From the moment I arrived, the medical team was kind, encouraging and helpful throughout my visit. I had a great experience with Ty — she was so personable and supportive while scheduling my upcoming procedures as well as helping me source financing options which made me feel much more comfortable about the entire process. My son needs extensive dental work that they are fully equipped to do however; due to financial reasons I thought I wouldnt be able to continue care with them but they are amazing and are making it so my son gets the care he needs. Dr. Patch usually just touches base with me, even after routine work/checkups. Facility is luxuriously appointed and comfortable (including a self serve coffe/tea bar). There were so many people and a lot going on, but the entire staff was attentive, fast, and obviously experienced with kids. My son left there excited to go back-he is 7. Not only was the experience great and certainly impressive, but my son is now more engaged with his dental hygiene! Thank you so much to the staff, starting from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the X-ray tech, and the doctor. I am very pleased! And such a cute office theme! You obviously all work very hard! megaann elizabethh My appointment was for 12:15 I got there really early probably 11:45ish checked in, it was super packed but the way the patients were so quickly being seen it didn’t matter much. My 2 year old loved all the fishies on the walls. We were waiting for maybe 5-10 minutes before being called back. All the staff were super friendly, they were extremely accommodating and informative with the care and plan of action to get my little girls smile back! Would highly recommend to others.

Heather Madison Ive been bringing my kids from a young age and Ive always had a pleasant experience. The office staff is polite, cheerful and welcoming. The hygienist explains each step to my kids which eases all anxieties. The dentist is very direct and to the point but I prefer honesty over anything else. We love Going here. the kids love getting balloons at the end of their visit. 10/10 recommend.

gina fox Wasn’t thrilled to change dentists after 25 years but had to find someone within my network. Everyone I dealt with at Kingston Dental was stellar! From Krista at the front desk who solved my insurance glitch, Heather the tech and hygienist who showed the greatest of patience and was a terrific whiz with the X-ray machine, to Dr. Grossman Sr who had the best chair-side manner ever, to Sarah who checked me out and saved me some money. A very pleasant experience. Thanks team!

Sarah Reiter I love Kingston Dental. I went to them with a certain amount of anxiety over having my teeth cleaned and dentistry in general and they went out of their way to make me comfortable at every step of the process. The hygienist is very personable and his cleanings are the easiest dental cleanings I have had in my life. The dentist takes time out every visit to speak to you and the whole process is streamlined for patients.

Sarah Echevarria I am so disappointed with this dental facility. My daughter hasnt had the best of luck with dentists in this area since she is on the spectrum. She gets super nervous and anxious. I made our first appointments last year for this place which went so well for my daughter and I. She was able to feel relaxed and comfortable. This year though, they called to reschedule my appt for December. No big deal, I thought. Then a month later they called to reschedule hers the same which seemed odd to me. I asked about it and the lady had nothing to say other than she was doing her job. Then while on the phone I inquired about why our appointments were paid differently. One was paid as out of network and the other was paid as in network which doesnt make sense if going through the same insurance. She put me on hold and after 40 minutes I hung up. My concerns were being ignored and what they were doing to our appointments seemed a bit crazy. Theyll tell you, you can be on the on call list if they get a cancelation. Im sorry but my life doesnt work like that. I cant just drop everything on the whim without consequence for my work. Such a shame, because my daughter liked it there. Giving only 1 star.

The only downside is that due to a shortage of hygienists, it can be difficult to schedule a cleaning right at the 6-month mark-sometimes the next available appointment is several months later. Otherwise, I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism and positive atmosphere.

Dr. Manzur was truly wonderful, he listened to my concerns, gave me options and didnt pressure me at all to rush into any decisions regarding my treatment. From application to removal the experience went very smoothly and all employees that we dealt with during the course of the last 2 years were extremely friendly been offered a quality service. We have one more child coming up the ranks and should he need braces there is no doubt that we will visit Sunshine smiles again. meghan jennings Over the weekend my daughters appliance popped up off her teeth over the weekend. I called knowing they were closed but hoping they had an emergency number linked to their vm. I recieved a text with the emergency number which i tried calling for hours and it just kept saying user busy. Found another number on their website that was disconnected. Left a vm on their machine assuming id get a call back today which i didnt. I ended up taking my daughter to an on call emergency dentist at 6 pm in crappy wearher for them to bend the appliance back behind her teeth to relieve the pain she was in. Google said they were opened so i called and sure enough a man with an accent answered. I explained to him the situation and how i had to pay 600 out of pocket for that which could have been avoided had they had proper numbers listed/texted for patients. He told me he didnt know what i was talking about. He gave me 3 morning times for emergency appointment tomorrow and I asked if he could schedule my daughter in the afternoon tomorrow as my mother in law is bringing her and has pt until 11:30. The response i got was if its truly an emergency youd get here if your that worried. So i said well according to online loose or falling out appliances is an emergency what exactly do you consider and emergency and he said well if her mouth isnt bleeding its not emergent and i said well according to onlune so are loose appliances and he said yeah according to google. I asked if i could speak with someone else to which i got the response go ahead be ghat person but its only me here. I said listen i work in an office i know you have a manager and theres no way you only have emergency appointments in the morning. He said oh good so you know how it goes then if you work in an office thats great for you. I told him he was extremely rude and hung up. Never in my life have i been treated like this by any so called professional. Its so crazy. I am appalled and i can assure after this whole thing is rectified my kid will never show face in that office again! But according to the previous reciew she cant because of her State Funded Insurance anyway which is nuts to not be able to see someone mid treatment. Id stay as far from this company as possible if you can. 2 years weve been going there and ive never been treated this way! Id give no stars if i could

Martina Torres Waited 2 hours before I got into a chair, than waited another 45 minutes. I was seen for maybe 15 minutes, no x-rays and told I needed 4 fillings. I go to the dentist regularly and was never told my fillings needed to be replaced. Only switched because my insurance changed. 2 people left while I was waiting...complaining to receptionist. She admitted they double book appointments. Only 1 dentist there and they double book appointments that you have to wait months for!! Also, the place needs updating.

Monica Schaefer I had a great first appointment here the other day. All the staff was very nice and professional, the dentist gave me a cleaning herself because I told them I have very sensitive teeth and she did an incredible job (no pain at all!), x-rays were thorough and fast, and they got me booked for follow up appointments right away. Also, the doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and didn’t seem annoyed that I had about 20 of them.

They called to cancel my appointment that I waited 7 months for, 2 days before it was supposed to happen. Said I would have to wait at least another 3 months to reschedule. I said, no thanks...

C Hall Its takes almost 2 weeks for them to send a refill script to the pharmacy! ( And thats if you call EVERY day and remind them) Meanwhile you are sitting around suffering without your medications! This is unfair and its as simple as going on the computer and pushing a few buttons. Its really crazy to be honest!!

Jataysha Smith I have no idea how the Kingston office is still in business. Called to book a dents appointment - was told to just go somewhere else. Called back and was booked out 2 months. Got a call reminder for the wrong time because someone messed up my appointment. Called back to reschedule to the correct time. Was called the day after to reschedule because “the doctor isn’t coming in the office” but you can only come in if you’re having pain and they could reschedule me for a month out. You guys are the worst company I’ve ever ever ever gone to appointments for. 0 help from the staff for accommodating for waiting several months. Good luck, you’ll need it.

Every single appointment for the past two years gets canceled and rescheduling is a nightmare. Once you can actually get an appointment the care is fine. This office has really gone downhill.

mark There is nothing negative to say about Dr Diacovo and the entire office and staff. I have never sat in the waiting room for very long at all. The office staff is very pleasurable to work with, from the front desk to the hygienist, to the dental assistants, and the Dr himself. The receptionist is personable, knows insurance plans to the details and is excellent in explaining and coordinating insurance benefit with treatment plans. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and they make a visit to the dentist much less stressful. Even the relaxing music playing while working on you. 5 stars is an easy decision for this one. How many times to you hear that a dentist visit is pleasurable!! I am glad to have found this office!

Nancy Childress I highly recommend this dental practice! Dr. Lee is very skilled and did a great job replacing my old crown. The hygienist does a very good job cleaning my teeth. I was nervous about leaving my dentist of 20 years in New Jersey but I am beyond happy with this practice. They are very up to date with the latest technology as well.

kimby24 First visit. Dr. Lee was great and took time to answer questions I had. Cleaning was also great. The hygienist listened to the issues I had with sensitivity and made my cleaning comfortable. Loveis Agiven I am genuinely convinced that Dr. Cingel is the best dentist in the Kingston area! I have been bringing my 3 children there for some 8-10 years (when he took over the practice). Before that, we had tried no less than 5 other dentists in the area, and there was always something not-quite-right, either for my children, or in the way the office was run, or the actual dentistry. Not so with Dr. Cingel! Not only does he stay on the cutting edge of technology, researching and using high quality products and techniques, but he is also authentically caring! We have had some pretty tricky issues with our teeth, and no matter what they have been, he has brought them completely and excellently back to integrity with precision. His wonderful staff (Karen, Sharon, Dagny, Leta, and Tracy) are all competent and caring individually, and they work together so well that it feels like family. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

Andrew Barrett Beware this practice. The office put me on a wait list, then called me for an appointment a few months later. Since I had a recent cleaning, I was told that I should wait until the next cleaning was due and that I would be called at that time. When I didnt hear from them I called and was told that I was back on their waiting list and that an appointment would not be available for another six months. I informed them (again) that I had some issues that needed attention but there was no persuading them to accommodate me. They are rude, condescending and dont seem to be too concerned with their prospective patients well being. Update: Despite the doctors offer, I stand by my initial review that the office staff is rude and condescending. My use of "foul language" was extremely mild and was not directed toward any individual, rather as a comment on the situation (not being able to get dental care at this office for over a year) and the intransigence of the office staff. I have since found another office that Im happy with.

Marissa Cohen By far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The hygienist, Denise, was so warm and completely put me at ease (it had been a really long time since I had even gone to a dentist and I was a bit anxious). She was also clearly an expert at what she does - doing a comprehensive and thorough job. My teeth have never looked nicer. The office was impeccable, receptionists were friendly, and the cleaning was absolutely perfect. Dr. Cingel was extremely knowledgeable and actually took the time to really talk to me after my cleaning, which is so appreciated. Im truly convinced he (and his practice as a whole) really is the best dentist not only in New York, but maybe the country. Worth every penny.

L G If i could give 0 stars. I would. I wouldnt bring my cats here. The place is visibly filthy, the dentist looked in my mouth for a split second. I had a raging infection from a broken tooth. The ONLY good thing he did was prescribe antibiotics. Told me to go get several teeth extracted OUT OF COUNTY! Then told Me to schedule a cleaning. Yeah, right. You might take my insurance, sure, but I deserve better care. Everyone does. I will never go here again. Went for a second opinion at a different dental facility. My teeth..all of them...can be saved. I realize ifh is under staffed and overworked but that is sheer laziness. And very dismissive. Ive had similar experience at ifh dental in ellenville. Please, do yourself a huge favor. Dont bother coming here and try to find another dental office that is willing to take your insurance or do payment plans. Its a big joke here. They treat you like a number and NOT like a human being. But Im sure they dont care about my opinion. At the end of the day, they get paid anyway. I just hope I can spare at least one person the trouble that I went through.

Rachel Collins My first appointment with them was in June. I had a difficult decision to make about some work I needed done and was nervous about going and even a little embarrassed. The day of my appointment I felt rushed and left more confused regarding some of the next steps in my treatment plan. I really didnt know what questions to ask so that left me further in the dark but I figured Id take one step at a time from what I WAS told. I was told to make an appointment with an oral surgeon and the call after I had a procedure done to make the next appointment with this office. Ok, so I did exactly that but when I called I was not given a new appointment but was told to fully heal first THEN call. By the time I called again after 3 additional weeks, I was asked if I had gotten a pre-approval for the additional work I needed done....?? This was the first time I heard about needing a pre-approval and by now it is the beginning of August and my first appointment with this place was June 17. So they tell me they will put in for one and then Id hear from my insurance. ANOTHER two weeks goes by and I felt that was too long for a pre-approval. I call my insurance company and thats when I am told there was NO request for a pre-approval!! I call AGAIN and they told me, "Oh, oops. There seems to be a "glitch" and it never went through! Well send it again." I asked how long it would take and was told since it was already late on a Tuesday and it takes 48hrs to send electronically it will be another week. I call my insurance company again to find out how long they would take and they said roughly 3-5 business days from the time they received it from the dentist office. Ok cool. No biggie. A week and a half goes by. We are now at the end of August and I call this office AGAIN and asked if theyve heard anything and I was asked if I had received anything from the insurance or not either and I said no and its been a good week and a half almost two and was told, in an extremely condescending voice, "Oh well, theres your problem. The insurance takes about 2-3 weeks." ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? That was extremely different information from what I was originally told by both companies! I almost lost my cool and asked if there was any way to get started with the next steps anyway because I already know my insurance will cover what I need done and I was told I needed to speak to the office manager about that but she wouldnt be in until the next morning. I called my insurance back and found out that once again there was no pre-approval request!! I also was told that should have been done when I had my first appointment! No work should have been done until I was pre-approved! It is now the week of August 24 when I found this all out. They didnt even have a claim for my first appointment with this office! I didnt even bother calling back and filed a complaint with the insurance company. I also found another dentist to see and I saw them on September 8th and just yesterday on September 10th got a call from the insurance company telling me I was approved for new work! I also left the new dentist office with my next appointment lined up! This place is a joke. Lack of regard for people who solely rely on them to provide accurate information. Unprofessional and incompetent! Lack of communication and the ball is always dropped somewhere. Not cool when youre dealing with peoples teeth and their self esteem. Thanks for making me feel extremely scared and insecure for months.

Lisa Kerr I have fairly severe dental anxiety. I needed a root canal re-treatment. Dr Milne and his staff made me feel comfortable, clearly explained what they were doing, and did a quick and pain free work without anxiety. Highly recommend this office if you need this type of work done.

Alexandra Stewart I visited Dr. Milnes office with a serious infection. The accommodating staff clearly explained the costs upfront and made sure I was seen as soon as possible. Over two weeks, they monitored my infection and performed a root canal. The professionalism and care I received deserve 5 stars.

Jeanie I had to have a root canal but needed to change the schedule due to other circumstances. Dr Milne’s office was understanding and accommodating. Dr Milne’s is an excellent dentist, and I have confidence in his care. The root canal was taken care of professionally and throughly. His assistant is also excellent. I appreciate that they work very quietly and efficiently. His office staff is helpful and courteous. I returned to Dr. Milne because my previous experience was also good. I highly recommend Dr.Milne.
