The clippers were running and music was playing and kids were playing a video game in the corner and it wasnt loud! It was great! Matt did a wonderful job and my boyfriend was thrilled. Best of all, there was no noisy cleanup (no noisy blowers, etc). Matt used a towel and cleaned up any stray hairs. I cannot say it enough - THANK YOU!

A good friend of mine gave me instruction on what to ask for, and Twila delivered to the letter; Moreover, I was deeply satisfied with how my haircut turned out, and its neat that it was so effortless for her. It’s actually very cool to watch her work. The level of professionalism, confidence, and talent Twila exhibits is befitting of her years of experience and assuredly natural ability, and along with a sense of responsibility that I can only assume derives from years of steady operation and ownership of a very successful salon. From what I can gather through others reviews and word of mouth, this place is also a staple of this community, and I understand why now! Kaley Lynn I saw a banner outside the salon and because I had been thinking about getting a haircut for a while, I took it as a sign. (Pun intended) I called that day but no one answered. The owner, Twila called me back and I booked an appointment for a haircut with her the next day. She was very friendly and sweet and not only that, she gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had. After a terrible experience at a previous salon, I was worried about trying someone new, but I am so glad I did! It made me feel confident about going back to her to have other services done as well. The next time I get anything done to my hair, I will definitely be going back to Twila at Hair Elegance!

Michael Taylor I’m relatively new to the area but also have a home in Pa which is where I normally get my son’s hair cut. We can never find a place where he leaves happy with his haircut but today was the exception. Twila is a perfect human being. I asked my son how he liked his haircut and he said that he loved it and will only get it cut by her now and that he loved how she took the time to understand what he was trying to explain to her and kept checking with him throughout the process. Just an overall great experience and we look forward to going back!!!

Barbara Singleton I came in with box color and other difficult issues. Shannon helped me determine exactly the color I wanted. She was incredibly patient, focused and thorough. Other Salons said they could not alter the red and another Salon said my corrective color would cost more than 3 times as much as her price. She did an amazing job!!

Hurcombbaby So I went there yesterday to get a touch up. My first time , my hair had blond highlights & was a lighter brown from my original dark brown hair. Couldnt get to my hairdresser as shes on long Island NY & on maternity leave This salon came recommended by someone I trust This is the 3rd person Ive tried in Upstate NY ( Seneca county ) who doesnt know how to do hair Or maybe its their products they use Now my hair is red. Freaking red & no gray was covered. Its botchy. My highlights are gone No more streaks of blond ( Ive paid lots of money to have ). So disappointed & I had high hopes too The cost came with a cut or trim. I did a trim ( thats uneven too ). I could of done better myself & I have . I believe I should get my money back ( 50 $ ) so I can refix what your place has ruined. Its gonna cost me a lot now to fix Not happy Sorry will not b coming back ever Am reporting to BBB

Cindyjo Crimmins I often schedule appointments with Cindee to do several types of braids in my hair. I have long thickish blonde hair and whatever kind of braids she does always comes out beautifully. I will leave them in for about 2 days then take them out and then my hair always looks like gorgeous (not at all tangled) beach wave curls that last another 2-3 days. Usually I go into my appointments with wet washed hair and already have my own leave in products in it. I recently broke my arm in several places and now need her to wash it for me. She by far, does the very best braids that I have EVER gotten from any stylist I have ever gone to. (And there have been many).
