Renee R My mom has been going here since childhood, as have I, and it’s always been a great experience. I never understood why people hated the dentist until I heard some stories! None of that here, just kind, gentle people. Quite unfortunate they don’t take insurance, but I consider it worth the expense. Teeth are important; I wouldn’t trust just anyone to go scraping around in my mouth! I’ve had multiple baby teeth and my wisdom teeth removed here.

Sunday Salvaty I went to Dr. Reilly for a tooth extraction on a molar that had two previous root canals. We discussed my history, my questions , and pain anxiety. He was very patient and assured me that I shouldn’t feel any pain with the appropriate amount of Novocain. He verified that I did in fact need the tooth removed. Once I was numb, the procedure took about ten minutes even with me requesting a short break due to my anxiety. Dr. Reilly exhibited great skill and compassion. His support staff was amazing! One assistant stroked my hand to help calm me while he was working on my tooth. For some people, tooth extraction might not be a big deal; however, it was a very big deal to me. Dr. Reilly and all of his staff made the effort to acknowledge my fears and reassure me in a nonjudgmental fashion. I am so grateful to everyone at the Schenectady location. Thank you!

The Brown’s family The receptionist is rude, unprofessional, and does not tell you information that you need to know before your visit like not filing with insurance, being 15 minutes early or reschedule your appointment. Consultation paid in full at your visit.

Abby Laier Was referred here for a root canal because they take my insurance. Red flags from the start. The receptionist, Gretchen, was rude and scheduling an appointment felt more like being lectured than the coming together and passing along of information. Once there and ready to go, the Doctor had absolutely no time to be compassionate or reassuring about the procedural options she described as possibilities. It was impossible to make any sort of human connection with either Gretchen or the Doctor. It felt like it was not part of their programming. Any questions I had were met with an abrasive responses, as though it was inappropriate for me to ask questions to understand what was likely to happen in MY MOUTH. I started to have a lot of anxiety and felt the beginning of a panic attack starting. Instead of telling me something like "oh you dont need to be worried, we see a lot of that here" or "we can set that right, no need to be concerned" the Doctor simply looked at me. Luckily I was able to leave without having anything more than x-rays done because they needed to get in contact with my dentist and they were unable to do so. I am so thankful that he never answered their call! This visit felt like something out of American Horror Story.

Liz Lorenzini The doctor and receptionist were very accommodating, professional, and helpful. My procedure went great was very gentle and communicated what she was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jim Widdis I was referred to Dr. Rizzuto after going to another dentist who did an incomplete root canal which was still causing problems several months later. Specialized x-rays showed another root that was completely missed. Dr. Rizzuto explains things very well and is very easy to talk with. He has done an excellent job on correcting my problem. Also need to mention that his staff are all very pleasant.

Got Em I was told by my dentist that I needed a root canal and would have to see an endodontist. I was in excruciating pain prior to my visit and was unable to sleep. Bart Rizzuto was recommended by a friend and I cant be happier that he was. His staff was professional, kind, and really put you at ease. They informed me of the cost upfront(1100) and provided me with my insurance options. The procedure was quick and painless and best of all I never felt pain again after the procedure was completed. Dr Rizzuto is a down to earth professional and friendly person. I know if I needed the procedure in the future, this is the only place I would go.

Darcy Englert Shaw I highly recommend this practice! I was referred by my dentist to two endodontics practices. The first charged me $227 for a consultation and quoted me at OVER $3000 for a root canal. Dr. Rizzuto did my consultation and entire root canal in one visit and charged me $1100. In addition, he did great work; I had no pain during or after the visit (aside from the novacaine shot) and he was quick and professional. His staff was great as well; no waiting for my appointment and they were very clear about costs and how the visit would go. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone needing a root canal.

tabetha Unser office staff is great, awful experience with dentist husband had temp crown put on came off twice waiting on crown had to see another dentist to put back on 2nd time. Then he did root canal a number years ago my husband experienced pain our new dentist sent him to specialist who redid the root canal to find out he left a piece of cotton in his tooth which cause a infection.

Just recently had a root canal performed here and wow, it really wasnt bad at all! This is how good they are. And I usually dread dental procedures. I would highly recommend coming here for anyone who needs a new dentist, and children are welcome too. Love you guys!

Dave Bradshaw Doc Sossner treats my entire family, has always been available, pain free, and professional. Many of my GE colleagues use him as well. Small office makes for personal attention along with a friendly atmosphere, its not the stuffy dental office you remember from being a kid. Highly recommend Dr Sossner!

Kevin Johnson If youre looking for a dentist you will not find a better one. Dr Sossner is very friendly and empathetic. He has state of the art equipment and a staff that is hard to find these days. Mary Ann runs the office , she is very friendly knowledgeable and eager to help and help you understand insurance and procedures. Carol is the dental hygienist and assistant and maybe wears a few other hats in this profession that Im not aware of. She is very good at her job , she is extremely empathetic and will work with you to make you feel the most comfortable. This office is very thorough , everyone gets along like family and they make me feel like family as well.

James Laplante I am a long-standing patient. I cancelled a few appts due to COVID. I requested an appt for a cleaning, which was fulfilled within 2 days. I was greeted warmly by Elena, who is personable and professional. Christina - BEST HYGIENIST EVER - soon took over. We spent a few minutes catching up, then it was down to business. She addressed all my concerns, and conducted a thorough cleaning, spending extra time, which was needed. She asked about my wife (who is undergoing s series of oral surgeries. Christina is totally professional, and a genuine caring individual. Dr. Perrino was personable, professional. Took time to talk 2 me, answer concerns. This is a top-notch practice.

Emily McDonnell My immediate/extended family have been patients of this practice for decades. I won’t go anywhere else. Drs. Perrino are wonderful, provide exceptional care and do not rush you, always ensuring you fully understand your care in terms you can understand. My children have attended here as well since their first dental appointment and they have always felt comfortable and even ENJOY going to the office. Don’t sleep on this amazing family practice!

Terri Frisone This dentist works for home town health the worst place you can go. I had a tooth ache on May 16th delta dental wouldn’t let me get a crown because I had “to many teeth in my mouth. I didn’t have a job so I borrowed money from my family so get I can get it. I finally had my root canal done this October my temporary filling fell out went into the dentist again they won’t something else in there because the full root canal hadn’t been done which I was not aware of up they will do the rest of the root canal on 27th of October, and I have to wait for my crown which I have already paid for I highly recommend that people do not go to this place and I also feel that the dentists that work there have lost their souls. What dents office makes you wait 5-6 months Meanwhile I’ve been on three doses of antibiotics because I’ve had pain in my jaw. All they want to do is pull it out and I won’t allow it.I I am now looking for another dentist that has some integrity, and not Cowtail to a big monopoly instead of just putting in a dental plan and have this done within a month it’s ridiculous. Meanwhile, my other teeth above and around that one are constantly aching. Don’t go just don’t go.
