Maja M I’ve come to Flowers for a long time, around 7 months. The first time I ever went, I called and tried to make an appointment. Someone answered and said “No, no appointments” and hung up on me. The many times I have went service was slow, however, the nails looked superb! The other day I went to flower’s with a friend and there were only 2 people ahead of us. About 30 minutes later the shop filled up. We sat in the shop for over 2 hours and they took EVERYONE that came in after us! The workers never said a word to us. They never asked who was next or apologized. They were very unprofessional and unorganized. If they cannot keep up with the amount of people they should have a sign in sheet. Moral of the story is we came into the shop at 4:30pm and then called another nail salon that took us right away and reserved two seats for us around 6:45pm. After spending all that time in the shop and leaving without our nails being done with zero apologizes or acknowledgments was the last straw. I will not be going back to Flower’s or recommending them at all. As I said, the nails look fantastic - if you have 8 hours to spend in the nail shop because they don’t care about their customers.

Shelby Kirkman Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The nails seem to look good, but if you’re not a ‘favorite’ or friends with the techs, everybody will be seen before they bother to get to you. They play favorites on customers, and it is obvious. I arrived at 5:30 and wasn’t seen at all because by 8:30 and realizing I had wasted an entire night waiting to get my nails done, something that is simple and a 30 minute process; however, being pushed off like I hadn’t been there waiting, I finally decided 3 hours was long enough. I was mad at myself for even staying that long, as that is far too long to wait for a set of nails.

A 716 I booked an appointment through the link 2 months in advanced to make sure i had a secure spot because i had a trip the next day. The day of my appointment i drive 25 minutes away for the store to be closed. I called and texted the owner multiple times and there was no answer. i still haven’t heard anything not even an apology.
