday I would suggest making an appointment.

shannan Bennett Nothing like walking in signing in and waiting 30 minutes to even be noticed or to acknowledge me. When they do finally notice me I get told they don’t have time and to come back later or make appointment. Definitely won’t be coming back again, they were rude and wasted my time.

Kailee Montross I went with 2 friends, the people who came in after us were told there was no time for them. Soon after 2 people walked in who got taken before my friend and I who had been waiting 45 minutes already. This picture was left from one of the women that came in after me but was taken care of first. She never cleaned up the nails she cut from the women before. As I was waiting to have my gel polish soak off she took another person fixing their nails from an earlier session ignoring me. It was obvious they were annoyed we were there and wanted our nails done. We came in 50 minutes till closing. I left after waiting over an hour with almost no service or help. They were rude to all the customers in the building. When she started to take my polish off she used a drill on my nails even though I had no acrylics on. I have never had such a bad experience from a nail salon from service, cleanliness, and hygiene. I am extremely disappointed.

Maggie Swift Possibly the worst manicure I have ever gotten. Dude was about to not do my cuticles until I asked him to. He also didn’t clean under my nails which had visible gunk under them. The paint job is laughably atrocious. I kept having to ask him to paint closer to my cuticles because he was leaving a huge gap, which would make me have to get another gel manicure in a week. They were 30 mins late in starting my appointment and I was there for TWO HOURS for a regular pedi and gel mani.

Maria Teh Awesomes :3 Walk-in, lady wasnt fazed when I said I wanted three different polishes for my manicure. Very quick but not rushed at all, just efficient. Hand massage at the end felt great. Will definitely be back!

Veronica i asked for almond fresh tips and idk what shape this is and it was very rushed and lady was rude and gave nasty looks, i hated my nails. i will not come back

Daisy Ladd Went to get a pedicure and full set, wanted the pink and white ombré for both they told me I could only get French tip on my toes so I said okay then they tried to tell me I could only get French tip on my fingers and that was it so I said never mind I’ll just get my toes done then. I then left unsatisfied they didn’t do anything right about the pedicure at all and then charged me $82! When I went to say something about the price not being right they immediately jumped down my throat and said it was for color and this and that and I didn’t even get color! They were mad I didn’t want them to do my nails as well and overcharged me and left me with a terrible pedicure. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place.

Angela Fratta Not only did I get the worst set of acrylic nails done at Royal Nails, but when I came back the owner was very rude and nasty about taking them off and getting a refund. I was denied a refund and told I would have to pay extra to get them taken off. All of the polish was uneven and thick, and the tips all pointed upward, pulling my nails with them. I would not ever recommend this place to anybody I knew.
