The front desk was efficient in verifying my coverage and Dr.Bang is super nice and very efficient. Once I get to the waiting room they always take me into a room right away. The rooms are clean and modernized. I highly recommend New City Dental.

Rosie Olori Went there after an abscess for tooth removal but they did all bust refuse to remove it because they so badly wanted me to get a dental implant which costs thousands of dollars. The doctor is competent but pushes procedures that are costly instead of choosing to put the patients needs first. The only competent staff member is Angela everyone else could care less whether you live or die. 10/10 would NOT recommend

The Real Aroonsri Getz Chaiyachatti I attempted to schedule appointments for myself and my husband today, but the experience left me with a negative impression. I initially called and left a message, and several hours later, someone returned my call. Unfortunately, I was unavailable at that moment. When I called back, I explained that I was returning a call to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone audibly sighed—quite literally—and responded, “Oh, we were just going through our messages. Someone will call you back. Goodbye.” I was genuinely taken aback. I had expected a straightforward process, but instead, I felt dismissed. After calling, leaving a message, and promptly returning their call, I was met with a dismissive attitude rather than assistance. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere. A professional and courteous approach is essential, especially when potential clients are trying to engage your services. This experience was disappointing, to say the least.

Dan Maz Looks like a scene from a horror movie when you walk in. I honestly think the dentist makes his own phony reviews. I just read one saying his place is modern and a 21st century master piece lmao it’s gotta be a lie. Just have a look for yourself. Place hasnt be painted in years. Not to mention he developed my x rays in a dirty sink and had to use a windows to look them Over! His place is dirty old as could be. Went for horrible tooth pain on a Sunday he wrote me a script for antibiotic refuse to write me any pain medicine wanted me to come in the next day for an extraction. As far as I could tell his “ emergency “ calls are a way for him to make a fast buck and screw you and insurance out of some quick money only to have you follow up the next day... he’s a nice guy but I was looking for an emergency dentist not a new buddy. I would never go back to this man. Also I’d guess 85 percent of the 5 star reviews you see are clearly either created by David or people he knows, because no one would ever do that for this place.

Nicole Basso Dr. Cherry office is the worst! Prior to making the appointment in July, they verified they were in network with my insurance. I got a bill for 182 dollars in December. (With a hand written note to pay quickly to avoid finance charges) Long story short, their contract with my insurance wasn’t approved until August. It’s not a big deal, but the way Dr. Cherry spoke to me on the phone was ridiculous. She kept saying because Im not in network, I am responsible. She said I don’t know why your last dentists haven’t charged you in the past. I explained to her that I spoke with my insurance and they investigated when contract actually approved. Never once did she acknowledge that her office made a mistake. She continued to double down and say I also owe 50 dollars because I didn’t meet a deductible. I HAVE NEVER PAID A DOLLAR for dental cleanings because I always go in network! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And honestly the cleaning wasn’t so great.

Howard Sze I was searching for a specialist to do Implants prior to Dr Kevin Ma. Dr Ma is a specialist in Periodontics, implants and general dentistry from U Penn. My past experiences have been doctors usually spend no more than 15 minutes for evaluation. Unlike my other consultations, he patiently explained the treatment plan for 45 minutes at first evaluation. His price may not be the cheapest among other implant doctors but I like his experience and attention to details. He always texts back when I have some questions or issues. Very satisfied and happy that he did the big implants job.

Michel Inman Friendly, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Ma is by far the best dentist I have EVER been to, and I have had a lot of work done throughout my life. They are looking out for you and want to get you the best smile that you want. I cannot possibly recommend their team enough. (I say “their” because I’ve been under Dr. Kevin Ma’s care, but his wife, Dr. Ma has been caring for me as well along my journey)

Michael Sabbagh Been going here for 10years and have only had kevin or his father. Today I had the displeasure of having my teeth cleaned by a female asian dentist who absolutely wrecked my teeth/gums. My fiancé and I had our teeth cleaned and both left completely bloody. My siblings/mother have a similar experience. This dentist does the same rough treatment when it comes to cleaning with everyone it seems. After 10+years of only going here I’m actively looking elsewhere because rolling dice on the chance of having kevin (who is excellent) is not worth it Edit: Was personally called by Zoom Smile; and they heard my complaints. Spoke to Kevin who is always a joy to talk too. Was given a complementary cleaning and check up for myself and my fiancé. Also provided a solution to my complaints. Changing star count.

Meghan DeMora Dr. Vinieris is an artist! Her bedside manners are wonderful and the work she does is amazing. If I ever need her services again, I will definitely go back to her. The staff is also very sweet and patient. (Carole and Jamie are the best!)

Kyle Villanueva From beginning to end, this office was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful space and clean environment. The doctor was so kind and not only stayed late to fit me in, but was clear about the process, gentle and professional. Her assistant Ceci was also wonderful and calming. The front desk was friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I am so lucky I was referred to this practice. Nobody wants a root canal but this was as easy and pain free as a typical filling.

Evelyn Anyssa (Hankkkk_NyssNyss) I went to this orthodontist because my permanent retainer broke and this office took over my original orthodontist. I got an appointment pretty quick. The appointment went quick. When I left I noticed the glue was super thick and my teeth could not clench all the way together. I assumed it would where off but it didn’t. A couple of days ago I bit into a burger and felt the permanent retainer loose. I called to office to see if they could fix it but they said I would have to repay $180 to fix it all over again. It has only been about 3 months since I got this service. I don’t believe the glue should have worn off the permanent retainer so quickly. And I don’t find it fair to have to repay due to the office not curing the glue correctly potentially. Very frustrating experience.

jamie brown This practice purchased Dr Kastan’s practice that was in Pomona. I was completely paid up and was just going for adjustments to my retainers. Dr Kastan was a phenomenal Orthodontist whom I loved. Ever since Dr Sobel purchased his business I have had nothing but bad experiences. Not only has it been extremely hard to get an appointment but when I did it was canceled numerous times. Then I finally get one and the only thing they seem to be interested in is getting money out of me for new retainers or Invisaline. Dr kastan’s retainers have always worked in straightening my teeth ever since he installed them and maintained my adjustment schedule. Dr sobel is only concerned with telling me they will not work and I need to seek another form of straightening my teeth. (By the way he informed me that he was now going to charge me for all adjustments) I would never recommend this orthodontist to anyone.

Laura Valvo Dr. OConnell has been treating my family for over 25 years. We never used a pediatric dentist, he took care of both my kids. He and Dr. Rodriguez are the best! The hygenists are top notch. A family practice that cares about you.

Ambrose Tse Dr. Derrick Chen was great. He identified 3 cavities that my prior dentist failed to discover, and fix them expediently. He patiently explained how severe the case was, and came up with a fast solution. Most importantly, it did not hurt, and I was able to chew and eat like normal pretty much right after. He was skillful and paid attention to details. I will definitely go back the next time if I need any help with my teeth.

J Cox Just went to the most relaxing dental office. Dr. Chen did a fantastic cleaning and Victoria has a welcoming personality. If you are apprehensive give them a try. No pain so far but will update after the filling.

Making a patient feel comfortable should be priority as well as quality work.

stephanie daddario Ive been seeing Dr. Maltz for years. He is always pleasant, informative, and honest. I have had several implants over the years. They have all been successful and relatively pain free. His staff is great as well. I trust Dr. Maltz completely.

Cynthia Lewis Dr. Chernick is an outstanding dentist whom I have been using for many years. However, a series of events led to writing this, my only, review of his work. After having a root cutting and an implant screw placed in my front tooth by a dental specialist, I was left with a front tooth that was crooked, yellow, and unsightly – which was not the way the tooth was before the procedures. Because this tooth was smack in the front of my mouth, needless to say, I was not happy with my appearance. Yet, I needed to wait at least six months until the implant screw had fully bonded to my bone before anything could be done. In the meantime, because I was embarrassed with the way my tooth looked, I began covering my mouth whenever I smiled. Since I had already had implant screws placed in two bottom teeth, those were the first to get crowns placed. In other words, the front tooth had to wait its turn to get a crown (a tooth) put on the implant screw. After about 9 months, the ugly yellow crooked tooth fell out of my mouth. This time I went to Dr. Chernick to repair it since it was nearly time to have the crown made anyway. Somehow, Dr. Chernick reshaped, whitened and straightened the tooth before placing it back in my mouth. I nearly jumped for joy when I saw myself. I felt like celebrating. He had given me my smile back! Once my crown came about three weeks later, another occasion for celebration occurred. I had been quite worried that the implant tooth would not match my other front tooth. However, there was no need to worry. My own tooth and the implant tooth were so perfectly matched that no one can tell which is which. Unbelievable! Without question, Dr. Chernick is a special dentist who is not only uniquely skilled, but also is a person listens to any concerns, is gentle while working in your mouth, and is one of the kindest people I know. In today’s world, such a combination is hard to find. I can’t thank him enough for giving me my smile back – wider than ever.

While I have had terrible experiences and do not have the best genes as far as teeth go, Dr. Chernick completely changed my perception about going to the dentist. He carefully explains exactly what he is going to do in a calm and gentle way so you are not surprised or shocked as to what is going to happen next. k c I found Dr Barrera on Google. I was impressed with her reviews and took a leap of faith. She has turned out to be one of the most caring and professional dentists that I have ever been to. Her office is clean and bright. Her technique and the materials that she uses are the best I have encountered. She clearly has a passion for dentistry, loves what she does and takes pride in her work. The work I needed involved several crowns. I have had crowns made before but never so carefully or thoroughly. She took the extra time to build the proper foundation and fit them exactly at the gum line and also spent the time making sure my bite impressions were done correctly. Needless to say the crowns came out beautiful. They look like and feel like real teeth growing out of my gums and they all fit together with my natural teeth. She is also is genuine in her caring about her patients, having checked in on me herself a few times to see how I was healing. If you are in pain like I was, or anxious about seeing a dentist, as I was, please call Dr Barrera, She will take very good care of you.

Joan C. On a scale of 1 to 5 Dr. Monica Barrera is a 10+. I have been her patient for over 20 years. Never have I left her office without feeling how lucky I am to be in her very capable hands. When our dentist retired my husband, who was in the dental supply business, felt strongly the he knew who we should use. He described Dr. Barrera as someone who purchased only the best, most hi tech equipment available. Bo Blaze I dont do a lot of reviews, Only for those that really impress me with their skill/service. A visit to an oral surgeon is never fun. I have had to have 4 teeth extracted over the years Two molars because of grinding and two wisdom teeth. All of these extractions were done by Dr. Aronoff and he is such a great guy, I actually am seeking out ways to share how great he is via social media. Its really rare these days to find someone who loves what they do, cares deeply about his patients and is a craftsman at his trade. If you have fears about having this type of work done, this is the guy for you. He will tell you everything he is doing as he does it. He makes sure you are in ZERO pain before he starts, and I mean zero. He starts with numbing gel and goes little by little so you feel virtually nothing. His bedside manner is soothing and kind and he is obsessive about your medical history and prior conditions etc so as to give you the best medical care you can get. (Filling out those forms can be a bit annoying but he goes over everything with you to make absolutely sure he has all the info he needs!) He will answer any questions you have, he calls you that night after surgery to make sure you are ok... etc etc... just a great guy and his prices are very reasonable for the area and his talents. He doesnt even charge for the follow up visit to make sure you are healing properly!! Actually, I had to go back for a follow up visit once where another small procedure had to be done which was no fault of the Drs. Just the way my mouth healed... He didnt even charge me... This guy is just the best.
