Gary A wisniewski What a great experience working with Dr Kaplansky and his staff. It all began with his website that was easy to navigate and set up my first appointment, to the sales staff, and all the dental assistants were always available to help and answer questions. The appointment notifications came regularly with reminders of your upcoming visit. Lastly, Dr. Kaplansky was very personable, always greeted you by your first name when ever he came into the examining room. He fully explained the procedure that was going to take place that day so I really did not have any questions. All in all a wonderful experience.

Valerie Graff My teeth are very well taken care of. You pay for what you get. Great service, wonderful staff, state of the art facility and equipment, very clean facility. The technicians are super patient and friendly and thorough. After 60+ years of dental technicians, I would easily say Elizabeth is my utmost favorite. I especially appreciate her method of rinsing with dental suction during cleaning. No nasty spitting in the mini sink! :D It may be difficult for some to afford the spectacular services of Dr. Kaplansky, but making every effort to do so will be greatly rewarded with a smile youll be proud to show!

Ben M This rating is based on my 3 appointments there. My first appointment i got xrays amd then sat in the chair for 40 minutes and no Dr. or Dentist came to see me. One employee said that the Dentist was looking at my xrays 10 minutes in and then after 40 minutes the same employee came back and said they needed more..... i left because of Work. When I came back. They did get those other x-rays and then finally the dentist came in to see me and they had x-rayed the completely wrong tooth. However, I did trust them enough to remove that tooth which was finished about 45 minutes ago and it was, in all honesty, the most painful experience I have ever had. In all fairness, they could not have done much more for the pain than they did. Staff was friendly. It was pretty crappy that you have to pay in full before you can schedule a procedure.

Melissa Morreale I would actually give a No stars. Be careful in here because they don’t even let you know when you have a credit. And they’re overcharging you! I’ve spent thousands of dollars getting my teeth straightened here. So when I have my next visits, they overcharge me. Just be careful and check your billing. And they are very disrespectful when you question it.

Kristin R We’ve been going to Lockport Dental as a family for years. They are great with kids…sunglasses for the bright exam lights and fun flavors for cleaning their teeth. I’m personally grateful that they listen to my concerns and are careful to not trigger any of my chemical sensitivities, going so far as to polish my teeth with a plain pumice mixture. Everyone is friendly and the hygienists and dentists are top-notch.

Over the Hill and Far Away I have been a patient of Dr. Shaw for 42 years. I moved out of town over 20 years ago but still make the 3 hour drive back to Lockport for all of my dental needs. The staff at Lockport Dental have always treated well and making appointments and billing have gone smooth. Dr. Shaw is hands down as good as it gets when it comes to a dentist. He is skilled, has vast experience and communicates everything to the patient to explain what needs done. If you are in need of dental care and are looking for a dentist who is caring, skilled and has a good staff then Lockport Dental is your answer.

Michele I was their patient for decades. I called to request a cleanng appointment, but I guess because Im on Highmark BC/BS paired with Medicare and over 65, they suddenly dont want me to be a patient anymore. I was pretty much told there were no appointments available with the hygienist Ive always seen. The quality of their work is excellent, but it appears that once youre over 65, they dont want you as a patient anymore.

Michael Rodgers jr Very slow and very rude service.. gives appointment ask you to arrive early and 2 hours later still sitting in waiting room. Racist receptionist I do not recommend this place.. I would give zero stars if I could.. what do you know they want to call you after you leave the office for after youve been sitting in that office for 2 hours. olivia hill This place has the absolutely WORST front desk staff. It doesn’t matter who you get they all act like they hate their jobs. Miserable and clearly working in the wrong field. Just plain rude! The ladies who work on your teeth are amazing though! Can’t say enough things about them. Scheduling/rescheduling an appointment, cancelling an appointment… anything that has to do with the front desk it’s not even worth the headache, I’d look somewhere different. There are plenty of other offices who treat you much nicer… I will be looking for somewhere better!

My regular hygienist Emily knows my whole family and always asks for updates on whats going on with me and my kids every time I go in. Theyve done a great job with helping me take care of me and my kids teeth better and always have new ideas and feedback for anything we bring to them.

Lori Soles Dr. Bates and his staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Ive often called with concerns and always been able to be seen in a timely fashion. This is definitely a great family practice and our family couldn’t be more happy with their service and friendliness.

Dr. Donnarumma is a confident, qualified, compassionate person. He has an amazing staff. I would recommend him very highly.

Lorraine Shanahan Dr Donnarumma did a wonderful job extracting my impacted wisdom tooth. He was professional and answered my questions. The surgery was done quickly and I didnt feel any pain. His assistant Cory was professional and so pleasant to talk with. The office staff were also great to deal with. I would definitely recommend this oral surgeon and staff.

Jon Eckert I absolutely HATE going to the dentist and had been putting off finding a new dentist for several years. It was quick and easy to set up a new patient appointment. They were on time for my appointment and had everything ready. They have a nice, comfortable waiting room complete with complimentary beverages. The hygienist, Jess, was excellent! Very gentle and communicative of what she was doing and when she was going to do it, which I appreciate. Dr. Nina was very friendly and thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, as well as explained the different pictures and mapping they had done of my teeth. Overall a great dental experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for dental care.

Tammy Bolick My husband and I have been with the business for close to 40 years and I am sad to say its not what it use to be. My main concern is the amount of cancelations I get for our appointments. Its always some lame excuse about the hygienist, and the call I got yesterday canceling yet another appointment is the last. Moving on to someone new and hopefully someone that can keep an appointment. I dont have a schedule that can take a last minute reschedule that accommodates this office every time my 6 month appointment comes up. I also havent seen a hygienist more than twice in years, there is a constant rotation of employees. My schedule requires requesting time off for this as my schedule is constantly changing so having to constantly accommodate this office every time they cancel is ridiculous.

Alecia Hess This place is a total disaster. I was scheduled for an appointment they just totally didn’t document, then the office lady was nasty to me about it. Husband and wife team run this place. Very poor customer service. They don’t care about the work they do or how they treat people. Money making grabbers that won’t actually fix your teeth. Never answer the phones either. I don’t recommend wasting your time.

J. Shanley Clark Dr. Singh has been my dentist for over 10 years. He explains things thoroughly along with all available options and will give advice. He has the most up to date tools available and is very kind. His Office Manager is very sweet also, and they will always find a way to fit you in when you need help. Great practice. I highly recommend!

R kaur Great Lakes Dentistry is an excellent practice. If you are looking for a caring provider and a professional staff, this is the place to go! I used to be petrified of going to a dentist till I started going to this office. I have had fillings, a root canal and an oral surgery done by Dr. Singh. Everything was done so efficiently! Dr. Singh also makes sure that his patient is well informed and is very detailed in explaining the procedures that need to be done. I like his conservative approach of preserving the tooth structure as much as possible!!!

X-rays were thorough but also quick and painless. Dawn is an expert hygienist who gave me one of the best cleanings Ive ever had too! 10/10 recommend.

Just got them off a couple weeks ago and my teeth look better than I ever could have imagined. Every appointment was in and out - never had to wait. Place is a well oiled machine and everyone there is awesome. Lockport Orthodontics is top notch all around!

Matt Kraska The office is great, very comfortable waiting room. Staff is 10 out of 5, super friendly, and its pretty cool to see how they treat their patients (mostly children and young adults). Theyre always friendly and helpful. The best part, and the reason that I wrote this review is that the office runs like a top. Your appointment is at 8? You get seen at 8, appointment at 1015? You get seen at 1015. I dont know how they move so fast and remain so calm and friendly. If I needed braces again, I would go here - but for now, its just my daughter. Its the one appointment that I dont dread - you show up, kid goes in, kid comes out and you go home. Barely enough time to browse something on your phone.

Ive never experienced such remarkable good humor and client-centrism in so short a time, let alone without setting foot in their office! If the rest of the team is half as pleasant as Ada, Ill need to eat a box of Oreos before every cleaning.

Joseph Cessna I just had to walk out of one of your Niagara Falls locations because one of your receptionists was giving an attitude and then slammed a window in my face after telling me i could either pay for x rays or she could get them from my other dentist. Which was fine but i got the attitude when i told her to just get them from my other dentist whom which i put on my paper work and filled out with their online forms. She did not have to get nasty or even slam the window aggressively i do not appreciate being treated like this as i was considering changing to you cause my first initial visit was very pleasant and made me fell comfortable as i was being seen for a device for sleep apena cause i have a cpap that has been recalled, so now when i have to come back for that device i have to feel uncomfortable because of this situation. Im am not happy and very disappointed

Dark Phoenix Guidance It clearly says that they accept Medicaid and Medicare right under their number listing and yet when I called to make an appointment they told me they do not accept Medicaid. False advertising at its finest. Thanks for wastsing my time like a lot of you dentist on here. This one is not the first to advertise falsely like this take a look and call.

Erika Grose Amazing. From the minute you walk in your welcomed by smiling, friendly staff. I was a patient here nearly 20 years ago. I came in a few months before my wedding as I had one tooth that bothered me in my smile that had shifted. Dr. Cavallari sat down with me and discussed my treatment options and was very transparent on which one would get me the result I was looking for in time for my wedding. He worked with me to apply braces the day after my bridal shower and did my adjustments every few weeks. They were accommodating with my schedule for appointments. If I had to bring my youngest in with me, they were always welcoming to him as well! Let’s not forget the goody bag of treats once treatment is done! This office is just wonderful and if you’re contemplating orthodontic care, look no further for where to go ☺️

Alex Jennings Friendly, skilled, and wonderful, Dr. Donnarumma went above and beyond the call of duty to offer me superb care. He came in on a Saturday to see me and Im not even his patient! I am visiting NY to see my family, but I had my wisdom teeth out in Utah a week ago and got dry socket. Pain was so bad last night that I wanted to die, but one call to my brothers oral surgeon and it was taken care of. Dr. Donnarumma came in on a weekend to treat me and took pains to explain everything thoroughly, clean and dress my condition, and offer instant and long-lasting relief. He was kind and thoroughly competent and instantly set me at ease. He actively listens (unlike many doctors/dentists) and I just cant describe how much he helped. My brother loved him and I would recommend him to everyone!

Heather Randall My experience at Dr. Donnarummas practice far exceeded my expectations. I needed to have an infected wisdom tooth extracted, which was doable, but presented complications. That in itself was a concern but the doctors professionalism and thorughness, put me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. His clerical and medical staff also exceeded my expectations! Alex Thom Went to Dr Farrell in the Bewely building for a tooth problem. He was fantastic and very personable. He was also extremely generous and saw us asap. We didnt have dental insurance and he still accommodated us. I highly recommend him to anyone looking. There are still good people in the world.

Jade Jessica I previously went to Dr. Paul Smith- he retired and advised me to continue my dental care with Dr. Conley. My parents have both also gone to Dr. Conley. I called 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment as I believe I have a cavity. Receptionist told me to text her a picture of my insurance card and she would get back to me regarding the scheduling of an appointment which I thought was odd. I called again last week because I never heard back and she told me she would text me tomorrow. Which I also found strange because they show as being closed “tomorrow.” Never did receive any call and I find that to be extremely unprofessional and will all be looking for a different dentist.
