Tom Prendergast I started going to The Dental Collective when my life-long dentist retired and recommended them when they started their practice. I have not been disappointed. They have an excellent staff and dentists who make you feel comfortable and explain any procedures they do and answer all questions. Highly recommended!

Rich Birmingham Dr. Atwell has been taking care of myself and my family for years. She is an excellent dentist that always puts patient care first and is a perfectionist when it comes to your smile. She cares about the patients needs and offers suggestions to improve your overall dental health. The Hygienist is great too and will give your teeth a good cleaning. Melissa will answer any questions that you may have and is very helpful. All the staff are excellent and a highly recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Gina Lopez The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment. This is a family dental experience, a team that create trust with their patients. Melissa answers all our questions with the most friendliest demeanor , clarifies any concerns we may have. Cheryl the hygienist is so patient and excels in her role. Rob Goodman Weve been taking our kids to Drs Aimee and Dave for 8+ years and we cannot recommend them enough. Appointments have always been right on schedule. One of our sons was a difficult case to begin with and Dr Aimee was amazing - patient, understanding and let him get comfortable so that the procedure went smoothly. Dr Dave always has the kids laughing and has served as a tremendous resource helping us understand orthodontic options - he breaks down information in very easy to understand terms. Our kids dont mind going to the dentist - which should speak volumes!

Megan Hinspeter I highly recommend this office. The front desk staff are courteous and professional, the dental staff in the back of house are professional and diligently complete their work. I went in for a dental emergency one day ( also a plus that they take walk in clients), and ended up making them my primary dentists. I travel from an hour away just to come here and won’t go anywhere else.

Majdi Jadallah I came to this office to have a tooth pulled, the front desk staff was so accommodating and helpful. I had a tooth removed with Dr. Breiman who was very gently and efficient. I loved the office so much that I came back for my regular checkup with Liz the hygienist and Dr. Auerbach. They were both very good and informative. I have my appointments to continue my work, the staff have been very warm and helpful!

Pepita Lopez They don’t even deserve 1 star. Horrible service, poor cleanings and just all around pure trash. One hygienist made up some story that if I didn’t get some treatment she was trying to sell me, that I was going to lose a tooth. Thankfully, I saw her used-car-salesman-pitch coming from a mile away and didn’t fall for it. That was 6 months ago and I have had no issues. They give you a 15 minute grace period if you are late to your appointment. But what they don’t tell you when you call ahead letting them know that you’re running late, is that you can’t get your cleaning done but they will still get the x-rays done. Of course, because that’s how they get more money from your insurance company. I can go on and on - canceling appointments from one moment to the next, etc. Bottom line: Unprofessional, (some) unskilled, careless hygienists, and not trustworthy at all. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Don’t waste your time or trust your teeth to these people.

A J Everyone in the office was very kind. The office was clean and very nice. The X-rays did wound my mouth, but I believe they did the best they could. I especially appreciated the dentist and that they did not push me toward unnecessary procedures like other dentists have in the past. The office did confirm my insurance details, but I was never informed that they were out of network. They did not inform me that I would have to pay $670 for the regular routine cleaning, oral cancer screening, and X-rays before the visit. I eventually did get reimbursed for less than half of that amount by my insurance, but had I known that they were out of network and that I would have to pay $670, I would have been able to make an informed decision before proceeding with their services. This was not an easy payment for a working student like me. Again, the services were great and I truly enjoyed the office, I just wish someone was transparent with me from the beginning. Hopefully the office and dentists will update what insurances they are in network for, especially on Zocdoc. If you are planning to make an appointment, you may want to confirm whether they are in network with your insurance.

Irit Tzemah I scheduled a $350 consultation for teeth grinding after confirming with Dr. Sauer’s office that he treats it. Once there, he clearly stated he does not offer any treatment beyond meditation. Had I been informed accurately, I wouldn’t have booked the appointment. I reached out to Nova, his assistant, for clarification on the miscommunication and the charge—no response or follow-up. Very disappointing experience and a waste of time and money.

david shenker Had 4 implants and denture made. 4 teeth from the denture fell out in 6 months, 1 implant fell out. Dr Sauer was very pleasant as long as everything went well. As soon as problems developed he refused to answer my calls and refused to discuss it with me. His office assistant Nova was worse. Very condescending, said I should be thankful that I wasnt charged for replacing the teeth that fell out, outright lies saying that I was told to expect this. I now have to incur additional expenses to have the problems corrected due to their shoddy work. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

Dr. Dogus worked with me to create a detailed plan of treatment that would fix my immediate problem and return my mouth/teeth to order. Dr. Dogus and his staff are caring and genuinely warm in how they treat their patients. Every step of the way I am informed of whats happening and am checked in with to make sure that Im comfortable and not in pain. After a few months of being Dr. Dogus patient, I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist and therefore am taking better/consistent care of my dental health because of how professional and compassionate Dr. Dogus and his team have been. 100% recommend.

Sherry I didn’t see Dr. Dogus but Dr. Choi. They gave me a great new patient special for $69 which included a cleaning, full x-rays and an oral exam. The receptionist Monica and hygienist Dee were very competent and friendly also. Dr. Choi gave me a free consultation regarding a porcelain veneer that I’ve been wanting. It was a reasonable fair, price, completed in 2 visits and I’m very satisfied with the end result. I’ve found my new dentist and staff! Thank you.

ellen Greenberg I have been a patient of Dr Joseph Carpentieri since I was in my mid 20’s. I am now approaching 70. He is an absolute gem. He is so talented and practices the highest of ethics. Honest, kind, compassionate! The staff are so knowledgeable and professional. I want to thank them for taking such good care of me.

Mars I have been a patient of Dr. Carpentieri for over 10 years I had lost 3 of my front teeth in an accident, and he has worked tirelessly to ensure that I would walk out with not only teeth but teeth I could be proud of. Now on to the next topic, Dr. Carpentieri is someone who had my best interests in mind and the fact that a negative review written by someone who didnt even have treatment is appalling. @Lena Kempe ( whose 8 reviews were at places that she also had Karen meltdowns at) but its fine we have anonymous dentist name drops so shes clearly telling the truth and is a reliable source because she checked with this other dentist.

Michael Schwartz Dr. Jospeh Carpentieri is in a league of his own. Ignore the one bad review. In my opinion, it is slanderous and of questionable integrity. I wish I met Dr. Carpentieri 40 years ago. Truly a Dentists dentist.

Silvia Prado Dr. Jacome is great! The doctor was very thorough from start to finish. She explained everything in detail and went over my diet to address my oral health needs. She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and very professional. High, highly recommend. Best dental experience by far!

Jax L I have been going to Dr Jacome for years now and honestly I cannot speak highly enough about her and her team. My husband and I have long since left the White Plains area having moved further north, but we will never change dentists and happily drive the distance to only see her. I personally have had weak teeth after an accident in my childhood and after so many failed repairs I assumed Id be having them fixed quarterly. However, with Dr. Jacomes work I have gone years without needing repairs. I also have allergies to some ingredients (xylitol which is very common in oral hygiene products) and she has gone above and beyond doing research to find the best products for me. You will seriously not find a kinder, more thoughtful or more skilled dentist around.

Scott Monk This is a long overdue review! Dr Caruso and staff took excellent care of my son when he had his 1st wisdom tooth out. I especially want to compliment Dr Caruso’s assistant, Ethan- he made a very nervous teen feel comfortable by discussing video gaming etc. Ethan is extremely relatable to teens (and also to older people) with his kind ways and is extremely competent and experienced. If I could give the whole office a 10 , I would!

Joyce Silver Dr. Caruso put the wrong size healing cap in my implant which caused me to make an extra appointment for the right healing cap. While his surgery was impeccable, his attention to detail is lacking

Natalie Werner My daughter has a complicated dental history. We came to Dr. Caruso as the second surgeon after a failed bone grafting/implant the year before. He assessed her situation and has been working with her to get her to the point where she can have an implant. The staff is so welcoming and follows up after procedures, the office is very modern with TVs in every room making the time there as calming as possible.

Joanne Copeland From the first time I became Dr. Bosco’s patient he has always shown professional courtesy and very adapt to the care and treatment of the patient. Dr. Bosco has demonstrated and continues to practice his knowledge and ability to the dental care and comfort to his patient(s). The staff are very friendly, reliable and caring. MARK MAYO After moving to White Plains after 40 years in Manhattan... I knew I had to find a GOOD local dentist. I read a few reviews and took a chance with Dr. Rhodes. This dentist is truly experienced, knowledgable and not aggressive in his strategies. He very patiently outlined the options I had to remedy the conditions that existed. He was the perfect guy for me and exuded great confidence. So I went forward and during one session - he removed multiple dying teeth and laid the base for several implants. I had no pain during the procedure or after.I really like him and trust him.

Jordyn Eisenpress I’ve been coming to Dr. Teich my entire adult life, even after moving into NYC I still take the train back to Westchester to see him and his team — I won’t go anywhere else! When I lost part of my front tooth at age 16, Dr. Teich assured me he would fix it and no one would ever know the difference. 13 years later and no one has ever known! He just touched it up for me this week for my wedding day and it was the only part of wedding planning that was stress free because I knew I was in the best hands! On top of that, everyone in the office is SO wonderful and friendly. Truly cannot recommend them enough!!!!

Cristina G Finally, a good referral! I had gone for several opinions on a cosmetic concern i had and no one could really ever pinpoint the problem or confidently tell me they could treat the issue. Lots of $$ and office visits resulted in no solution, until I was referred to Dr. Teich by Dr. Portnoff and Dr. Schier (New City, NY) who said Dr. Teich was fantastic and would be a great person to get a second (more like 5th!) opinion from, so i made a consultation. From the moment I started sharing my concerns, Dr. Teich was attentive to me and validated everything I was saying, fully understanding my frustration but also confident and willing to perform a quick treatment for me. I wasn’t expecting that at all, and I agreed because finally someone knew they could help me! And he did. No, meds, or additional attempts at things that hadn’t worked in the past, no expensive mouth device… no crazy fee. His objective was to make sure i left happy and i did. His treatment made my engagement photos look even MORE amazing than i would have ever dreamed had I still had the gummy smile issue. What everyone else was complicating, Dr. Teich took action and reassured me of any next steps if the treatment by chance didn’t remain. But i am confident after what he did and said that my concern has been resolved for the long haul and i could not be more thankful for him! Great beside manner and a no bs dentist. Definitely go see Dr. Teich!

Kate Davidov Dr Shamuelov is simply amazing, Ive been a patient for 2 years and I can honestly say that he truly cares about the wellbeing of his patients. Ive had several procedures done by him and he always provided top of the line care, using the latest equipment and always in the cleanest setting. Its not easy to find a doctor that will go out of his way to educate his patients, all while providing services in the least painful way. I will absolutely continue coming to this doctor, hes the best.

Shoshannah Zimmerman Every detail of this experience is 5 star. Dr Amante‘s level of expertise and artistry is noteworthy. As a example, I had broken off a lower portion of my front tooth. I happen to be having a cleaning that day and was not there for any other reason. He came in to examine my teeth after the cleaning and I told him I had just broke my tooth and he said you shouldn’t have to walk around with it that way so if it is okay I will fix it right now. Within a short period of time he had fixed it and you would never know that there was a break. Six months later, no issues. The tooth looks perfect! His staff is excellent, so professional, caring and kind. Best dental office.

They have always been able to accomodate me with any dental emergency that I have had. I have found their staff to be professional and friendly. I recommend Drs. Katz for any of your dental hygiene needs.

Gerri Luce I went to Dr. Katz for the first time in pain. The medication, an antibiotic he prescribed for me did not help and when I reached him the next day to inform him of this, he told me to double it. Still no relief. Following that his office said he was not in and they were unable to reach him, nor did he check in. As I had an appointment with another dentist in several days (at his recommendation), I told his receptionist, I was not asking for a great quantity of pain medication, just a small amount to tide me over to that appointment, because I could not sleep and could only eat soft foods. His office never got back to me. The tooth eventually had to be pulled. Needless to say I will never return to Dr. Katz, nor will I refer anyone I care about to his office.
