Ive struggled alot with hair loss after pregnancy and she helped me out so much with that! She also helps me out with any other questions I have ever needed! Alexandria Morey I LOVE my hair since starting at Romina’s! I lived in Boca Raton, FL for 20+ years and never found a stylist as talented as Romina. I’ve seen her three times, each time for Balayage, hair cut, and also a conditioning treatment. I honestly feel like a different person because I actually LOVE my hair. I wear my hair down almost always now (instead of back in a ponytail). My hair also looks great for months, not just for a few days and then back to yuck. I know I sound gushy, but it’s so hard to find someone so great. Romina is also a very nice person and I always enjoy chatting with her or just sitting quietly depending on how I’m feeling. She’s amazing, I couldn’t recommend her more!

Jennifer Bernard Not sure why my hair is so difficult to cut but Adriane is the first in a long time to figure it out!!! I’ve also had issues with my highlights changing color and needing toned frequently. She highlighted and cut my hair and it still looks great even months later. She’s also sweet and funny and all the girls that works there are so nice too, relaxed atmosphere with super talented stylists - what more could you ask for?! Highly recommend!!!

Todays Project Guide So.. me and my wife have been together almost a decade. In that time she has never and I mean NEVER let someone do anything to her hair. I guess sometimes stylists “do what they think you need” and not as much “what you want”. Now I’m not speaking from experience and neither is my male pattern baldness. That being said, Jennifer Parker did my wife’s highlights as the FIRST STYLIST TO TOUCH HER HAIR since we met and the end result was absolutely beautiful!. She listened to what my wife wanted and based on a few conversations and images shared Jennifer hit it out of the park!. Men if you need to bring your girlfriend/wife/fiance/bff to a stylist that will do an absolutely amazing job then go to Tru Image Salon!.

Rebecca Flinker Jade came to my venue to provide bridal services to me (updo) and my four bridesmaids (varied requests). The salon trial was a lovely experience and Jade took my half-formed ideas and created something truly special. She was such a positive and calming presence to have around on my wedding morning and everyone LOVED her work. Somehow she took the amazing trial look and improved it. My hair didnt move an inch but it still looked natural, light, and totally me. Cant wait to go back to her/the salon or a haircut in a few weeks. She went above and beyond for us!

Angela Carpenter After searching high and low for someone who could truly grasp my curly hair, I was lucky enough to find James. His energy was instantly amazing and after my first cut my curls and I were hooked. It wasnt long before I decided to have him do my color as well. Red is so tricky and he took mine to the next level at the very first appointment. Every time I go he has a fun tweak or change to keep my color fresh and fun. Recently the salon has evolved more into a wellness center. The new environment is so relaxing and the added treatments leave you not just with happy hair, but a happy soul. brandy thomas So my first experience with this business was requesting an appt online months ago and never hearing back. My second experience was calling to make an appointment, being told that I’d have to wait for a stylist to call me back IF they have availability (why do you have someone answering phones who doesn’t do scheduling?) and then receiving FIVE CALLS in a row from the stylist when I didn’t answer the first. I was on a freakin meeting and they would not stop calling. So wildly unprofessional and almost entitled. Like if you don’t have time for me when I call should I just call back over and over, basically harassing you, until you do? The irony is that they did eventually leave a voicemail and told me to use the online booking system (which again, already did and didn’t hear back). Deff not using this business.

TheFireFlyStudio67 First time at this salon. Called for an experienced stylist to correct a poor haircut and was assured Emily was the person to do so. Upon my arrival I was not greeted or even acknowledged until after 15 minutes I finally asked someone if Emily was in. An hour later I walked out having had a shampoo and blow dry . Absolutely the worst experience in a salon I’ve ever had. I won’t be back and would advise anyone else looking for a professional salon to keep looking!

Kayla Lee I believe we had Emily for my oldest son’s haircut. She had black hair with these cute bangs and a half up half down hairstyle tonight. My son showed her a picture of what he wanted and she knocked it out of the park! My son walked out of that salon with confidence and the feeling of so much happiness. My youngest son got his first real haircut from Marta. She was a gem! She made him so comfortable and at ease. She chuckled at his little jokes and how much he was chatting her up! He listened to her really well and she got everything done that I wanted for his haircut. My husband also got a beard trim and he looks amazing! I’m so thrilled! We will definitely be back!

Rachel Anderson Jessica was an awesome stylist and made the appointment go by quickly! She did an awesome job cutting my hair to the length I wanted. While the dye job wasn’t entirely what I was going for she made the experience fun! I was going for more of a lighter pink that blended in more smoothly but this was also my first time dying my hair so I didn’t know how to communicate what i wanted.

Caden West Paid $250 for my wife’s hair to be highlighted ash blond from a dark brown. First appointment she left with chunky highlights that were light bronze opposite of what she wanted. After speaking to owner came in the next day with a new stylist that said she could get the original ask, and proceeded to dye her hair back to her natural hair color with no hope to fix it after back to back days of product

Rick James Rachel is absolutely amazing at what she does, especially with colors! My daughter has very curly hair, which can be quite a challenge, but Rachel makes it look effortless. My daughter loves going to her, and every time I mention she needs a haircut, her response is always, ‘Let’s go to Rachel!’ Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist.

Courtney Sheeran I followed Rachel Mihill from another location to En Pointe and wouldnt go to anyone else for my color. Not only is Rachel friendly and accommodating, but she is so talented! I typically stick with my copper red with some fun blonde pieces but have also done some fun colors like pink, green, and purple and its always looked wonderful. I also have brought my daughter in for fun colors and cuts. My hair is always so shiny and soft when I leave and I get compliments on it constantly. I wouldnt trust anyone else!

Jazmyne Marsh (April 2021) I went in asking for a simple perm, seeing how this was my first perm I’ve ever gotten. My opinion the girl who did my hair didn’t know what she was doing. My hair came out still Straight! My hair today (April 2023) still hasn’t recovered. They charged me 130$, I wouldn’t have even paid 5$ for this kind of service. Not to mention the girl doing my hair was extremely rude!
