Val I went to make an appointment and was given for the next day. Bianca was my hygienist. She did a great job. Very professional and courteous. So was the x-ray technician (I forgot her name). Dr. Williams, DDS was also very professional and informative. I’ll be back in 6 months.

Laura Levek I have been back for two cleaning appointments since the regular hygienist left in April of this year and both were extremely disappointing! I only cane back today because they told me that the hygienist I had in May was gone, but I never thought the one I had today would be worse! He was terrible and I dont feel like I even got a cleaning today. On top of this, when I tried calling in September to see if there would be a permanent hygienist for my October 29th appointment, which was today, I only got an answering machine because there was no receptionist to answer the phone for close to a month and my request for a return call went unanswered for over a week. It is too bad that it has taken over 6 months to get a permanent hygienist in your office; especially because Dr. Chaudheri is so good, but she cant be the dentist, hygienist AND receptionist! Update to the owner-took your advice and called to discuss this further with your office manager(called the phone number you gave me) and not only did it go straight to voicemail every time I called, ALL my messages have gone unanswered-NO call back!!!!

Dr. Handschuh is meticulous, professional, does beautiful work and is also very attentive to the patient’s experience and comfort during procedures. I know he’ll make himself available to address an issue asap in a pinch and will always spend the necessary time to fully explain things to me. And it’s such great bonus being able to “go to the dentist” in an atmosphere that is always pleasant, warm and friendly. Nichola Cassidy Dr Ira at dental design doc was amazing. After a bad fall I required a-lot of dental work to fix what had been damaged. Ira walked me through every step of the process and was so thorough on his plans to bring my smile back to life again. During this process he was very professional, but also very caring and compassionate given how much trauma my mouth area had been through. Ira and his team are fantastic and his work is better than I could ever have expected. I could not recommend more.

The cleaning done was very poor and now the reviews confirm it. This provider is knowingly participating with these plan(s), seemingly taking it out on patients and doing shoddong work on their teeth. They should be report CMS.

Teressa Capobianco Worst dental experience of my life. I received a crown procedure and had such horrible work done that I then needed a root canal on the same tooth. After I was told what I had done was out of network and paid the dentist for my work, I found out from my insurance agency that they too sent in a payment. I have been trying since last year to get my money back from this dentist and I still cannot get my records or my money back. Do not go here. He is a crook.

Roubi Eliopoulos Dr. Dornbusch and her staff are extremely professional and friendly. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to see the hygienist, who is excellent and friendly. Ive been to other practices throughout my life, but this one is by far the best.

French Mex Modern and clean reception room. They don’t know how to book appointments - you always have to wait - a long time. Can’t comment on the dentist because they change all the time. The hygienist is horrible. She goes really fast and it feels like she misses a few spots. I really don’t get that “fresh from the dentist feeling” with her. Plus she’s not friendly at all

Evelyn R I been going to the galleria mall dental since I was a kid. The doc retired. I had two new drs and I had an upcoming appointment I missed. I reached out, no answer. Before the upcoming appointment I went to another dentist. They informed me I have 9 cavities and the galleria dental only scheduled me for one cavity. They didn’t tell me I had more. My time has come to an end here.

L G The staff is responsive and courteous. However, I had an awful experience with scaling procedure performed by Dr. Kim. Given the length of time the process took, I believe the scaling was incomplete. Dr. Kim did not explain the procedure. As a patient with a weakened immune system, no antibiotics were prescribed, nor was any antibacterial treatment applied. Additionally, my front tooth was not cleaned properly, which I noticed only after I arrived home. Much prefer Dr. Gardner.

roberta rosenthal Dr Sandak did an expert job of putting implants in for two lower teeth. I took my time, his entire staff was excellent, everything went smoothly top of the line equipment and was recommended by my lifetime dentist. . He recommended a nearby dentist to put the final crown on. No problems. I travel 1 hour 45 minutes to get there and worth every minute. Not cheap but he accepted the insurance he is the best!

Suzanne Tisne This dentistry office is very responsive to patients needs. Their office is well-kept and organized. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gardner and his Hygenist, Natalie, are both terrific. I have been going to this office for many years, and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

susan defeo This dentist office of Dr Auster is filled with cheerful people who apparently love working there. You are greeted by name and escorted into a super clean environment filled with an air purifier, a vacuum used during treatment for dental work and of course instruments cleaned straight from the autoclave not to mention a tv if you want to watch your favorite show . Dr Auster knows what she is doing and executes her craft with great dexterity and skill . Her work lasts for years. I have recommended her practice to all my extended family and now to you the inquiring public.

C. Sauri I have to say I really enjoyed my experience here. It was a very welcoming visit from start to finish. My hygienist was so thorough and very gentle. Dr Auster is a rare gem. Not only is she an amazing dentist her bedside manner made me feel so relaxed. She doesn’t make you feel rushed at all and actually wanted to get to know me as a person not just a patient. You definitely don’t find that kind of care anymore. The staff is amazing and follow all of the proper COVID safety guidelines and then some. I felt very safe as they made sure I did not come in contact with any other patients during my appointment. It was very reassuring especially during these times.
