MARLA KESSLER My experiences at Park Slope Dental are “almost” a joy. The only reason it isn’t a joy, is because I am needing to sit there with my mouth open and someone working in it! However, that being said, from the moment you walk in, you’re treated with care. I have never had to wait, and the dentists (mine is Dr Fletcher but I’m told the others are as wonderful and talented. The hygienists are gentle, thorough and informative. I always feel confident that my experience will be a good one!

The Staff is kind and knowledgeable, they always keep me informed of everything to do with my appointments, etc. My Hygienist makes me feel comfortable and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. N.N This office was recommended to me by a coworker because it’s so hard to find a good dentist in network. I was paying out of pocket at another place for the longest, but I’m so glad to have found Dr.Weisman. She’s AMAZING!!!! I’m currently sitting waiting to get my deep cleaning & let’s just say it’s been a process. Let me pain you future clients a picture… I have really bad anxiety, like triggers for dental work. A simple cleaning is the most I can do. I was told I need a DEEP CLEANING. I did my research on TickTok & other platforms… what i saw forced me to cancelled my appointment TWICE… I finally sucked it up and came in stated I was in pain and should cancel the cleaning. I was told to wait to see the doctor… He came in patient, willing to hear my concerns and LISTENED….. YES ANATOLY BARTOV, DMD took the time to hear me…My concerns were valid and he reassured me that I won’t feel no pain… I was extremely skeptical rightfully so because of past experience… fast fwd Dr Bartov & his team Maria & Elsida saw how bad my anxiety had gotten ( I was shaking uncontrollably) & in that moment I appreciated the attention & bed side care they all displayed… ( to get my mind of the shaking I asked them to share their food and hobbies & that helped to calm me down ) Look I’m triggered like bad from past experiences but I’m glad I took a chance with Dr Bartov & his team If you’re looking to get any type of work done please read his reviews first…. Wing L I was in need of a new dentist in the area and there were a lot of choices. But I decided to go with New Leaf because of the reviews and I am glad that I did. Ive been here for about two months now and everyone have been either very professional or very friendly if not both. It does get pretty busy but with an appointment, they usually see you within the hour of your set time frame from my experience. The waiting room isnt that big but the inside where they do all the dental work have multiple rooms and every one that Ive been in have been very clean and is pretty up to date with the latest dental technology. Dr. Nidel have been a wonderful dentist so far with a very good team working under him. Special shout out to Golda for being patient with me for working out my dental appointments and payment with my insurance.

Max Stern Dr. Hirayama is an incredible dentist! Since I started going to LEAF, she has provided me incredible care through proactively identifying and treating issues to avoid problems down the road. Through all my procedures, and cleanings, she puts me at ease and explains things in ways that are easy to understand, including using reference photos. Dr. Hiryama and the whole team at LEAF Dental in Dumbo are awesome and I recommend them. Best part: theyre open Saturdays and visits are always on time.

Lilli Stein First dentist I’ve chosen to go back to in my adult life. Beautiful and clean office. They always see me within fifteen minutes of my arrival. I feel confident my teeth are in good hands here after three appointments now. I’ve said it feels like a spa for your teeth. If you don’t have dental insurance or if your insurance suddenly changes for the worse and you want to stay with this office, the out of pocket payment for a routine cleaning is quite reasonable - compared to my experience with other offices, it’s less than half. The hygienists and doctors are also very kind and professional. Very happy to be a regular patient here :)

Tash T Brooklyn City Dental is an amazing dental office with a welcoming environment and pleasant staff from the administrative to clinical team. I’ve been going there a few years for my routine cleanings and have never had a negative experience. Appointments are quite easy to get (avoid waiting last minute to schedule if you can), the wait time when I present is normally minimal and my appointment not rushed. One thing I also like about Brooklyn City Dental is that they are opened on Sundays! No worries if I can’t make it during the week. This is a great dental office and I highly recommend.

I lived in Greenpoint, Brooklyn for 10 years, and after moving to Queens 2 years ago I still make an effort to go see them every six months, because no one else compares. Sef, Gayle, Anastasia, Roger, and Dr E just to name a few are some staff that I interacted with during my visit but the whole care team staff in general is exemplary. Everyone in the office truly cares to not just provide outstanding service but truly build a relationship with the clients and sincerely want you to be happy with the service you receive. They go above and beyond each and every time no matter what to ensure you are comfortable and know exactly what is next. Alina Sage Great experience at the Cobble Hill location! Staff was welcoming and efficient and I spent less than an hour in the office for a cleaning. My teeth feel great, I’m very satisfied with this location so far. Previously I visited the downtown Brooklyn location and was told I needed 5 cavity fillings - went to my family dentist and a second location only to tell me there are no concerns and no visible cavities in my x-rays or exams. Not sure what that was about and I’m glad I got 2 second opinions on this because that would have been a completely unnecessary and expensive procedure. In terms of the cleaning I had today- no complaints.

Rachel Selman I called them to tell them I was going to be late because was traveling an hour to be there and the traffic was horrific. they said it would be fine if I was here within 15 min of my appointment. I walked in 15 min on the dot from my appointment and they tell me they cannot take me. They said their clock says Im 16 min late. I cannot believe they would treat someone like this. I called to ensure I could keep my appointment and sat in an hour of traffic, rushing. And they use a 1 min discrepancy on their clock to turn me away. Well they lost a client and my husband will not be returning as well. If they try to bill me for a no show appointment I will call better business bureau on them.

Elena Garcia DO NOT GO TO ANY TEND! They are not the kind of dental office that only exists to take care of your teeth. This company is here to make as much money off of you as possible with no regards to your safety or your wallets safety. They forced me to get an additional service that I said I didnt want. I had to call later on an cancel that appointment because they didnt listen to me when I said that if my insurance doesnt cover it, I dont want it. My partner had a worse experience. They told us that his insurance covered him and covered his wisdom teeth removal. So they took a deposit from home which by the way is not customary for a normal dental office. Then the day of the procedure they tell him that he actually has to pay $1k. Total scammers. They eventually reduced his payment to $500 after hassling them. But then they let him leave the office without giving him his pain medication or any proper care. Hes literally bleeding and in pain! Ive had teeth removed when I was younger due to overcrowding and this is far from routine. This was absolutely disgraceful! So save yourself and your hard earned money!

The dental assistant was really nice, professional and calmed me all the way down during X-rays. (I’m usually scared of x-rays and he made me very comfortable enough to get through with it). Thank you Mr.B (I couldn’t remember his full name). The doctor then came to examine my teeth and automatically knew I had things I had to do with my teeth based on CLEAR X-rays. He was professional, clear on options, pay, and not pushy at all. The teeth cleaning part was a little scary at first but he made it comfortable by ensuring me that it will be timely and apologized if any minor occurs. Then last the a very jolly, comfortable dental assistant (A woman) did some extra things to my teeth and she was nice, knew what she was doing and also made me feel comfortable. Thank you for my first time here, I will come again.

Tray_23 I came in for a root canal. Initially when I walked in the office everything seemed well. It was my first time there and the ppl at the front desk greeted me. Up to the getting my x-rays things were been going giid until I saw the doctor. Granted I was already waiting 15 to 20 minutes in the chair to be seen He asked me how bad the pain was from 1-10 and I told him a 6 and I pointed to the tooth that was hurting which was on the bottom right of my mouth, he told me "I only do canals in the back of mouths". I have never heard of such a thing. I then asked him , so you cant do the root canal on the teeth thats hurting, he then said "I just dont have time". Then he proceeds to say he would it but hes not going to put any kind of crown on it which could potentially leave the tooth to more exposure for infection so the doctor ended up doing nothing for me. This has to be the worst experience Ive had in a dental office. All I was given was a referral to a specialist, a prescription for pain meds and sent on my way still in pain after my time was wasted. This is the absolute worst.

Best part is that across my 2 visits I never waited for anything and I never felt rushed along. Everyone keeps things moving so I wasn’t stuck waiting in a chair for the dentist, or in the lobby waiting on my turn. I’d certainly recommend this place.
