Michael Ruriani Dr. Greenfield and his staff were pleasantly welcoming and professional. The office was immaculate as well as warm and comforting. Dr. Greenfield himself was extremely polite and transparent in his explanation of possible treatment and their procedures.

Diane Cunsolo I needed gum surgery and I was panicked. Dr. Greenfield and his staff were amazing. I had top and bottom surgery at the same time. I didn’t feel anything and the stitches were in for a week. I went back for removal and again painless. I was very happy with Dr Greenfield and his staff.

Kim Attanasio This is by far the best, and most professional, dental office I’ve ever gone to. After searching for a new dentist, and doing some extensive research, I found Dr. Greg and his staff - and never looked back! Staff is super friendly and accommodating and Dr. Greg is extremely knowledgeable. Since I’ve been going to this office the last 2 years, any concerns I’ve had with previous dental work have been addressed - and to say I’m happy with the results would be an understatement! 10/10 would recommend.

Dave Edwards Dr Greg is amazing! Finally a dentist who actually cares about his patients. I didnt feel rushed at all. He took his time to make sure i was comfortable and safe. His staff was perfect as well. Took the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of my questions. The facility was spotless. I would have been happy to eat off the floors but im sure the Dr wouldnt appreciate that after correcting my smile, cleaning and repairing my damaged teeth and leaving me with fresh breathe! I recommend everyone make an appointment at this Dentists office for work they need.

King Charlie Absolutely the worst dental office I’ve ever been to! The lack of professionalism is astounding! Even with appointments made, you can expect waiting times to exceed 40 minutes! And it may very well be a completely different dentist than you are told you will see. You got staff gossiping about other staff right in your face even swearing ..To top it all of the handsome “female “ dentist barely speaks clear English, lacks patience and empathy for not only clients but staff as well! Very rough “lady” and I wouldn’t recommend anyone get a procedure yet alone a cleaning at this office!

Keena Love I been going to this dentist for years now thanks to my mom , dentist is the best but the receptionist never answers your calls and mess up with your appointments. I’m a busy person and the receptionist aren’t considering of that. I love my dentist but I think after this work I will find another dentist, it’s very frustrating that I call 30 times and never get an answer, mind you they rescheduled my appointment but can’t answer to confirm. Over it !

Arieta Sej The amount of stars depends on the doctor. I first had Dr. Sadina Roselin for a cavity filling and I had such a bad experience I was ready to give one star and never go back. She was so unprofessional and rude to not only me but to the staff as well. Ive never experienced anything like it. She refused to explain anything, she audibly laughed when I said I was in pain, water was spilling down my neck, it was just overall a terrible experience. She yelled at me at one point for closing my mouth...I did not and she was visibly annoyed the rest of the appointment. BUTTTTT I went back and switched to Dr. Om Chainani, the owner, and I was BLOWN AWAY at the difference!!! He was so patient and kind with me. He explained every small detail, asked if I was in any pain during the filling, understood where my pain was coming from and calmly explained the reasoning behind it. He apologized once for taking longer on the filling because he wanted it to be perfect. Id rather have that!! If youre going to come here book with him!! 5 stars for Dr. Om Chainani!! (also the receptionists were always super helpful and kind. I constantly had issues with insurance and referrals and they were always patient and ready to help. Not sure what the others reviews are on about. 5 stars for them too!)

All staff is very professional and skillful and they explain everything. I even bring my 16 year old daughter now and she is very happy with Dr. Mo. Electify Auxti My mom Mrs Wu had the wonderful visits in this office! They took her as emergency visit after I call because she had tremendous toothache, my mom is disabled, during the visit, Dr. Moe was very patient and kind explaining the situation to us, also very professional took care the problem, the hygienist was also amazing and very skillful. The receptionist Elsa was very pleasant and helpful! We are very happy with the care they provided, we would like to highly recommend this office to anyone!

Kem Kem They cancel appointments last minute. The day of your scheduled appointment they’ll have you waiting over 2 hours to be seen. The receptionist lies about wait time.

Yury Gorokhovsky The worst dental i ever seen. I came just for cleaning first time in this office. I had to visit just for cleaning 3 times. First they told me that I need some kind of authorization from my cardiologist (nobody ever ask me before). Second I came and they said doctor didnt come, have an emergency. Nobody call me to cancel. Finally I did cleaning, but they said that I need to go to some another dantist for a different cleaning. Such a BS

Aysha Naveed my sister has been going here for years so i switched over due to severe tooth pain I’ve been having. my mom scheduled the appt for me and once i got there we realized it was two weeks out. the receptionists are so so nice and still squeezed me in anyway - the entire staff was extremely efficient and super kind. the x ray tech explained to me what he was doing and warning me for discomfort before putting the bite piece in which I really appreciated. dentist was also super super efficient and took me seriously when I pointed out which tooth on the x rays was bothering me, and when I said I thought my wisdom teeth were coming in and bothering me. He recommended a root canal and had me schedule a follow up - all of that was done in under an hour and a half, great team all around. will update post next appts but honestly even from this first appt I can tell they’re definitely worth the 5 stars.

Ashley Taylor We drove from NJ and arrived at the location exactly at the appointment time. Due to the long one way roads and finding parking, we walked into the office 7 minutes late. The receptionist stated everyone left and there’s nothing she can do. Keep in mind, they called me a day prior offering to reschedule for an earlier time which I declined. The receptionist was so dismissive. We will absolutely not be returning to this location. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but I kept receiving those annoying feedback texts.

Anna Yurashova The quality of ceramic metal crowns is extremely low! In September 2023, a metal-ceramic crown was installed on my tooth, which immediately, on the day of installation, turned out to be chipped in the lower part adjacent to the gum, as can be seen in the photo. This defect is noticeable with a wide smile (photo 1). I saw this only when I came home and was so upset that I did not even try to make any claims to the doctor who installed this crown, because it had already been glued on a permanent basis and I did not want to cut it down again. A year later, two black dots formed on the central part of the crown (photo 2). Apparently, the coating had worn down to the metal. I dont remember the doctors name. It was one of the russian-speaking doctors. I have never seen such a poor quality of crown making in my life.

Valerie I had a disappointing experience with Dentist Nag. I was accepted as a new patient with a filling that had fallen out, expecting it to be replaced to prevent further decay. However, I was informed that it wouldnt be filled because it required a crown. When I expressed my concern about not being able to get multiple crowns in one visit, I was told that I would need a root canal by my next appointment. I feel this approach was not in my best interest. He said he’d rather let my tooth decay (until he sees me again), then to fill it, (to prevent further decay). He was hungry for making a quick buck. They do not care about their patients here, they care about money. Patients beware.

If you don’t sit down and talk with your patients you’ll misdiagnosed them. I know it’s busy but just relax and have a little bit more patience and compassion for your patients

Kerry Ambrosio My first appointment was a last minute appointment was with Vincent Circosta D.D.S 2/22/2025, I to my own fault was also a few minutes late; this, however, was never made an issue. I was instead first met with how clean and fresh the office appeared; and more importantly, not only professionalism, but a pleasant experience with each person I encountered. Everything was efficient without feeling rushed and I left with a complete understanding of what I have going on, options to consider as well as a financial breakdown explained without having to ask. I also would like to note, I have many personal experiences of being brushed off by doctors but it felt he took the time to listen to me and treat the patient not just look at symptoms. I have already recommended their practice to a few people.

Benjamin Helwa I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Circosta and his staff and would not recommend them. After my root canal, they were not helpful in managing my care, which led to the spread of an infection in my tooth. They did not follow up properly, leaving me to deal with the complications on my own. When my insurance changed, their only response was that I could pay upfront if I wanted to continue being seen, without offering any assistance in finding another provider. The lack of care, communication, and concern for my well-being from both Dr. Circosta and his staff was frustrating and unacceptable. I’m very dissatisfied with the services provided and would not trust them with my dental care again.
