Nicolle Mendoza So disappointed. I called this insurance because it was highly recommended and my family has been using them for years. I spoke to a guy who had a bad attitude. He thought I couldn’t hear him when he told someone else in the office that “she doesn’t even know what city she’s in” although I gave him my city and it exists? And quoted me a number that was a 544% increase. I don’t mind if someone tells me they don’t service my area or even if they don’t know, but this was uncalled for.

Edward Specht Scavone had our information for 20 days and came back that because we had too many claims - they cannot insure us We had ONE claim two years ago for a rental property. There were two other claims past the 5 years of statue of limitations. PLUS we got our own quote from Travelers where this BROKERAGE could not. Find another insurance broker people or do it your self. Worthless
