Dawn Riggio One year ago, I decided to try a new salon. I have haircoloring and cuts every 4 weeks by Carla. This salon is spotless and professionally operated! They use the best products! My hair color is looking better then ever with no fading ( which I always had in my former salon). My haircuts are perfect. I have a problematic “cowlick” at the back of my head and Carla has managed to style my hair so it isn’t noticeable! The shampoo sinks are unbelievably comfortable and you get the best scalp massage. I know I can leave this salon with No hair dye stains on my face and neck as the shampoo gal always takes the time to clean them off. I can say I Love this salon!!

June2021 Photos Who knew that Bravo Beauty Spa was hiding at 99 Hillside Avenue? A little kept secret I discovered during the Williston Park Street Fair. First off -- the place was VERY CLEAN. A must when going into any SPA. Secondly -- Lin (I believe the owner) was SO VERY NICE. She thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. She made me comfortable and updated me along the way during my facial. Third -- my facial (the DEEP RELAX FACIAL) was VERY RELAXING where I kind of dozed off a few times. 5 stars all the way! I will be back and excited to try out more services! Thank you LIN!

Uncommon Ravish LLC They do excellent work here and create a very welcoming and accommodating environment. The staff is kind and attentive. Be sure to clearly communicate what you want or show them an example of the lash style you’re looking for, and you’ll get accurate results. Plus, the soothing music makes it the perfect time to relax and take a nap!

She uses state-of-the-art techniques to remove your cellulite effectively, safely, and reasonably. She uses a multi-modality approach, combining the following techniques: cavitation, radio frequency, lipo laser, wood therapy, and vacuum therapy snd more. Samreen Chowdhury Have been trying to get an appointment with Joanna for years now since she was in LIC but timing never worked out until today. I went to see her at her spa in Albertson , Long Island, she was able to accommodate me on short notice. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she is a perfectionist when it comes to your lashes and will make sure every little detail is perfect. She spent about 2 hours on my hybrid lashes and I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to go back !

However, I found it for only $70 here, which is an amazing deal compared to other places! The service took about an hour, but it was definitely worth the wait. My lashes have never looked better—they are absolutely perfect! When it was time to pay, I learned that, as a first-time customer, I received a 30% discount, which was fantastic. I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to anyone looking to enhance their lashes. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The lash tech was very gentle. Even with the removal and doing my lashes just very gentle which I appreciate it. The lashes are also holding up well, and I get complements on them. Give them a try!

Rukhsana Afridi I bought one henna cone. And this henna was one of the worst quality henna I have ever purchased. The henna was coagulating, very thick, lumpy, and didn’t stain my hand properly the way henna should. It was also overpriced. Never again will a henna cone be purchased from this salon by me.

Hana I got my lash lift and tint done here by cassandra and she did a phenomenal job!!! My sister actually got one at the lash belle place across the street and honestly mine turned out way better. Su Si I have been going to Dao ever since my mom brought me to her (when she worked for another salon) to get my hair done before my 8th grade dance (many years ago). I have since continued to go to her throughout the years as she worked from home & opened up her own place (also years ago now:). I have been to other stylists throughout the years, whenever I lived away from Long Island or randomly tried a Groupon, in order to save a buck or two. But, going to Dao is worth every dollar spent. She puts her heart & soul into her work, every time. She is the one I recommended to all of my family members who came from abroad for my wedding because I knew that they all had high expectations. She is constantly going to classes and alway knowledgable of the newest and latest products & methods. Dao is, hands-down, the best.

Joanna Ortiz-Garcia Got my eyebrows waxed here, and I literally feel like crying. I asked her to clean my eyebrows up, THATS IT. I didn’t ask for a different shape, or thin them out. It wouldn’t be as bad if she thinned out both, but she just thinned out my left eyebrow and left the other one thick. As she pulled the wax off my eyebrow, I felt a good amount of hair coming off, and when I looked I saw almost a full line of hair on the wax strip. There’s no way I came in that hairy. When she was done and asked me to check the mirror, i noticed It right away. And her excuse was “that’s how you came in”. Ma’am, pls. Very disappointed, as I was growing them out now i have to restart the whole process over. First time here and never coming back.

I called early in the morning to schedule an appointment for four ladies, and upon our arrival, Alice and her team were already waiting for us. The place was exceptionally clean, organized, quiet, and welcoming. The staff took their time showing us our scalp analysis and answered all our questions. From the wash to the massage and then the neck massage, everything was on point. My masseuse was Leah and she was incredible. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for high quality service. All the ladies loved it and were very relaxed afterward. They massaged all the right points on our neck and shoulders to relieve the stress we had.

Average Socialite Came for the soft opening of this new upscale scalp treatment spa on Mineola! They have 2 floors where they do scalp massage/treatment/wash, foot massage, and steaming (full body). For the scalp they do one wash then another wash with herbal treatment. They use a tool to show you your scalp before and after treatment to identify dry or oily scalp, inflammation etc. The scalp massage is so nice you will wonder what took you so long to try it! Staff was very friendly and the place is all new and very clean. Highly recommend!

Leon Z I found this place by google maps. I super love it, even worth driving an hour to have it. The environment in this place is super nice. They have front desk who speaks fluent English. The communication is very smooth. The therapists technique is very professional. I love the shoulder and neck massage and head massage, which relieved my fatigue of the week. They do a scalp test to see before and after! The products used in the treatment process are very safe, without additional additives, which makes me feel relieved, and the smell is also what I like. Great place, new opening discount, I bought a 5-time card.
