August Fennell Kayla did an amazing job with my hair I walked in with dull black hair left with a beautiful brown balayage. Pricing here is affordable she is good at what she dose and is very knowledgeable. Her studio is spotless and professional i would definitely come back 10/10 experience.

I asked her where did she found it. Never answered me continued talking on the phone. How rude. This generation of young people is terrible. She looked mad when I walked in the store. Ever go to this place they mess your hair up and the worst hair barber shop.they use machines because they are lazy and they are not gona spend the time on hair to make you feel better and beautiful.now I have to go somewhere else to get haircut and pay again and hope I will get satisfied.

Kesha H Don’t shop here! The guy working there is a racist and followed us around the store like we were trying to steal something. He then got rude with a child that was with me for touching an item. I snatched the item back out of his hands and told him don’t talk to her like that and to stop following people around the store. Don’t support this establishment. Racism at its best!

Kay Extremely disrespectful. I was about to go on a a shopping spree there of over 200$. And i told my 14 y/o to grab whatever she wanted and she proceeded to buy it on the counter and she was trying on rings with her father then the cashier signaled me over and said that my 14y/o was stealing. I have pure confidence she wouldn’t do that. She’s not that type of kid. So i grabbed her purse and emptied it on the counter only thing that were in there was her cell phone and her money and cash app card. They were eyeing us the ONLY black family in the store as soon as we stepped foot in there. But the white family had no issue. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. I cannot believe my 14y/o had to go through the racial profiling today. Heartbreaking.

Christine Scudder Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. If giving zero stars were an option, that is what I would have chosen. First, I have never felt the need to write a negative google review for anyone or any service. This however, I felt needed to be done. Ill start by saying this....... For the past 6 years I have been getting the magic sleek hair service done. I usually get it done at a different salon but sadly the apointments were booked out until late August. So four weeks ago I figured I would give bliss hair studio a try since they too offer the magic sleek. Disaster. Not only did the hair dresser have no idea what she was doing as far as application goes but she also damaged my hair severely during the process AND the product didnt take. My hair is a mess. She had to follow the instructions while she was in the process of applying the product to my hiar, which was clearly an indication that this was new for her. I have NEVER experienced that befor and as I said earlier, I have had magic sleek done to my hair every summer for the last six years. To follow this already very unprofessional scenerio, the hair dresser then proceeds to begin to blow my hair out with the straightening product still in my hiar! I literally had to stop her and let her know that she was making a mistake. She appologized and then began to rinse the product out of my hair. Unacceptable for a process that STARTS and $450. I cant begin to express the regret I feel. My hiar is damaged, not straight and Im out close to $500. The worst experience ever. If a salon is going to offer a service of this expense, its wise to make sure that whoever is applying this service knows what they are doing. Find a different salon. This one does not make the cut.

Nancy Staker I love Carolyns Salon. They are so very kind and always make me feel like a queen when I come in. Your served a wonderful cup of tea, whatever kind you choose. They listen and give you what you asked for. Stop bye and try them out. You wont regret it.

Carmine Guida Jr. Chris is a master barber specializing in every type of cut. He takes great care in every type of cut. From a fade to a children’s cut, he’s the best there is. Not only that, everything is done in an old school barbershop environment. As an Italian-American, it’s refreshing to hang out and talk with Chris. Truly exceptional experience here. Not many people out there like him.

Robert Pellicci Great classic barbershop. Been coming here for over a year now. Chris doesnt rush and makes sure you get a quality product and exceptional service. I cant recommend A Sharp Fella enough to my friends and family.

Adam Re Chris has been cutting my hair for 20 years now and over these years he has become one of my greatest friends. Our friendship literally began in the barber chair. How many people can say that about their barber? His skill, knowledge, professionalism and dedication to the art of barbering are truly exceptional. Don’t just take my word for it though, pay him a visit and experience it for yourself. I may not be able to promise that you too will develop a life-long friendship with him but I can promise that you’ll receive one of the best haircuts of your life.

Kristen S Normally I am not a GOOGLE ranter but my afternoon just got free not by choice. How are they gonna over book and tell me the stylist is running behind to my face where I can see her drying someones hair and then have another store call me to cancel my hair appointment because "shes sick"?! Its one thing if she was sick but then the person I talked to in person should have said that. Ive also seen other people turned away for overbooking there so clearly that wasnt the case. I booked a week in advance because it was the only time I had. Obviously having an appointment means nothing here.

Nicholas DiGaudio They always do everything properly here no matter who does your hair. They cut it as requested, and they shape the hairline, around the ears etc down to finishing with a razor. Good beard trim/shave as well. Have been using this location for many years.

Rudy Samayoa Colocho here at Jowell’s barber shop is the real deal! Been cutting with him for years now and he’s very versatile and great with keeping up with trends when the clients ask!

Michelle Rodriguez I was super excited to go to this place since it opened close to where i live. Im a person who likes to support small businesses, who are trying to build their clientele. When i finally got the chance to go, get a pedicure done, the lady who was there was rude. She told me she had no time to do a pedicure, if i wanted to get it done to go back the next day. She had no other clients to attend, it was just me. I will no longer go back to this place or even give it another try. First impressions and customer service are a big factor to me, and this place doesn’t have those factors.

Joselyn Soledad They do not attend customers nor greet them. I had to wait up to 15 min for them to even say anything to me & my family. The service of the nails weren’t even good for the price and time I spent there. Overall there are better places to spend your money in a welcoming nail salon.

Lyn Granda So everything went good at first but then she used this machine on my cuticles which hurt really bad, and it made me bleed a bit. She was rushing the process on doing my acrylic nails. Well, she technically didn’t even put acrylic on it. She wanted me to just get the plastic nails glued on and just paint over it and her suggesting it so much. I finally agreed with her and my nails didn’t even last a week it lasted 3 to 4 days she was also stopping on doing my nails to show her coworkers pictures on her phone and she kept on stopping to talk to other people during my process and I wanted to add a couple designs on my nails, but it seemed like she didn’t want to do it because she kept on saying that it’s too much on my nails.
