Dominic Tribelli Came here as a first-time patient today, and was left disappointed and frustrated. The front desk did not greet me when looking to check in and avoided eye-contact, and had the same experience with the check out desk. I also completed about 30 minutes worth of paperwork online the day before my appointment and was told to complete this lengthy paperwork again while waiting.
While the nurse and Dr. B were kind and professional, after the procedure I was left waiting in the patient room for 35 minutes without being told or guided to check out and I eventually left. I also was told to go to other facilities for work I must get done that could oddly not be done here (one being an x-ray, which even urgent cares have these), especially within the two hour duration of time I spent here. For the two hours I did spend here, it feels like nothing was accomplished as my reasons for coming in were not addressed. Disappointing experience.

Robin Sacco I have Dr. Berlin and have also seen a few other Dr.s and many staff members during my time as a patient. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and understanding. The Dr.s and staff have worked together to accommodate me despite my mental health challenges. The doctors are very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. Although I sometimes have my stubbornness that disagrees with them, they always respect my opinion and work with me to determine whats best given my stance on matters.

Barry Derfel They have become negligent and unresponsive. I was a well-cared for patient, who trusted this practice, for over 20 years. They had helped me through s number of serious health issues with compassion and professional expertise. Not anymore! Since the practice was taken over and a number of doctors & nurses have retired, the quality of care has been abysmal. For example, my new doctor barely looked up from the computer during my first physical with him, and a second time, while I explained my concerns about a significant health concern, I had to stop talking and wait three or four seconds for him to notice and actually look at me to see what I was pointing to. I have talked to many other patients who have had similar experiences. In addition, we patients are routinely being told that no appointments are available for two to three months, when calling with flu-like symptoms, dizziness, or similar issues, and we are consistently told instead that we should "go to the ER if we need care." Rather than patient phone calls being returned in kind, the practice texts us portal messages, usually a week or two later, with vague or trite responses. Those front office staff who have remained are still professional and courteous with patients, but it seems they are not in a position to elicit more appropriate, timely, and thoughtful care from the providers. I have communicated my concerns directly to my doctor, the office manager, front office staff, and the Cayuga Health patient advocate staff. Nothing has changed for the better.
