Rachel Wolf I’ve been a faithful customer for almost 3 years and never had an issue until today. I can’t tell you who did the nails but she was horrible. I won’t be going back She made my pointer and middle fingers not the same in the slightest and when I asked about it she said “ the picture had a shadow” and didn’t fix it like I asked several times. When it came to checkout I didn’t get the cash discount which in turn made me pay a 7 dollar surcharge to pay for an extra 3 dollars I shouldn’t have had to pay for. I ended up leaving and immediately going to a different salon to get the nails fixed since the original lady couldn’t manage to do it ( 1st picture is the example I showed, 2nd is the original work. You can clearly see one middle finger is a half French while the other middle finger is a normal French which even if there was a shadow doesn’t make sense to do if every other finger matches with the opposite hand)

Gabrielle Go elsewhere!!! They DEMAND tips in the most insulting way. I’ll try to keep it short…Went in for a mani, pedi and a massage. The massage was AMAZING! Overall bill was $165…not including the tip. I tipped each person for their service $20 went to the lady with the magic hands…$2 for the horrible mani and $2 for the rushed pedi. The mani and pedi were so rushed it left me with excessive amounts of nail polish on each toe and chomped up cuticles. Fast fwd it’s time to pay. Again, I tipped each one for their time and service as I see fit. These two young ladies really tried to bully me for more money!!! Asking me if that’s all I was going to pay! Worst experience ever!!

Cindy LaRock Went and got a pedi and then a mani and they are so sweet! The sweet lady that did my mani and pedi was so gentle, and helped fix my super thin nails that were messed up from somewhere else. She helped me pick colors and was very gentle with my nail beds. The prices are great, the massages are so good as well. The dogs are also a huge plus! Will be going back for sure. (No pics of my pedi bc i don’t give out feet pics for free lol)

Brittany Jackson Obsessed! I was referred to Nini by a friend after my long time nail tech moved out of state.. I was nervous seeing that Ive had a lot of bad experiences at nail salons in the past. This was one of the best Ive ever had! Nini is super personable and down to earth, she made me feel so comfortable, it felt like it wasnt even my first time there.. they offer many services from nails and facials to permanent makeup. They go by appointment only so definitely plan ahead, its worth it. Overall, I love my nails and already made my next appointment! Highly recommend

Angelina FQ Went to this place once a few years ago with my mom and the vibes of the place and its workers was off/weird. It felt like we HAD to get something done or whatever, if you know what I mean. I dont know, the whole vibe/feeling of when I was there getting a pedicure was weird/uncomfortable. It kind of felt like the ladies were forcing/pushing us to get done or whatever and I constantly felt like I was being judged or something. The basis of the review is to share that I had a negative and awkward experience and will not be going back.

Amiyah Cummings This place is horrible I went to go get a French tip with a nude color pink and he did white on my nails. They look nothing like the picture I showed. I paid 130 for 2 sets when the board says $35 for a full set.

Claraines Peralta Jennifer did an amazing job. She took her time for the gel manicure and pedicure and left my feet and hands feeling relaxed. Out of all the nail places Ive tried in both watertown and syracuse, this one is definitely the one to go to. There was zero wait time, and I love how my nails came out.

DJ Grant I went for a lavender pedicure with my wife. Cant really compare to other places since my last pedicure was over 10 years ago. The place was clean and relaxing. The technicians(?) were both polite and not pushy. Very relaxing experience and my wife was happy as well, with the color and the whole process.

Jaz Giving them 1 star was a courtesy. If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would have chosen that. The male associate tried to charge me an extra $10 to just add a silver line to my French tips, a single thin line. Then, the vibe of the place was off, as a black woman I did not feel comfortable at all. I will not be returning to this establishment to spend my hard earned money and neither should you ladies and gents.

A Graham I’m not usually one to put out reviews unless I feel strongly about a location. I’ve been to this salon twice and both times, my experiences were less than adequate. I got a regular gel manicure the first time and within days, it was starting to peel. I didn’t bother going back just due to scheduling issues. I went back today for a gel manicure with a design and the staff was confused even though I had referenced pictures. I was told that stickers could be an alternative. I indicated I wanted to keep an almond shape but bring the length of my nails down. The shape was not ideal after the first two shapings and I pointed it out. To add, I was bleeding from the rough drill and cuticle removal process. Overall, I am not content with this location and will not be returning. It also seems as if they over charge. A gel manicure is listed for $36 with card but I was charged $60 for a simple gel with two fingers with stickers. Seems unfair in some sense.

Stephanie Binjour I am giving the salon two stars because the pedicure was great. The technician took their time and was through. Now, here is where it took a turn. I wanted a regular manicure but had gel on my hand so I needed it removed. The removal process started off with the technician having the machine on too high and cutting my finger. I should have exited stage left, but I continued with the manicure. My hands soaked while I was getting my pedicure and it burned because i had a fresh cut. After my pedicure, the technician barely removed the gel on my hand. There was still orange paint on my fingers from the gel manicure, my nails were not evenly buffed and the shape was HORRIFIC. Every nail was a different shape and was bumpy. I started drying my nails but just got up and left (after getting my $5 back for the cost of the gel removal that did not occur) because I was going to go home to remove the unacceptable paint job.

Barbara Wood I am so disappointed in the service my granddaughter and I got last night at Miracle Nails. We had an appointment for a mani and gels. While we were waiting a man and woman walked in. I had my manicure, rushed). The man and woman were taken before my granddaughter for pedicures. She , too, was rushed through her gel applications . I tipped well. I am taking our business elsewhere. Don’t appreciate making my granddaughter ( and then giving her trouble with a color she didn’t want.)wait while higher paying customers were treated to preferential treatment.

LilLady Dawgz Just moved here and needed to find a nail salon and was blessed to find this place. Besides it being absolutely beautiful, clean, neat and organized. The service was amazing along with being so friendly and the outcome on our nails was above and beyond what we expected and even wanted. Also the prices are very reasonable for the great service. All together a wonderful experience and we will be making this our go to nail salon from now on.

B. A. Collins Ford UPDATE TO TERRIBLE MANICURE: Dont go here, youll be very disappointed in wasting your time and money. 3 days in to a "professional" manicure, all of my nails are chipped!! And I have not been washing pots and pans or scrubbing floors. Stay clear of this place. Its all glitz and glitter without the substance. Original review: Terrible manicure. Firstly, they didnt have a color near what I wanted. Secondly, the polish I finally agreed to must have been too thick or she put it on too thick because it rippled within an hr. Two days later another nail had a big scrape in the polish. Not happy at all. I had the "spa" pedicure and while Im happy with the results, it wasnt much of a "spa" effect. Ive had regular pedicures that were way better than this. She was not into actually giving a "spa" pedicure. She was not especially friendly and was totally disengaged. Oh, and she got a very nice tip and I had to stand there when checking out to get her attention for her to acknowledge receipt of the tip. I will not be returning. The place looks "luxury", but dont expect that kind of expertise or the luxury experience.

Lily Wegerski BV nails is the best. I can always rely on Kelly or Kevin to make my day. They do a fabulous job. Super clean and great atmosphere.

S S Sloppy, rude, painful. Male technician glued extensions to my skin and left clumps of gel under my nails. While applying the extensions he kept bumping the underside of the long, freshly glued ones. He didn’t understand when I tried to explain he was hurting me. Instead, I asked him to cut them short enough to be out of his way while he worked. He mocked me and seemed to suggest I’d never had tips before and didn’t understand the process. The technician didn’t file the sides of the tips all the way to the base which left a sharp, weird-looking shape. When I checked out I tried to show the manager the clumps of gel under my nails and he told me it would wash off. I appreciate that the manager seems to read and respond to negative reviews, but I do not want to have to come back to the spa to have my nails fixed. I live 45 minutes away. I wish he’d listened to me when I was there.

Dria Hector I rate it 1 star solely for the atmosphere, Because the technician had no clue how to help me accomplish my natural nail goal. My NATURAL nails were long and she cut them too short, proceeded to do a cat eye without a magnet which isn’t how it works. Redid nail color and put it on too thick and my nails are different lengths it somehow it ended up on my skin of my foot from the pedi she gave me. It’s the worst experience I’ve had yet.

Emelia Ianni Half of the staff here doesn’t know what they are doing. They are so careless and only care about making a quick buck. I got a UV gel overlay with ombré and the girl didn’t even put the gel on all of my nail. The ombré is careless and lazy. Hannah was kind enough to fix my nails to my liking and made them look presentable. If you go here only book with her. Will not be back

Prolific Strategies I recently visited apple nails for a nail service, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. During the service, I found the nail technician to be rushed and inattentive. They seemed disinterested in providing quality care and paid little attention to detail. My nails were left uneven and poorly painted, with smudges and streaks evident. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I expected better service and professionalism from apple nails.

Patti Hoffman In February I was a first time lash extension girl, and now I’m hooked! Jane at Apple Nails is exceptional. My lashes were always semi long but blonde and hard to see without a lot of mascara. I also hate dealing with lash glue and putting on falsies. I love my lash extensions so much. Ask for Jane, you won’t regret it!

Christina Tartaglia I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. Slow. Messy. Painful. Everybody was very rude. When they were filing the gel off my nails with the machine, they went too aggressively and filed past the polish and actually filed my nail. They were using a very sharp tip. It was hurting me when they did it. It was making my nail peel and flake. My nail bed was very bumpy when they were done. Then when they went to put on the polish, they put it on very haphazardly. The polish did not go all the way to the bottom of my nails, and did not go to the sides. It was asymmetric and a streaky. There were blank spots, and the polish line was not smooth or flesh with my skin. When I asked them, if they could try cleaning it up, they told me it would be straightened out on the second coat. Once the second coat was put on the same problem existed. I asked them if they could be more careful in making sure to include the edges, and they told me that they were unable to get the sides of my nails given the shape of my nail bed. I have never been told this before. There is more polish on my skin than where I wanted it. The edges are look very unfinished. It was as if they were brushing everything I told them off. The patron next to me also told them it was hurting her when they were doing her manicure. They told her that they were going to pick the shape of her nail and would not accommodate her requests.

Laura Henry Ive been a customer of Erins for several years now. I am always impressed at her professionalism, artistry, and genuine caring for her clients. I get hair services (cut and color) and waxing services. I came to Erin specifically looking for bold hair colors, and she is a wizard at this specific skill. She uses the Goldwell Elumen product line, which is extremely high-quality. I am continually satisfied with my experience with Erin. Stephanie, the current owner, always has a smile and a happy greeting for me when Im in the salon as well. I truly enjoy the time I spend here (and due to my hair coloring process, I do spend a lot of time there!!).

I’ve gotten more compliments on this set more than any other nails I’ve ever had! My nails feel strong, none of the jewels have fallen off and I’ve had no polish chip. 10/10 I will return!

madi christiansen Holly Nails was a great place to get my nails done! The staff was so lovely and quick. I went with three friends, and we all finished within a little more than an hour. The salon was empty, and it felt comforting. I also loved the tv shows playing above the manicure; they kept me entertained. My friends did Acrylics, Chrome Nails, and French tips, and I did a Gel manicure and pedicure. Recommend.
