I requested an appointment because my daughters braces broke for the 4th time! She was very nasty over the phone and hung up on me. My daughter will be 20yrs old next month. No a child anymore. Throughout the years, Dr. Josh and the staff have been so helpful to our family. They help to make appointments happen seamlessly through school, sports, etc. To this day, we still stop in if we have any questions or issues. They are always very willing to help. We are so fortunate to have this team taking care of our family!

Lauren Ciuzio Unfortunately I don’t think I will be back. My experience has not been very pleasant. They are constantly trying to upsell you, I had multiple cleanings and they push additional services such as teeth scaling and x rays every time I try to book a cleaning appointment. Even though during the last cleaning the hygienist was very pleasant and told me this was not necessary. If I decline the reception tells me that it is not my choice what I would like to do with my own body. She offered to take a note but that the dentist will decide what to do. I believe the individual should get to decide their own treatment with the recommendation of the doctor. The review is not for the hygienist but for the pushiness of the front office and the dentist.

Bedell Sara Dr. Stephanie Tran, was extremely professional and caring when she performed my 3 root canals. Shes very complimentary and makes you feel special. Her assistant was excellent and caring as well. Dr. Sheren and staff are very friendly, down to Earth and make each visit very pleasant. No matter the procedure that needs to be performed, this office gets the job done with class and make you feel at ease.

Daniel Woldin Ive been going to Hampton Dental for the last 7 years. I have had quite a bit of work done on my teeth, being 62, and Ive used some great dentists over the years from living in NYC. Hampton Dental and Dr. Thomas have been terrific all this time. Their practice is very very clean and they are on top of using the very latest technological advances. Their staff are very professional and friendly. Ive never ever had any pain whatsoever from any procedure performed. William Hofmann My family and I have been patients of Dr. DiBenedetto for almost 20 years. He is a wonderful dentist who cares deeply about the people he serves. He has incorporated the latest dental technology into his practice. He does crowns, implants, root canals, and many other dental procedures. I have had many of these procedures done, and have been totally satisfied with all the work Dr. DiBenedetto has done. He has always been honest with my situations, and I completely trust the recommendations he makes. When the practice moved from Holtsville to Westhampton I followed Dr. DiBenedetto to his new location even though the ride increased from 30 minutes to an hour. My daughter who lives in Merrick, NY continues to use Dr. DiBenedetto even though her ride is over an hour. Thats how much we like and trust his work. I should also mention that Dr. DiBenedettos staff has always been very helpful to us all. It is very easy to make appointments, and they are very accommodating when there is an emergency situation. Lawrence Grassi A dentist’s office that should be the model for every small business. An emergency dental problem (while away from home) prompted me to call Westhampton Center for Dentistry. From the initial phone call, I knew I was in good hands. They saw me immediately. Dr. Dibenedetto was fantastic, with a great way about him. Not to mention the outstanding aesthetic magic he performed in under 2 hours. Everyone else in the office, also, made me feel as though I had been a patient for years. Anyone living within reasonable driving distance should make Dr. Dibenedetto their go-to dentist.

Heather McAllister No one enjoys dental work. But I must say, Dr. Maranga is thorough and does what she does very well. I was having an emergency and I called on a whim and she squeezed me in 15 minutes later. Unheard of to me. She saved the day. 3 part process and I knew at every visit she would just get it done. Comfortable in the chair and the conversation was nice with her and her dental assistant. My insurance sucks but her pricing self pay is fair. A little more than to pull the tooth & I’d rather save it. Glad I found her!

Before finding Dr. Maranga I was terrified of all Dentist and Endodontist due to traumatic painful experiences from my past dental history. Most Dentist don’t care about their patients they’re only in for a dollar and they’re very rough. Dr Maranga and her assistant Victoria handled me with remarkable care starting with my consultation. I walked into her office needing a root canal and unlike most dentist Dr. Maranga actually listened to me. She checked where I was hurting and thoroughly analyzed all of my teeth and gums to make sure there were no other problems. Dr Maranga answered ALL of my questions and my concerns. Before performing my root canal, she showed me exactly what she was going to do. She made sure I was comfortable before, during and after my root canal. I literally felt NOTHING. She was not rough, and she took her time. I did not pay using my insurance Dr. Maranga’s experience was worth every dollar. I am now 1 week post root canal procedure and I am extremely happy! :) She’s a specialist for a reason

Marcelina Kropiwnicka I had the most unprofessional experience which I’m sure I could report to the New York Department of Health. Firstly, I’d just like to note that there are never any patients in this office. And I think her lack of business makes her desperate to charge wherever she can. I have been a patient at this location before and have had cleanings, fillings and x-rays performed by Barbara Janeczko. I came specifically for an x-ray of my wisdom tooth because the images on record were missing half of the tooth I am looking to extract (which Barbara Janeczko had recommended at my previous visit to have removed by an oral surgeon). Upon arrival, she said she does not have the equipment to do a panoramic x-ray, which is the required type needed for wisdom tooth extraction. I would have been fine at that, though frankly, her assistant should have notified me of this when I called and specifically requested an x-ray of my wisdom teeth for removal purposes. But that’s just the start of what went wrong. When I explained to her that I want to get the tooth removed aboard, she tried to “convince” me that I should do the procedure with an oral surgeon she knows nearby. She then told me to come in to her exam room to have “a quick look at the tooth” (which, let me reemphasize, she herself had recommended that I have removed at my previous visit). I sat for maybe 30 seconds, after which she reaffirmed that the tooth should be removed. All she did was take a quick look at my tooth—nothing more. I didn’t need her to do so either. All I came for was a service—the x-ray—that couldn’t be performed. But rather than listen to my previous mention that I want to do the procedure abroad, she writes out a referral to the surgeon she mentioned, signs her name, circles the tooth that needs to be removed (which, again, I knew from her previous recommendation), hands me the paper, and tells me “it’s $60 for the referral.” It takes a second for me to process this. I politely hand her back the referral, saying that it is of no use to me since I will not be using it and that it’s ridiculous for her to be charging $60 for it in the first place. She then states “well then it’s $50 for the exam.” Stunned again. At this point, I see she just wants to get some money out of me. She tries to guilt trip me into paying her for sitting in the examination chair, stating that: (1) she spent time looking at the tooth (for tops 10 seconds) which she herself had previously recommended I remove; (2) she “revealed” to me the precise number of the tooth, and told me I would have never known if she hadn’t told me. But, by the way, a quick google search reveals the same; (3) blatantly reasoning that I can’t leave without paying her “something.” Mind you, initially she wanted $60 for the referral, no mention of an exam fee to be paid. So was the referral $10? Was she not charging the exam previously? The prices seemed to appear out of thin air. I don’t know how you run your business, but no, I will not run an office in a similar manner. I will never ethically charge someone twice for the same advice. I came in for a specific service which couldn’t be provided. If I can’t provide a service requested by a client, I will not look for a separate reason to charge them. I understand maybe she had no memory as to my specific tooth, but she can take the time to review my records, or if she wants to look at my tooth instead, that’s on her. By the way, according to New York State Education § 6530(18), it is professional misconduct to solicit or receive referral kickbacks. I am saddened by the thought that she has probably charged for this “service” in the past.

I came in as a new client for a teeth cleaning when I got to the office I had major issues just with my insurance. Finally when I got to the chair The hygienist told me I need to do a whole mouth x-ray just for a cleaning she goes back to rude manager That tried to tell me that if I reschedule I might not be able to come back to the office, that tells her not to provide care on me because due to me having another dentist my insurance might not cover the x-rays which is not true because this was not my first rodeo with getting an x-ray at two different places. Not only did they waste my time From my job just to takeoff to go here but now I have to reschedule an appointment.I do not recommend anyone coming here , instead of kicking me out of the office, they could’ve been a different solution but they just gave up very easily because they weren’t making any money off me!!!!

David DISREPUTABLE! Do NOT use! Please note that THIS IS THE OLD STATION DENTAL which is now run and owned by "Dr. Charlie" Hertzog for a couple of years now! Dr. Milo and Wendt are no longer at this location. My experience with Dr. Charlie was awful. He did damage to my upper left quadrant by putting an implant post in crooked. He was so rough that I got a nosebleed when he extracted the tooth! I had to have another dentist work on me and we are still trying to correct the problem over a year and a half later. I made the mistake of doing some painting work there as I am a contractor in exchange for $1100. in work. After contacting Dr. C. via text, voicemail, and business voicemail, he never replied to me and only offered to do the work when I showed up in person to obtain my dental records for my new dentist. I asked Dr. C. for money instead of barter refused and has never gotten back to me about a solution.

So, unfortunately., I required another extraction. I went back yesterday to the Patchogue office. Same exact experience. Dr Freidel is a marvel. Positively no pain or discomfort. Again not even an aspirin. Why go anywhere else. THE BEST!

Esra Ozcan oday, I had my worst dentist experience. I had a little pain and needed a filling. She did the filling. When the novacaine lost its effect, I started feeling the sharpest pain on where she did the filling. I went back and told her that I am in much much worse pain then I came to her. She completely dismissed me. She said I have to find a root canalist. I was in tears and desperate with the pain driving up to my brain. She showed no interest. As a dentist, she should have told me what the cause of the pain is. But no. I was in pain and also frustrated because I didnt feel that I am cared. Luckily I got accepted by a root canalist. She said the pain is caused by the filling put right against the nerve! Dr. Elizabeth Doroski could have said the reason, instead she was telling all the jargon. Everybody can make mistakes. I would just understand her if she was taking care of me. But I was there left alone with the pain. I dont recommend Dr. Elizabeth Doroski.

Zoe Lindstrom-Ives I normally dont write reviews for things on Google but I had to write one for this. Last week, I was looking for an oral surgeon for my husband because of an extraction we needed done on a broken wisdom tooth. I called for information on Thursday, and said I would call back to make an appointment if need be. Today, I get a call from a very annoyed receptionist who insisted I had an appointment for tomorrow. I didnt realize this was the other oral surgery office I had called (not the one we ended up making the appointment with), so I said "We have a surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 8am". Instead of trying to be patient with me, or talk through it to straighten out the confusion, the receptionist got huffy with me and told me I was wrong. It took a minute for me to realize who it was I was talking to, and when I explained we went with the other office she said "So I guess you dont need that appointment." As I was saying no thank you, she cut me off with a short "Fine" and hung up on me. Rude, really unprofessional, and honestly glad we didnt go with them.

I like many people are nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Sheren and his whole team really made me feel at ease. The receptionist Daisy and her warm friendly smile was the first thing that caught my attention she was so sweet and attentive it really made me feel at home. Dr. Sheren is hilarious there is something about his personality that just makes you relax and be at ease. His attention to detail is second to none. He really took the time and went out of his way to make sure that my teeth were perfect and I was happy with the results. Everything about this office is brand-new and meticulously clean. If theres one thing that I cant stand its going in to a dentist office where everything is dingy and run down that is not the case here. I highly recommend this office and tell everyone I know !
