Tracy Sayre Everything about this experience was so smooth and painless. The front desk was really friendly and thorough explaining everything and putting my mind at ease. There was no wait time when I arrived to the office. They immediately took thorough X-rays and confirmed the need for a root canal. The procedure was less than 45 minutes and they took several X-rays to confirm that they got the whole canal. Because I was doing a back molar every other office told me it would take two hours. Im so glad I went here instead!

Scott Marzigliano I barely ever leave neg reviews, with that said, Staff is very friendly and prompt. The entire consult plus 3d was $475!!? Be careful if they dont participate in your plan you will be paying top dollar. Call around and get cash pricing which is what I did to save a ton. When I drove up there I thought they participated in my plan but I would have to pay my portion up front, this one of being incorrect (phone miscommunication?). They do NOT participate in my plan (they are on the list) and you have to pay the entire fee which at almost 500 just for a consult is incredible. I drove 40 min x2 and wasted almost 500 when I could have payed cash locally which ALL diag imaging is included in the root canal. Shop around!

Abby Adams Both the staff and the dentist were friendly, professional, and quick. They communicated clearly throughout the scheduling process, the procedure itself, and the follow up afterward. It was a very positive experience for a root canal!

Nicole Wronkoski This was years ago but I was looking at dentist reviews and decided to share my experience. I needed a root canal. I had insurance but limited for copay. When I asked how much it would cost all together, dr. Zang hesitated then said something around $350. When Dr. Zang left the room, her assistant told me I was lied to. I said she said that much then thats how much shes getting. She did the work but proceeded to call my DAD not telling me with a bill of $1,400. AFTER INSURANCE. (I was 25 years old at the time) My dad was poor but was backpaid social security and was finally feeling not buried in bills. Well lily Zang basically stole that money from him. I paid him back gradually. never went back.

Kat Bigelow Dont trust Lily Zhang. Shes a con artist. She does unnecessary work and overcharges patients. I made an appointment to get some cavities filled. It was questionable whether I actually needed the procedure, but the dentist, Lily Zhang, said that even though they werent cavities yet, they were developing and should be dealt with. I trusted her and went with it. I made the appointment in September. The work was done 5 months later. In between making the appointment and having the procedure, their practice left my insurance network without alerting me. When the bill came, the insurance company would only cover a small fraction of the cost. Lily Zhang admitted her mistake, but only gave me a discount of $30. I ended up paying $560 for work I didnt even need. It was extremely negligent on their part. Find a different dentist. Seriously.

B Stanley Mixed results.... Ive gone to Lily Zhangs office for routine/preventative visits, and more comprehensive services visits. The routine visits have been great - the cleanings are quick, thorough, and minimal pain. Ive had extractions - Lily Zhang provided the easiest, pain-free extractions. Ive also had a root canal on a tooth I never reported as painful (when other work was needed) - the root canal has been painful since its completion (about 4-5 months). Also, the cap on the root canal (made in the office) is aesthetically subpar, doesnt fit appropriately, and cost a lot more than perfect looking bridge did on a per-tooth basis. Im schedule to have the tooth that we did a root canal on extracted just 5 months after I paid >$800 for the root canal and cap..... The office atmosphere is clean, friendly, and never once attempted to charge me upfront for anything. I will most definitely continue to go to Lily Zhang for my yearly preventative visits.

Terry Elmendorf I just came from my appointment with Dr. Jeff and staff, this time I was on a knee scooter because of a foot operation. They took excellent care of me. Definitely 5 stars or more!!

Heather Dammer This is the testimony of Patient Valerie S.: I had toxic mercury fillings. I found Dr. Viglielmo to be the best, and I recommend him very, very highly. All staff members, I would rate a 5, theyre excellent. Theyre more like family! They are all above average at this office! It is so important that poison mercury fillings are removed. I was very sick and did not quite know what was wrong with me. My son directed me to Dr. Jeff and all mercury fillings have been removed and I am starting to feel almost 90% better. I still have a little ways to go to build up my health!

This is the place to do it. Afraid of pain? They will take care of you. Have a lot of questions? No problem. Most recently, I have been impressed with their thorough and thoughtful Covid protocol.

Terry Sullivan I spent $3500 on one implant and a crown. The implant fell out but Dr. Pai refuses to give me credit or refund any of the money I wasted on this disaster. I had one of my upper teeth extracted which left an empty space which was noticeable when I smiled or just opened my mouth. I had planned to get a removable partial denture, but Dr. Pai said I would not be happy with one and talked me into getting an implant for which he charged me $2,000. He then sent me another denist who put a crown on the implant and charged me $1,500. Then the implant (and the crown) fell out and Dr. Pai said there was no use installing another implant because the same thing would happen again. He could not explain why he hadnt foreseen that an implant would not work in my situation. So I still have an empty space in my upper teeth and am $3,500 poorer. I do NOT recommend this dentist.

Marcia Miller I have never in my life posted about a dentist. I must say that in all my 64 years I have never in life experience such a horrible dentist appt. He was to remove a bridge and extract a tooth. He spent 3 hours trying to get bridge off drilling away with excess pressure to the point he was complaining about his back. He got it off leaving part of the bridge on which eventually broke off breaking a good tooth. Besides that I ended up with a back injury that has left me debilitated for 5 months. Please consider another dentist !!!

Denise DeBe I went to see Dr. Pai for a second opinion after another periodontist said I must have surgery ($2,400) to save 2 teeth. Dr. Pai was recommended by my oral surgeon. Ive been to a lot of doctors, dentists, etc. Dr. Pai is one of those rare doctors who is so smart, calming, thorough and personable. I can only think of one other time that ANY doctor spent so much unrushed time with me. Looking at me straight in the eye, he went into great detail and took the time to answer all of my questions and brought up some things I hadnt even thought of. Dr. Pai said I certainly did not need surgery and took the time to show me how to floss properly to keep my gums healthy! Can you imagine, a periodontist taking the time to show you how to floss? Clearly, Dr. Pai loves his work and cares for his patients. I cant say enough positive things! What a relief to have a such an excellent, honest, trustworthy, caring periodontist. His office is modern, clean and efficient. My appointment was on time and the staff were friendly and helpful. Six out of five stars - really!

Valerie Duffany I loved my first time here. Sandy was amazing! Dr. Ross was also great. Loved the care there as a first time customer. After that experience I decided to make them my dental place going forward. Any call I have had to make has been easy and all stay were positive and polite.

Tiffany Barger BEWARE DONT RESCHEDULE IT WILL BE HELD AGANIST YOU I’ve been a patient here, but my recent experience has been disappointing. I had to reschedule two appointments and ultimately had to cancel them because life happens, and things came up. When I tried to make a new appointment, I was told I could no longer schedule in advance because of the rescheduling and cancellation. Instead, I was told to call daily to see if there were cancellations and go in on the same day if something opened up. I understand the need for policies, but this feels extremely inflexible and unrealistic for patients who have busy schedules. Life is unpredictable, and it seems unfair to penalize someone this harshly for needing to make adjustments. A little more understanding and accommodation would go a long way.

Joseph Aiello Dr. Ross is a very talented and great dentist. Makes it easy to go to the dentist. I’m 76 years old and have been to many dentist. They don’t compare to Dr. Ross. No wonder he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Ju N I paid over 3000 out of pocket for two root canals. First of all I didn’t even get them finished. I got one both started one they gave me a temporary fill in one that came out the next day they left cement all of my gums as well as a huge gaping hole in my other tooth! Plus the scone man doing the procedure was super rough holding my mouth open when I explained I have TMJ and I can open my mouth so much. Ridiculous! Will not come back to this place!

Karen Guido I needed a new bridge and I needed to see the oral surgeon.They did a beautiful job. Dr. Matt, Jess, Amy. Dr. Drescher and Laurie. Everyone made me comfortable and were attentive to my dental phobias. I am grateful and extremely happy. It makes a huge difference when you are able to smile and not feel self conscious. Sarah and Janette were very helpful dealing with the financial end of things as well . Highly recommend this office!!

Laura Bubel After 14 months of trying to get to the bottom of a dental issue, seeing four different specialists including an oral surgeon, and getting no resolution, Dr. Pai resolved my issue in one hour. An appointment was readily available, he professionally explained all of my options, and did excellent work. He also told me to anticipate some pain and swelling after the procedure and I had very little. Charlene, who works in the front office was accommodating, helpful, and kind. I will definitely go back and highly recommend Dr. Pai!

I recovered and tried to book another appointment and pay up front but Ive been blacklisted by them and once again the staff were cold and uncaring. All at the behest of the dentist.

Mark Imbierowic Long lost dental records finally found here. No thanks to the office that was quietly holding them. After the Gilberto Nunez practice went belly up, patients attempting to find another dentist were stonewalled from access to their dental records. Some rumor floating around was that if you called the Nunez number, an automated message would offer another number where the records were being kept. I followed this suggestion and discovered that the number had been disconnected. Through back channels, and dumb luck, I heard that Nunez records were being held at the William Gavis practice. It would have been professional for this office to have some consideration and reach out to notify Nunez patients instead of quietly holding on to them, as if by default that somehow Nunez patients would all mindlessly follow one another to Gavis. I know this is true because when contacting the Gavis office to inquire about the records and request they be sent elsewhere, I was reminded that I hadnt been seen in a while. Meanwhile, I have no idea who these people are or even where the office is located. Once I made my request for transfer ofthe records, I was "warned" that the records may not be complete - that they may only be records of business transactions and not the medical records (exams and x-rays) needed. So some may now be destroyed or lost or just kept(?) Incompetence and gameplaying with peoples medical records is one way to insure they wont attend your practice.

Thomas Wanning They told me they took my insurance. After they start the procedures they did said they didn’t pay for the kind of crown I needed so it would be $1400. I need four more so I left and couldn’t afford them. My crown fell off a few months later. I go to tell them and they said they couldn’t help me because I left their practice. I told them I left because they didn’t honor my insurance like they said, and I couldn’t afford it. I told them I’ve never heard of a dentist that didn’t stand behind their work. I found another dentist that did the other four crowns for $479 each . The new dentist also fixed Dr. Mark Grossman‘s $1400 crown. They do not honor and stand behind their work. There is a lack of integrity with this business. I would give them zero stars if it was an option.

Dojocho Knew Dr. Gorman from elementary school at St Catherines in Lake Katrine. My family were all regular patients of his. I used to hold the door open as a alter boy for his father who was in a Wheelchair coming to church. I moved down to the city and coming back up for a week stay with my parents I broke a Molar and was in tremendous pain I didnt have a regular dentist down in the city so I called Him..The front desk person researched who I was, and then proceeded to tell me I have been put in the inactive file and thus I have to scheduled a appointment a week from this day..I told her I am in tremendous pain I need some type of relieve or something...I told her tell Dr Gorman who I am..he would know me since we went to school together....she put me on hold again to talk to the DR. thinking I would talk to him so he would say come in...she told me I would have to wait a week to come in....So there you have it...Nothing more to say about compassion. I told my Parents what transpired and they left and moved to a different Dentist.

Shelley Davis Six years ago I wrote a 5 star review about Dr Gorman. He deserved it. Something awful has happened in the last couple of years. This dentist has changed to the point where I feel he is downright dangerous. Not only did he put something under a filling that he knows I am allergic to and didnt tell me until just after he did it, and with a sadistic look in his eyes. Next, I had a filling done..he said I had a cavity. I had no pain, nothing. Hours after the filling I ended up with an excruiating abscess. His office didnt respond to my emergency call for 4 days. By then I had to see an emergency dentist and couldnt get an antibiotic for two more days. I thought maybe it was just me that this was happening to but recently Dr Gormans name was mentioned in passing with some friends and they all had horrifying experiences that resulted in thousands of dollars in remedial work. They are too shy to post anything about it here or to even confront the dentist. They can also afford the expense, which I cant. I implore you not to use this dentist. His days of excellent are behind him. I consider him to be a menace to the dental world at this point.

Alexa S.M Very unprofessional doctor, my mother went to see Dr. Burnett and all he did was insult her and not providing proper service. As his profession, he supposed to suggest and recommend for healthier smile and instead he judge her based on her nationality and assume she cant afford dental work. So, he told her to just wait until her teeth fall out because according to him she looks like she cant afford to get her teeth fixed. SOO DISGUSTED!! Will not be going back to that office.

Beverly Kane I went to Dr Barry Mark trigeminal neuralgia pain. He applied acupressure seeds to my ear and hand. By the middle of the night I was in agony, and several weeks later I am still in pain.

I will not be choosing him to perform the service as he seems to have multiple personalities. Pretty scary. Please research this Dr before choosing him to perform a service for you.

Jessica Homeyer I struggled with tmj for years, and Dr. Mark was the only one who was able to properly diagnose the situation. After years of going back and forth with physical therapy, meetings with doctors, ent specialist, dentist and orthodontist.... he was the only one to relieve my pain and teach me how to take care of the situation. I would highly recommend!! He is a very straight forward man who will do whatever he can to help!

Annalee Lincoln Perry was my dentist since I was 4 or 5. I went to him through out my life and he always was caring and like a uncle telling me to brush harder and he was strict on me. But now he doesnt take my insurance I havent been able to really go to the dentist. So it really sucks. I have 2 broken teeth, one on the left and one on the right and they have cavities and I brush all the time. (Well when people give my kid candy I may or may not eat it all so my kids teeth dont rot and I throw alot out) anyway well now I cant eat at all. I made a appointment somewhere in kingston and they scheduled me the end of next month. And its only getting worse. If I called Perry and told him he would have me in right away.
