The space was serene, beautifully clean, and created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Ronit took the time to assess my skin’s needs and explained each step of the facial in a way that made me feel informed and confident in her expertise. The products used were high-quality and felt luxurious on my skin. After the treatment, my face looked so glowy and radiant and was noticeably more hydrated. After the facial, she took the time to recommend a homecare regimen, tailor made for my skin type, with her own products that I am already seeing amazing results with. Ruchama Katz Just want to share my very positive experience with Ronit and her facility. I have had 3 customized facials and each time I so enjoyed the spa experience that came along with getting me to have clear skin. She has the loveliest classical music playing and pays attention to the smallest details in making sure you feel pampered and at peace. My skin irritations have drastically improved and I highly recommend visiting Ronit so she can address your personal needs and make a difference in the way you feel and look!

Jocelyn Feuerstein Rachelle was amazing! If you’re looking to get an amazing facial and relax for an hour, run don’t walk! The business is located in a small home and the vibe is relaxing and a crystal clean environment. The treatment room is so cozy, with a heated bed and soft lights. The products used felt great and smelled clean and fresh. The facial was perfect and made my skin glow. Loved her professionalism, so friendly when she greets you which makes you feel comfortable, and then super quiet during the facial which allows you to unwind and just feel great! Highly recommend- the experience was great from start to finish!

Lo Mein 0 stars if i could off customer service alone. I’m trying to figure out how they got all these good reviews. Friends? Family? I took my mom, we both wanted a wash and blow out, and we’re very happy to have found the place. Upon entry I said hello, and expressed that we called over the phone for a wash and blow out. My pleasantries was met with a stern and grumpy “ sit down” from the short older lady. I looked at my mom, she looked at me, because between the both of our grown selves, we couldn’t believe the tone and attitude we were met with, especially as first time customers. Within a few minutes I found another salon, and we walked out without a word since this shop served 0 respect. There are way too many salons to put up with that.

Ambar Terrero Just moved to Rockland County and was looking for a Dominican hair salon so I wouldn’t have to continue crossing the bridge. I called and spoke to Ana, who was extremely polite and informative. When I arrived, she greeted me and we discussed my current concerns with my hair. She gave me a multitude of options to see what was in my price range and what I was comfortable with. She took her time with my hair, even with washing it. She was extremely attentive and gave me the best blowout I’ve ever gotten…and I am picky so that means a lot. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend Ana!

Daria S The staff were very friendly and talkative - even though I don’t speak a lot of Spanish, I had a good time. No wait time, open on Saturday and it was a quick wash, cut and blow dry for $60. ITS CASH ONLY. I even got a haircut from Leidy herself which was very cool! Very happy with how my hair turned out and will be back!

Lisa Schuetz Rosa is the only place I will go to for Keratin Treatments. I’ve been her client for over 2 years. She does an excellent job. She doesn’t rush at all. The atmosphere in her salon is so relaxed and friendly. She maintains this by offering a cup of coffee or playing really cool music. I would recommend her to anyone. Years later I’m still coming to Rosa’s beautiful shop. She does my color and keratin. The shop is lively with music and friendly staff. I would say people of all ethnic groups and hair types will love her work. 10 Star Salon

Basil Storm My mom was on the waitlist for this place because she’s been very stressed out lately. Yesterday night they called and offered her an appointment due to a cancellation, which she took. She was extremely excited about it. Today she arrived for her appointment and was told that the man from yesterday didn’t put her in the books, so they gave her appointment away to someone else. Very unreliable place.

Meaghan Paisley I used to be a member of this Hand and Stone many years ago. I went in for a facial today as a non member. I went on their website, chose the services that I wanted and booked online. I went for the facial and I paid and then I got a call later saying that they made a mistake in their computer and for some reason I was given member pricing? (Even though the pricing I got matched what they advertised online.). And that they charged my card on file for the difference. I can’t imagine how this is an appropriate business practice. Beware, they may charge you more than what you get quoted for online. Unfortunate for them because for $10 they lost a customer for life. I will not be going back to this location again. If you live in Rockland, I would suggest making the extra trip to the Allendale location. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Roro S If I can give a ZERO I will. Worst stylist , horrible job, horrible attitude after, and possibly the worst customer service from a manager. I was referred Yan by my stylist from another Supercuts cuz she was leaving. I told Yan I wanted Sunkist natural highlights that start halfway down and grown out. I showed him a picture and said this is how I want it. He acknowledged by saying “you want grown out look natural look that frames the face” I said yes. I continued to sat several times, I Do Not Want chunky highlights, I don’t want anything close to the scalp, I don’t like stripes where my hair looks frosted or very blond.. that I don’t like drastic contrasts. He acknowledged & said no problem. As for the cut, I showed him two pics and I said I want it textured & he said u want kind of a shaggy look, and I said kind of I DONT WANT tons of layers that will flip and look like a Christmas tree. And I want a heavy bottom not so many layers. So I trusted him based on the referral and I said all the things I didn’t want enough, to know I was going to be ok. I was looking down my phone working while he blow dried my hair.. I look up and it was the opposite of what I asked for and exactly what I said repeatedly NOT TO DO! When I said , why is it white & why do I have so many layers u (He even told me he want doing a lot of layers around my neck) , but I got exactly all these layers I didn’t want? He responds with a shrug, fist on hip, and says with a half rolled eye look & attitude “ well u didn’t want me to blend it, so I didn’t”. I was in such a hurry I just paid and left. $245!!!! I called the manager the next day and she said they can’t help me and for me to go back to my other stylist to fix it. My stylist had only one day & didn’t have opening. So when I called the manager back to say there wasn’t an opening, she said “oh well, there isn’t anything I can do about that” . I got so mad.. that I ended up having to go the Ramsey location and had to get all my hair cut off and remove all the white frosted highlights. Miriam in Ramsey saved me. I was so embarrassed by my hair. I had to pay to get rid of what Yan did to me. For a horrible white/silver frosted highlights that were extremely uneven, and a butchered haircut that was everything I said Not TO Do! I wish I could call the owner to tell them how horrible Yan is and disgusting of a customer service by their manager. I posted pics here of what I showed him and he confirmed that he can do it in his 13years of experience (this due looks like someone came out of beauty school) what I wanted and what I got. The color was worse in person, and the cut made me look like a squid & a Xmas tree. Here are 2 pics I showed him of what I wanted and a pic of color I wanted. Here is what I got and Disaster

Mark H I have been coming here since I was literally 6 years old but today will be the last day I ever come back. The decline has been rapid the last few months and now with the entire place smelling like oil, extension cords being fed through windows, and impossible to know when your barber will be available, its time to call it quits Im sad to say. A barbershop should be a place that is easy to book and get ON TIME service, enjoyable and relaxing to be in and just the overall feeling of being a guest. This is non of those anymore. Ed Furci Terrible haircut, the worst I’ve received in 10 years! It was recommended I go here by a friend as I am new to the area. Barber did not understand my instructions and proceeded to do the exact opposite of what I asked for! I doubt if I’ll be returning there! That guy needs to go back to barber school to learn his craft better! What a disaster!! It will take 2/3 months to grow out my hair to a point where it can be cut at the correct style and length!!

Scott Kaminsky Anthony is the only barber that I feel that I can completely trust. He has been cutting my hair for years and I must say that he truly listens to your requests and always delivers. Not only does he provide top-notch hair cuts but he also has fantastic recommendations for streaming shows and movies. When I had long hair, my experience with Julie was great, but when I asked her for a short haircut… I gave her a reference, but result really far from ref. Right now my head seems like a big weird egg, because she cuted off hair on sides too high and not straight, like stairs. So now it is better to hide my hair under a hat or even buzz and grow it again

She took the time to ask thoughtful questions to truly understand what I wanted. As someone with curly hair, I’m always nervous about getting a cut because it often ends up shorter than I’d like. But Raquel was so attentive and made sure to preserve the length exactly as I asked. I can honestly say this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to return for my next one!
