Phillip Milewski I was there this past Sunday (9/8/2019) with my wife to look around upon entering the manager asked us politely if we needed help. Of course we didnt because we were just browsing; but however when we were down one aisle i looked back at the front of the store and the manager was hugging on and kissing a guy and also touching on him...IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Other customers walked in and seen this too. But the manager kinda harassed us in the sense of asking 3 or 4 more times if we needed help. This manager is the bigger one with brown or black hair....Should NOT be working here anymore.

Traci Kowal I was there yesterday, and want to say that I was not only greeted by a friendly young lady, but she also pointed out a sale to me that I was not aware of. I also ended up purchasing a couple additional items that she recommended, one of which I am so thankful for! It works exactly as she said it would, and I will be purchasing this item again! Lion Mountain “LBrooksay” Mike is a very friendly, personable barber. I have been going to him since I was 14 now 21 years old. Mike always delivers a statement haircut/trim or whatever I ask him to do. He is the most fair priced barber in town, but his work and skill in cosmetology for Men is unmatched.

Kyle Morrissette Recently moved into the area, but I am familiar with Auburn and was in need of a new barber. I’ve heard many things about a lot of places, but had never heard of Diego’s until I did a google search for the area. Turns out reviews are all good for a reason! He was fast, good priced, and the job he did was amazing! Definitely recommend going to see him if you’re in the area and need a haircut!

Frank Lincoln Craig does a top notch job, from simple trims to fades, plus he’s super patient with kids!

Greg Schramm Craig is a master of barbering. Its not just a quick haircut and go. Its a trip to an iconic type of barber shop where you have great conversation as well as a hair cut that takes you back to days past. He takes care of the little things big box chain places forget about, and pays attention to detail. If you havent tried Diegos, I recommend you do. And for the early birds, Craig is usually open for business around 5a.m.. Thats right, 5a.m.!

Rob McDonald Ive tried elsewhere over the decades, Sue is the only barber gets my vote. Shes good at what she does, keeps you engaged, works well with children, egoic crotchety old guys(ahem), and most anyone, man or woman, who wants a nice clean haircut. What else can you ask for?

Timothy Archambo Sue is such a great barber. She has been cutting my hair neatly 30 years. Love her and her cute shop. Her prices are fantastic. Customers are always smiling when exiting.

Zachary Moore Sue is the best barber in Auburn, and has very reasonable prices for a haircut. She also is very kind to everyone that comes in.

steven phillips Sr. This was the first time visit for my son and I. Found the place very clean found the staff very friendly they did a fabulous job cutting our hair. A little pricey but they did a fabulous job so I didnt mind paying more than most anywhere else. Definitely will be back.

Cameron Roth Showed a picture of what I wanted and what I got are two different things was kinda upset tbh was cut wayyyy to low and now have a bold spot bc did not cut with the hair but against it. And do not appreciate how I was asked how long I’ve been growing my hair and I answer and the other hair stylist across the room chuckles. Very disrespectful will not be coming back!

Casey B The barbers were so amazing even with my handsome little mans twin sister running around! They were so kind and so patient. The one who cut my sons hair was extremely good with my little 2 year old. He was careful with every sudden move my baby made. They gave my babies lollipops and juices. My kids loved it! It was such a great experience for all of us! I definitely recommend taking your little boys!

Mitchel David Had to change a appointment one time and the owner messaged me through text message to tell me I owed him money for this miss time. I understand the frustration, but with kids things come up regularly and can make things difficult sometimes.

Mara Beier Ash has been my stylist for almost 10 years and is the only person I let touch my hair. I have naturally curly hair and she knows exactly what to do to make it look beautiful for both curly and blown out looks. She is a wonderful human and I always love seeing her. The space is sparkling clean and contained from other people, and I felt totally safe and comfortable for my first haircut back since quarantine. There is a reason she has so many longstanding clients - she is truly the best.

Tori Cohen Ash is exactly what Ive been looking for! Since the pandemic began Ive been afraid to go get my hair done but Ashley made me feel incredibly comfortable and did everything in her power to ensure a safe and clean space. I asked to see her alone and she made that happen easily. In addition, the hair cut is awesome and she empowered me to keep my natural hair color (with an upgrade), which has been growing out since March anyways. I will definitely be going back!

Joan Borden I first met Ash when she rescued me from a really bad hair experience & brought my curls back to life. I have been working with her since then: probably about 15 years. She is always kind & her salon has a relaxing atmosphere. She listens to what I want to do with my hair and offers her advice which has always served me. I refer friends & family to her. She’s fabulous! I highly recommend her.

Tyler Murphy Every haircut is a great experience. It’s a breath of fresh air each week. The shop has a great vibe and I’m always able to strike up a good conversation with Roy and other customers.

Sabrina singleton My son is very very picky, he will not see any other barber but Roy! When we walked in there my son had a hard time getting a comb through his hair, it is so thick and nappy! Roy took his time, was patient and cut my son’s hair exactly as requested! He listened to what my son wanted, he didn’t cut it any other way but how my son wanted it cut! He cut his top perfect which allowed him to get a comb through his hair again! He was so good with my son! Roy has a great personality, he’s very talented, and his work is impeccable! If you’re sick of your same barber or just plain need a cut I’d recommend him all day! 5 stars!

Zoie Karcz Roy is very professional and can do a multitude of haircuts for kids and adults. He’s worked with our family for years and is very skilled at his craft and efficient with your time.

Rachele Simpson I just had an amazing spa pedicure by Erica at Gemini Salon and Spa! I highly recommend Erica--my feet look great and she takes her time to make your feet look as good as they possibly can. The shea butter and honey that she applies to your feet under hot towels for the spa pedicure is so relaxing. She is friendly and easy to talk to and she truly cares about giving you the best possible pedicure experience. Thank you, Erica! :)

Vienna McCall I used to have beautiful hair, but then it got completely ruined by a hairstylist at this salon (will not name names) i asked for an ombre and was very clear with what i wanted and the color i wanted (due to previous bad experiences with hairstylists). I also asked before hand if she had done this before and she said yes. When she actually put the dye in, i could tell even by watching her that it was very blotchy and then dye was put on unevenly. Of course i didnt say anything because its not my profession and she told me she knew what she was doing. When my hair was complete i noticed that she had infact missed full sections of my hair. Then when i was put under the heat thing (i dont know the name of it) she left my under there for way too long (as i later confirmed). I could barely breathe and i felt like i was going to faint due to the toxic fumes. (I also found out later that there is dye you can use without the harmful chemical i smelled, but im not actually sure if it was in the dye? Ive had my hair dyed before and i never smelled it) She checked on me once after 15 minutes of torture and then left me under for another 10. After that my hair then came out. It was yellow. Which was fine at first because she said she would fix it. Well, she didnt and my hair is still yellow to this day even though i asked for platinum blonde. I even showed her a picture of the color. My hair is also destroyed. It is dead and knoted and gross and fluffy and literally so ugly. The ombre itself is also just as bad. I asked for it too go higher- wasn’t done and it barely looks like an ombre. She also added highlights when I SPECIFICALLY told her not too. Its messy and done so wrong i can’t even begin to explain. I even had my hair stylist friend try to help me and he said that it was done completely wrong. Some girl came in while she was doing it and literally looked at it horrified, but tried to play it off so i wouldnt be upset. I am not writing a bad review to be mean, i am writing one because i am unhappy and my hair is ruined and it has been for the last two months. I have tried to fix it but i finally have to resort to cutting it off today so i actually look presentable for my senior pictures. I feel ugly, and i will not be going back.

Linda Fitzsimmons Very nice and cozy salon

Timothy Spinelli My granddaughter went here last year. She came in with Blonde hair and asked for a bleach root touch up. Not only did it appear that there was no difference, she left balding. She paid over $500 for a bleach and tone. Her hair was breaking off to an extreme and was left with highly thinned out hair. Her hair is a part of her soul and being so she was extremely upset. Extremely unprofessional environment and very displeased with the service. Do not recommend this saloon.

Erin Weber Kimmy is an incredible hair stylist! My hair always looks 100% when she is done. She has been passionate about hair since we were kids on the school bus and I am so glad she found her place here!

leddy Jen was our hair stylist for our wedding and Im so thankful we found her! She was an expert and put us all at ease. Jen was such a great addition to our wedding morning and did my mom and bridesmaids hair as well! Everyone looked amazing and raved about her!
