Lewis Qwameesha (Meesha) Took my daughter here for her first salon experience. I asked them to do a wash and blowout.They did an amazing job on my daughters hair. Even with me hovering over the washing and styling station they were very nice and gentle with my daughters 4c hair. She was happy with her hair and loved the experience. We will definitely be returning.

Luisana Sanchez The ladies are amazing! They do a great job. Biggest downfall is the neighborhood the business in in. So sad that you have to have all eyes on your belongings. You cant take a moment to really relax and enjoy yourself while you are being pampered by the lovely ladies.

Jae F Candy is amazing and so sweet. She takes her time the service was great I love the way my hair came out. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. I love my highlights and my hair looks extremely healthy. She gave me a deep conditioning treatment as well. The salon is super clean and the ladies here are very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Ms. J I have been coming here ever since my go to hair dresser Candy came over to this salon. This is a very professional but homey salon. Everyone is kind and they make you feel comfortable! My hair dresser Candy is very knowledgeable, always taking new courses and listens to what I want. She helped save me when my hair was shedding badly and this was before I had my child. The owner and other employees are great, I highly recommend!

Anj Andy I would love to give them 0 stars. I brought in my own shampoo and conditioner and I believe they either mixed it with relaxer or caused me severe heat damage. Never again. I have no curl pattern anymore from being natural

Samantha Ahmeed After doing a google search I decided to try out this salon and I am so happy I did. The service was fast and the ladies were kind, thorough, patient and attentive. We had a slight language barrier but it was nothing google translate could not fix. I went in with my hair looking obviously damaged to the point where I was considering cutting it off but after leaving this salon, I have hope that I can keep returning and they’ll help to restore health to my hair.

Sally I took a chance on this place after reading some of the reviews. I’m a natural girly and I needed someone who would be gentle with my hair. I’ve been getting blowouts my entire life and 80 dollars? For short hair? For a wash and blow? Nevermind that, what tripped me up the most about this place was that the women were BLATANTLY talking about me and over me throughout my entire service. Maybe they thought I didn’t understand but there is simply no excuse. It was so beyond degrading and just so rude. Horrible experience all around, I left feeling sad not at all happy about my hair. Overpriced, disrespectful just don’t bother. ZERO STARS.

Missy I had been going to Julissa for over 20 years. She had first started in a different salon and when she opened her own salon I followed. I was getting wash and sets and eyebrow waxing. One of her employees would wash and set my hair and then Julissa would blow it out. After a while I did not like how her employees were washing my hair, even adding their salon products to my hair when I had given them my own store bought products to use, so I stopped going there for wash and sets but continued to go for my eyebrows. After the quarantine when Julissa opened back up, I called to have eyebrow service and Julissa told me when to come. After leaving from that service, Julissa told me “call when you’re ready again.” When I was ready to go back the next time, I called and ask, and Julissa told me it was very busy and to call another day. When I called “Another day’’ and asked again, Julissa told me “To be honest with you, we are only doing eyebrows when you get your hair done.” I felt that after 20+ years of support this was a slap in my face. She went from “call when you’re ready again” to “we are only doing eyebrows when you get your hair done”, knowing I don’t get my hair done there. It’s unfortunate for me because I loved the way she did my eyebrows, but I don’t like the fact that she disregarded me THAT easily after all these years. I wasn’t going to get my hair done just so I could get my eyebrows done. Doesn’t make sense to me.

Olufemi Watson Naturals beware! Got my hair done here simple wash and blow in mid January - I didnt get it deep conditioned but Ive had it not be other times/places Ive put heat my hair and this has never happened. I maintained my hair for two weeks (and never added more heat myself after it wss done at the salon). SINCE then I have washed my hair multiple times it still smells burned and my curl pattern is ruined. I dont think something sinister like relaxer being put in my conditioner only because after my hair was washed and conditioned my curl pattern still looked the same and my hair felt the same when I looked in the mirror and touched it after it was all rinsed out and there was no burning while it was being washed or a weird smell or the other things Ive heard you should look out for. Its not until after Ive tried to wash it since it being blown out that the burnt smell wont go away and that my curl pattern has not returned to normal and the damage is most significant in the back left section of my hair.

Nikauris Solano Horrible I went to this salon last week after not going to Dominican salons for almost a year I did not have dry scalp and my curls were back and the owner / old Dominican lady of the salon left me in the dryer for an hour and a half and burned my scalp so badly I’m going to need a lot of treatments to get it healthy again these business all about profit and don’t care about their own kind I rather give my money to Africans / or any other race Domican frauds and she charged me $45 for my blower and my hair is short I will be calling 311 to report this business super rude she skips her clients even if you came before them. Disgusting I didn’t know what dry scalp was before visiting her.

After being under the dryer and blowing out my hair and roots, my hair came out pretty good. Especially me having a Bob hair doo. My hair length is 10 inches ( meaning its in a Bob hair doo)

I went in with my coworker whom is a loyal customer with no appt for a pedicure and ended up with a beautiful set of acrylic overlay just in time for my holiday office party . I am very please with the services they provided . The nail techs know what they’re doing.

Shawana Ryals Gentle for the most part but hair didnt withstand even 4 hrs. I suggest using better products especially when convincing patrons to stay natural. Maybe applying John Freida when hair is wet, a better leave in, or setting lotion. Also Carmen moved.

Lolita Loves God I have been a patron for over 15 years. I decided to stop relaxing my hair is why I no longer patronize the salon. Carmen and Blanca are awesome. Its a small place but the service is great and they are quick. FYI: They are very busy on Saturday.

Letitia I was going there for years, they did excellent hair. They got my hair growing. But I started wearing braids so I hadnt been there for a while. When I took them out I went to get a wash and set and was so hurt to find out they sold the business and moved. If they ever come back and open up another salon they will have a forever customer. I have yet to find a good salon. Carmen, Wendy Bianca and the rest of yall come back please.

This is the 1st review I’ve done In knowing them for 13+ years of getting my hair done with this team. They are the real McCoy, great hearts, polite & family women. If you want great hair, get your moneys worth stop buy. Las Mujeres mas bonitas they never change with you. Love them❤️ good people

Bonao • In July 2024, I decided to get a Brazilian keratin treatment here since I sometimes got a wash and set from here. As someone who is a vet in getting these treatments, I already knew something was off after my first wash. My curls were the same as before the treatment. My hair doesn’t revert back to this state until perhaps a year after. I paid $300+ for this service and it did nothing but trigger my asthma. Highly disappointed since it cost more than the spot I go to downtown. Ladies, don’t cheat on your stylist when they’re on vacation. Heavy regret!!

JN3XUS Gave me extreme heat damage when I got a silk press. Hair smelled burnt for two weeks, still does, and it won’t curl up at all. Dry, brittle. Keep in mind I haven’t put heat in my head in years, so this lady just cooked the crap out of it. Straight as a bone, and I’m black. Chanel Diamond I brought my son in to get his hair washed and dried. This was his first time going to a hair salon. Jessica was so kind, patient and gentle with my son. She did an amazing job. I decided to get my hair washed and blown out as well while I waited for him, and the person who did my hair did a great job as well. Their prices are reasonable. Everyone was very nice and the customer service was excellent. They took us both right away without an appointment. I definitely would recommend.

Ortiz I came here about three or four weeks ago and felt uncomfortable the minute they kept asking if i was a new client… the person who washed my hair barely put in work, the lady Ana who did my hair was TERRIBLE. Her service itself was upsetting. She was on the phone the whole time, her hands were a bit aggressive, and my hair came out frizzy. The next day it looked like it was caught in the rain or something and felt disgustedly mistreated. The fact that i have good decent hair… this never has happened to me. Lastly, my hair length is not that long! This place overcharged me only for a wash and set!!! Never again.

Lloydette Simms Akilea is the best nail tech in the Bronx hands down! She is professional and will have your nails style to your liking. Nails will last a month or more without breaking! Well worth it and shes very patient to ensure her customers are satisfied!

Denise Reyes DO NOT GET LASHES DONE BY THEM, i had the worst experience ever, all my lashes are gone by the way! i’ve never ever had a problem with lash extensions until i came here, one of the ladies literally uses the lash glue all over your actual lashes and is really rough with it, when i left the lashes kept poking my eye for days it was extremely uncomfortable, i got bumps on my eyes from whatever she used, waking up with red eyes, when i finally got them off cause of the discomfort the person couldn’t save any of my lashes. that’s how bad she’s messed them up. so DO NOT GO HERE.

briana cortez Their service was terrible. I walked in and I was waiting for so long. and I was paying attention and the lady kept stopping to check her phone. not professional at all! I spent about 6 months growing out my eyebrows to the perfect thickness that I wanted it and I specifically told the lady I just wanted her to shape them up. but she absolutely ruined my eyebrows. She thinned them out so bad. its my birthday in two days and this Is an absolute disaster. im never returning to this place!

Samantha Rivera We live nearby and Richard has been apart of my son’s haircut experience since he was 2yrs old. He has come a long way and at 7 yrs old he lets Richard cut his hair. Richard is very experienced and wants your child to feel safe. I just bought his home made soap and it help my son’s dryness on his scalp. I think you will have a great time there.

Ive was gentle with my tender head and straightened my hair with care. I plan on going to her for any style I want. She even does weave and clip in styles!

The salon is always clean and she uses the best products in my hair , she takes her time with every service and I love how she always treats everyone so kindly. Stacey British I’m sorry but my hair broke off because of them. Minerva was no in that day so another stylist relaxed my hair. Within weeks my hair started breaking off smh. I think my hair was over processed. Im not going back there.
