Michael Lilledahl Took my girlfriend to get her hair styled and colored. This location is a little bit of a get away. The one thing I will say is that you can get very relaxed and you can enjoy your choice of tootsie Pop, drinks and a comfortable chair or love seat. Grab a book from the plethora of choices and try not to nap. Oh ya the treatment that my girlfriend received was above and beyond. Straight professional. Thank you. Ann Marie.

Jill Parent Ann Maries Salon is great! She did an amazing job cutting my daughters hair. Salon is clean. Ann Marie is professional, polite, funny and a great hair dresser! And prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.

Chellis Jennifer Today I scheduled my mother for a last minute haircut, Ann Marie was able to squeeze her and my mother loved her hair. I’m out of town and wasn’t able to see the final results but my sister said her hair came out really good. My mother cut off about 12 inches of hair or more and really needed it. :) Thank you!!

Supreme Lama The best place for anyone to visit. Nupera Beauty Salon comes highly recommended by me to anyone who wants to look nice. The owner is very nice and takes good care of her clients, so the price is very fair. You dont have to be a woman to visit a salon, so dont be shy if youre a guy. Its important to look after yourself and your appearance.

Nanda M The worst waxing experience Ive ever had. The staff was not only inexperienced but also completely mannerless and outright rude to customers. There was a significant language barrier, making communication frustrating and adding to the already uncomfortable experience. The room wasn’t properly sanitized, and they didn’t use proper techniques or quality products. On top of that, they missed several spots, and the results were uneven. Their attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor service make this place an absolute no-go. Avoid at all costs!

Katherine Kavanaugh I’ve been going here for a few years now -definitely the best spot in town to get your eyebrows threaded or lash extensions…. Affordable pricing, which is hard to find nowadays. Very kind and caring staff. They always take the time needed to do this kind of tedious work. Gentle eyebrow threading. Lash extensions that look so natural and last for weeks and weeks. Love it here! 10/10 , 100% recommend.

Tom V Staff are wonderful and the price is very very affordable. But thats kinda it. I didnt find the quality of my cut to be very good and had to get touched up somewhere else. Otherwise like i said they are really nice folks

Elizabeth Verrier The staff were really friendly and was willing to do all ages! My 15 month old, 7 and husband all went. Both children got hair cuts and there was no crying from them. All of them want to keep going to them to get their hair done.

La Terra Wow, the coiffeurs at La Belle Salon are very talented. A shout out to Shelly Meuser, coiffeur extraordinaire. Her work is truly amazing. Her deep concern for the complete satisfaction of clients goes above and beyond what is expected of anyone. Give them a call and visit the best hair salon in the North Country.

John Adams La Belle Hair salon and spa is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality hair and spa experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they truly care about their clients. The salon itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The stylist took the time to listen to my sons needs and made sure I was completely satisfied with his final look.

Jamie Ivanov Its like having Trump do your hair -- non-stop shallow rhetoric by people so full of hate that it makes me physically uncomfortable. Like Ive seen puddles on the sidewalk deeper the crew here and if you want people to talk behind your back, this is the place to go -- they talk about EVERYONE, including you once you leave. Never in my more have I been treated to such a hateful experience in my life. On the other hand, my weed whacker could have done a better job too. Such a waste of money.

Paula Reed I did not have an appointment but was taken after the gentleman that was waiting and before another person arrived. Karen did an excellent job and followed my requests. The price was right and I was in and out within 45 minutes.

Kayla Fry Ive been to this place one other time and it was rather pleasant. This time around not so much. My daughter has Autism and severe ADHD and I had mentioned this when the stylist was asking what we were doing with my daughters hair. She said it wasnt a problem and continued on. We asked for below shoulder length hair, with some layers. And if she could frame her bangs around her face. My daughter was extra wiggly and we did everything we could to help keep her still. The stylist cut her hair way to stort to start, and when she layered it she basically cut off another four inches of surface hair without really blending it in. Then instead of framing her bangs she just slightly cut the bottoms of them and left the sides the same length they were prior to cutting. When she was almost finished with her hair she made a comment "Well, if you sat still this would be over much more quickly". That right there really killed me because did I not say in the beginning that she had Autism and ADHD. The hair cut wasnt great, neither was the stylist. If you dont know how to work with kids then dont offer to cut their hair.

Steve Peryer I had 2 men’s haircuts and I found them very busy,and waiting 30 minutes from my appointment for a simple men’s haircut. The price went up in the 2 months I was there, and I am sorry to say I won’t be returning unless the time of appointment is close to the time I made it, and the price won’t keep rising from one month to the next.

Estelle Lapham Keisha was amazing! What a sweetheart! She listened to me, took her time and did EXACTLY what I asked! I will definitely be returning to her and will recommend her to others as well. The price was reasonable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Loved loved loved the pictures of wildlife on the walls taken by the owner! She is an animal lover like myself so that is an added plus ;)

Michael Riley My daughters got their nails done here. Of course ol dad paid for them but the girls are happy and they did do a really great job with the nails. As long as my daughters are happy and they get a good product for the money then Im happy. Definitely a good place to get nails done.

Sonja Walker I booked an appointment with Vanessa for my little sister, grandmother and myself. 2 gel sets and an acrylic fill; all I have to say is I have never received such wonderful service from start to finish. Considering she was working with a figity 7 year old and an older woman who have never had their nails done she was absolutely spectacular. Very patient, kind and extremely detailed oriented. Making sure we were comfortable and really just giving good vibes only. We were in and out in a little under 2.5 hours and the price was so affordable and more than fair in my opinion. I can not speak highly enough about Vanessas work and hands down would recommend anyone looking for nail services to book with her ASAP!

Sammie Gendreau Had such a great experience. I didn’t get her name but my stylist did amazing work on saving my hair that got botched by a different salon. I went in for a bleach root touch up 4weeks ago at another place and they put the bleach not only on my roots but half way down my hair and then rubbed it in at the tips. It was over colored and they fried my hair sooo bad. But my stylist did great cutting my hair and getting rid of all the damaged hair and was able to keep it long even with her taking over 3-4 inches of length off and layers. Thank you so much!!! You’re such a life savior!!! Definitely will be going back to her for future appointments!!

Korey Devins Hair Exclusive has been my go to place to get a great haircut since theyve opened; Alysa always does an incredible job and takes pride in her work. This place has been rated best local salon for a reason! Just be sure to book an appointment in advance, as they tend to fill up quickly.

Erin Laundrie Hair exclusive has a wonderful staff, a beautiful office, and brings out the beauty in us all. Cindy is amazing... they all are! Love this place!

Lauren Armellino An adorable family owned and oriented salon. Was coming into town and called day before for a blow out with curls and they were nice enough to squeeze me in their already busy schedule. Fairly priced and great service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and if or when I come back to Plattsburgh I will definitely visit again!

Lynn Downey Its a little scary going to a new hair stylist particularly when youve not had such great prior experiences. Thankfully my concerns were put to rest almost immediately upon meeting Jenn. She not only asked questions and thoroughly checked the state of my hair but she listened to my thoughts and what Im hoping to achieve. I needed to have quite a bit of my locks cut to help get them in good enough condition to move forward. Jenn asked me to wait several weeks to go ahead with coloring and gave suggestions to work on the health of my hair. Im certainly not looking forward to the regrowth situation that Im going to be stuck with while waiting but Im incredibly grateful that the integrity of my hair was her main concern and not making a quick dollar at my expense. Game plan is in place for my next visit, Ive been learning to style my new, short style and embracing the change. I cant wait to see what we do next and would and do absolitely recommend Studio 136 to anyone whos looking for great quality stylists who are working with you, not for you. Thanks so much Jenn!!!
