They made me and my family feel so comfortable during the visits & with the treatment plans for my children. They are professional and caring. We have gone to other offices and nothing compares!

The staff was friendly, polite and very helpful. They were extremely patient and caring with my children especially my 2year old who was giving a hard time to do the cleaning. They were so respectful and made the experience so pleasant for both myself and my children. Never would have expected such an awesome experience at the dentist but i was blown away my daughter is already talking about when she can go back!

She put me at ease, I met Dr Kass and he was very nice as well. It was a great experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left. Everyone was exceptional. Damian Catera Crown installed on 3/24 is loose less than 1 month after procedure. They will not see me until 6/23. This staggering level of incompetence and poor service is absolutely unacceptable. Edit: The crown has completely fallen out and no one has contacted me. Is this an example of your "high standards"?

I wanted to start out by saying the front office staff are wonderful. Next, my dentist was a great. I didnt feel rushed and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and I might add I had a lot of them. Also, very gentle with his needles . =) Lastly, the dental assistant that assisted my dentist was absolutely amazing! So sweet, caring and so helpful. Thank you Kaylee! m m Wow! Can I just say what a great place this is?! I had a great experience.. was able to get my tooth fixed today. It went so smooth that i almost fell asleep during the procedure!! Thanks Dr Blau! My daughter who is 5 had a great experience too! She saw Celeste and was able to get a cleaning and exam done. That has never happened before because my daughter would just cry and throw up. They were so considerate, and booked an appointment for me. The staff was so very nice !!! I have anxiety, and the staff, along with Dr. Crohn, immediately put me at ease. An X-ray was taken, and my crown glued in. A wonderful experience.!!!

Bobbi B I had a wonderful experience at Great Expressions in Monroe, NY. The front desk was so friendly and helpful. The male dental assistant was so amazing and so caring. I had an issue with a referral due to my insurance and Sue the Manager was able to get an approval right away. The office was so busy, but yet I was well taken care of by everyone. The Oral Surgeon was incredible. I didn’t even feel the needles or any pain at all as he extracted my tooth. He had such a great personality. Even throughout the procedure he made sure I was okay. I highly recommend this office. I might add that I have awful dental experiences and now my fear has gone away. Even with a tooth extraction I went home relieved and happy.

christine dawson I have been using this practice for 30yrs. Unfortunately my recent experience was not positive. I was not notified of a change in providers. The new hygienist did not ask if I was having any issues before starting. I have had “deep” cleanings before but this time I could barely eat for 24 hrs as my teeth hurt. The hygienist did pause to ask if I was ok but at this point I just wanted it to be over and sucked it up.

DePew Crystal If there was an option to give this place zero stars I would. Myself and my daughter had appointments scheduled together for today. However, only I was able to attend because I just came from picking her up from school because she was sick. So instead of bringing her anyway, to potentially get the staff and providers sick as well, I left her home because what did we learn from Covid… I did not have time to call and let them know and it likely would not have made a difference for their schedule because it was so last minute that I had to decide not to bring her. When I arrived and let them know my daughter couldn’t make it because she was sick, one of the girls whispered something to the other and then turned to me and said “normally we need a call 24 hours ahead”… I replied “she is sick”, 24 hours ago she was not sick! Hello! She then proceeded to whisper to the other girl again and informed me they would not be able to reschedule until December, 7 months from now. I stopped filling out my paperwork and said “no, nor will I be continuing with my visit here”. This was my very first time there too. People love conflict and control and it’s quite ugly. Next time I will be sure to bring my sick child to her appointment so she can spread the love. To be clear, this was the Goshen location.

Anna Williams I actually switched to Great expressions in Middletown where I live, to Great expressions in Goshen, because of its friendly atmosphere from all of the workers at the front desk to the attending Doctors. Everyone is so pleasant and engaging, you can tell they really enjoy their job. I’ve never had to wait. All of my medical needs have been met. I always feel like my dental health is being handled very professionally and with care. I have no complaints so far and would highly recommend Goshen Great expressions to friends and family.

Donovan Aitchison I actually was taken in prior to my scheduled appointment time. X-ray technician was friendly and efficient. Hygienist Deanna goes out of her way to ensure nothing is painful. She is never pushy about add-ons that may not be necessary. She is very patient focused and checks in frequently.

Rose Cordova My son loves going to Dr. Lackee’s office! He started out scared from a previous bad experience as well as having sensory issues, but is now doing so much better. All thanks to the entire team. The ladies at the desk are wonderful and are always ready to have a conversation with Noah as he’s a huge people person. The hygienists and Dr. Lackee are super patient and never push Noah if he’s uncomfortable. At the same time they’ve helped him get to where he is now, lessening his fears. I was greeted by the dental hygienists assistant and was prepped for my procedure. The dental hygienist greeted me and then recapped what was being done today. She was very gentle in her handling of my teeth. I hope when I return I receive the same treatment.

Maureen Lynn Prior to finding ENT Specialty Care, my husband & I were seeing a different ENT. I went to him for over 15 years; my husband saw him longer than that. Hes good, very professional, but not very people oriented. He and his staff were always professional, but not very friendly. It was hard to get the doctor to stay around long enough to answer my questions (once I momentarily considered tripping him on his way out the door so he would stay and answer some questions I had). Both my husband & I finally had it with him and his staff. We searched around and found Dr Buck at ENT Specialty Care. Everyone in the office is always happy and pleasant. Ive had testing done that went beyond the tests my last ENT ever did. I feel like Im being heard, treated like a person, not just tolerated as another patient. Both my husband & I are very happy with ENT Specialty Care and highly recommend them to anyone.

Jo R. Receptionists operate.more like ticket agents. Check you in, provide paperwork for signature, send link for you to share a review seconds after youve left the office. Zero compassion in their interactions with those clearly unwell. Theyre not very interested in the person. PA exemplified lack of compassion. Barely wanted to engage to explore the ailment. Her approach? Pre-select the box, then squeeze the symptoms into it. Wont be going back.

Sandy Blanco Ive been a patient here for many years. Last year, I visited because I had developed tinnitus. Kaitlyn suspected Lyme disease and sent me for blood work, which confirmed her suspicion. She treated me for Lyme, and the medication not only resolved the tinnitus but also alleviated other symptoms. Previously, I had been incorrectly diagnosed with arthritis by other doctors at Crystal Run. Every pain I had due to Lyme disease disappeared. I am so grateful that Kaitlyn treated me. If it wasnt for her, I would have developed further complications from Lyme. Kaitlyn is very thorough and takes her time to explain things to you. I highly recommend anyone to visit this office. Espi Vazquez Didnt realize how little care and precaution was taken during my procedures here until I changed dentists. I got regular fillings here and a root canal. They never referred me to a specialist for my root canal and did it themselves, seemingly aware there would be issues after, the dentist texted me to keep asking if i was in pain. I ended up with an infection in my gums and now need a root canal retreat. They never spotted this infection despite later appointments, my new dentist did. They never spotted my tooth decay either. I also now have an amalgam tattoo, meaning my tooth is gray bc they didnt take care to ensure no cavity filling got in my tissue. I would recommend Mondovi dental over this place if you’re nearby and they take your insurance. They’re currently taking great care to help fix the issues made here.

Deep Blu Wells I had a really bad experience at a different dentist days prior. I called cornerstone and they offered to see me immediately. The care and compassion they showed me, felt like old friends, familiar. I am going on vacation in a few short days and they made sure to fit me in and fix the error the previous dentist caused. I cant Thank them enough, they really went out of their way to see that I was taken care of. I would highly recommend becoming a patient at cornerstone dental. From the front desk ladies to the assistant and dentist A+, top notch. I and my family are now new patients there.

I needed some emergency care caused by a previous dentist that I did not feel comfortable going back to, and from the beginning of my interaction with them, they were wonderful. I had already spent about an hour on the phone trying to find someone that could help me and was very frustrated and emotional when I ended up speaking with them, and the ladies at the front desk were incredibly sympathetic and compassionate. Once I got there Dr. Becky was informative and straightforward. Both she and her assistant Luz were friendly and understanding, and took the edge off of a traumatic experience. I am incredibly grateful to the entire office for their help and guidance!

Elizabeth Cortes Dr Tomas is a very professional and caring dentist. I was very pleased to find out that I can do all my dental work there. I’m so very tired of going to dental offices with “ turnaround dentists”…where you get a different dentist every time. They never get to know you and you are just a number. With Dr Tomas this is his own practice and there are no revolving dentists. What a relief!!
