Joe Kubiniec I first stopped into Head First a few years ago simply looking for a place to get a quality cut. I was living just across the street so i gave them ago. Could not have been more pleased with the cut i got. Christina knows her stuff. After being away from Buffalo for a few years i have returned and knew exactly where i wanted to for my styling. Wonderfully talented pros who are so very pleasant. Not just with the clients but with the other stylists. You can tell they really enjoy each others company. Without a doubt, check them out!

Erica Clement I have been seeing Courtney on a regular basis for over a year now and I look forward to every appointment with her! I was given a gift certificate for Christmas to have a facial with her and have been going back ever since. Courtney is professional, friendly and very welcoming. Its a bonus that my skin looks and feels amazing when I leave her. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking to escape from reality for an hour and needs a little rejuvenation for your mind and your skin.

Rosmeri Shallenberger Took some friends and self here for color/haircuts. Whats not to love about here?? The environment was very clean and comfortable like being at home. Personally I cant stand silly hows the weather conversations but that wasnt the case with Libby. Prices were actually less then we expected (vs supercuts etc) and her timing was reasonable as well. Well be coming back highly recommend to anyone.

Mark Bajorek Matt was fast and expert. He gave me the old fashioned mens cut thats hard to find nowadays. Today another old-fashioned expert haircut. I enjoyed looking at the photos and memorabilia on the walls. Parking is easy in their adjacent lot.

Craig Silva While camping in the Lockport area, I realized I needed a haircut. After a quick search on Google Maps, I stumbled upon Sanitary Barbershop and decided to give it a shot. Im so glad I did. This place is a true old-school barbershop, complete with a vintage cash register that adds to its charm. The haircut was fantastic—exactly what I asked for: a high fade with zero on the sides and back, and a trim on top. What really impressed me was the nifty vacuum system attached to the clippers, which meant no stray hairs or mess. The price was just as impressive as the cut itself. I’ll definitely return the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quality haircut at a great value.

Michelle M Ive been in the Lockport location several times before and have always been greeted with a smile and kindness. I am a stylist who has been out of the field for a few years but plan on getting back into the game. I recently had a personal hair issue and went in for advice and came out with new knowledge and the help I needed. The manager, Andrea, was so kind and helpful and didnt make me feel like an idiot like some other places have in the past. She listened to me and my concerns and took the time to show me different options. So thank you, Andrea! I truly appreciate your help!

matthew wasley Well not sure what this guys problem is I called ahead got a 5 o’clock appointment. I show up at 4:50 and walk in the little entry way the door is locked he’s inside on the phone. I wait for him to notice me, he does I wave and signal that the door is locked he then turns around and watches tv at 5:05 I left! I guess maybe he doesn’t like Native Americans but hell my money is green too!

Been in business over 50 years and going strong. No more waiting in line, appointment only provides for a relaxed visit where you and Sandy can enjoy yourselves and catchup like its yesterday. Humorous, knowledgeable and highly skilled, Sandy tailors each cut to fit his clients perfectly. The neck shave finish with a straight blade feels great and keeps you looking sharp. I first came to Sandys after years of bad experiences at Supercuts and various sub par barbers while living away at school. Its been 7 years now and counting!

Amanda Scott I have been going to Candi for my hair for 15+ years. Not only is she amazing with color and can cut my hair exactly how I want it every single time, but she is sweet and fun to talk to and professional! The salon is beautiful, very classy and clean. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Rachel for other services, and she is also wonderful and very good at what she does too! This salon is top notch!

Cece Louise Finding a new hairdresser is one of the most stressful things you can do in your lifetime, especially after moving country and having the same hairdresser since 18 lol. There are so many unspoken terms that need to be met both professionally and personally. Megan not only met all of my expectations by being both professional and personable, but she instantly put me at ease with her wealth of knowledge. I’ll admit, I can be quite particular when it comes to beauty but who isn’t? She was very specific about what she could achieve and the best approach when it came to color and let me tell you, I’m at home blown away by the results! I was a darker brown, and now thanks to a perfectly executed half head of foils, dare I say lifted to a blonde-ish with my natural hair still adding dimension to the overall look. Amazing, and if you’re in the market for a change pls see Megan. Thank you my love!

Gregory Laubacker Josh has been cutting my hair for about 9 years now. Throughout the years, I have not had a single time where he has inconvenienced me. When you schedule an appointment, you can bet he will be ready at the specified time. You can sit back and relax in the chair knowing you have a true professional cutting your hair. You can tell its his passion. He is very fast and efficient and you can feel it. I have a very difficult haircut due to having thin and thick hair in various areas and because of the shape of my head. My haircuts have been on point since day one. There is no other barber I will go to.

He provides fast efficient service every time. He provides great service & has done so consistently for years. Highly recommended.

T Gray Unfortunately this location always does the worst with my services and after today I wont be returning. For the same thing Ive been charged three different prices each time Ive come in. A quick trim for my outgrown undercut with no shaping around my neck or ears that takes less than 5 minutes. The last lady who did it had me in the chair for less than two minutes, was very rough about it, and then proceeded to charge me $21. Every other location I have gone to, it is $8 in the year Ive gone to Great Clips. The only time I have been properly charged at this location in the three times Ive been was when a worker from out of town was covering a shift.

Kayden Hao Old lady wearing purple lipstick completely destroyed my hair she stabbed the back of my neck and burned multiple bald spots on my sides and completely destroyed my top, both left and right hair lines she went a half inch into the top of my hair, it was like a horror movie moving my hand through my hair and seeing all the hair I have desperately tried to grow come out at FULL length and I look like Im receding one side. I literally ran out having a panic attack and I will NEVER be going to a hair salon ever again. I will be going to corporate services because I have never had anything like this happen to me and it should NEVER happen.

Christy Shade-Verstreate My daughter has very long hair and needed it cut. She was nervous to have a lot cut but the lady here did a fantastic job. She had 7 inches cut off and it is still long enough for a pony tail. My daughter is very happy with her cut. Thank you

Margaret Burton No personality or customer service at all. She cut my hair dry, no idea why, and I left there COVERED in hair. It was all over my face, she said nothing. I had to go straight home to shower and wash my clothes to get the hair off. Waste of money.
