Cindi Fuentes Ive been a patient if Dr Smiths since she took over the practice. Ive always had a great experience. I moved out of the Monroe county area about 16 years ago but still make the drive to utilize her practice. Recently I had a crown fall off and she not only fit me in on a busy Monday but also made the time to work with the existing crown saving me the cost of a new one. Yazmine Burgos-Rodriguez I found FullHeart Dentistry solely by coincidence and was just sold on it, I didn’t think twice on going here even after 8years of having no dentist and bad experiences. Dr.Smith is kind, patient, she has explained every bit of the process and everything I’m needing. Determined to really fix my teeth and make it healthy again. I recently just had fillings done and a root tip extraction and the process was very smooth and she was gentle when working on my teeth. The extraction was done very quickly, I barely felt it was happening. I have more work to do on it and I won’t be going anywhere else! Thanks so much!

Martika Caban I dont know that I can say enough great things about this place. I chose it because they were in network and close to my home, but what I got was so much more than that. Meghan and Francheska are the first faces you see when you walk in and they are so incredibly friendly and kind. Michelle was my hygienist who made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment I met her. She took the time to explain everything she was doing before she did it, and she didnt do that weird thing some hygienists do where they ask questions while cleaning your teeth that you either cant respond to or you respond but it just comes out as a weird sound because someones hands are in your mouth. Lastly, Dr. Smith was the doctor who came in to see me. I have never felt at home with a dentist before...but even while telling me I had my first cavity ever, Dr. Smith was kind and compassionate, while at the same time funny and complimentary. I absolutely loved and adored her and I cant believe how lucky I am to call her my dentist now. I would travel far and wide to come to this office and if youre reading this, you should too.

Lisa Copeland I absolutely adore my dentist here! She is so sweet, super quick and doesn’t waste any time. I couldn’t find a decent dentist in years for my daughter and I. Our first appointment was great, my daughter was terrified and left happy. She made her feel comfortable. And I’ve been there twice and already have all my teeth problems solved down to a root canal on the second visit. And unlike other offices, she will answer the phone and talk to you herself! Literally the best! I’m so happy I found her.

Stasia Melones Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Shaesta Najeem was gentle, informative and extremely knowledgeable. I know it’s not easy finding a dentist in this area but today I feel like I hit the lottery. Excellent!!!!

Andrea Accorso Where do I start...I switched to her from liberty dental arts. Her secretaries are rude and terrible! They talk back, raise their voices and treat you like trash! She cleaned my teeth once. I then scheduled another appointment for my teeth to be cleaned again and a cavity appointment. I had to cancel my cavity appointment because my daughter was sick with the flu! I also canceled again because she was supposed to talk to my cardiologist about what numbing medication she can give me without raising my heart rate so I dont pass out from underlying health issues or go into cardiac issues but she never did. She said it was two no shows and she doesnt make time for those patients. I called her because she told me I only had one cavity but now having tooth pain in multiple spots she refused to see me and get me in. She refused to put resin supposit in my root canal that needed to be finished. She told me call her at 8 am she might be able to fit me in but I had a weird feeling so I had my root canal specialist call her on my behalf and she told them I will not see her ever have her get a new dentist. I now have an infection in my root canal tooth because of she neglected to help me and finish it. I ended up at urgent care dental in irondiquiet yesterday got an antibiotic. Also going back to root canal specialist Friday. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. This lady is insane and treats her patients terrible. I am filing out a complaint with the state. I hope they shut her practice down. I will not give up until they do and Im sueing because of negligence!

Eric Walker Very good place to come. A friend recommended to me 20 years ago. She would bring her children there when they were younger. However, one thing I dont like, they do not have mouth rinse sinks anymore. ...but you can always get a cup of water from there water machine and gargle when you leave out the office.

Genesis was very gentle while giving X-rays and very knowledgeable with everything she was doing. Definitely made me my nerves settle down. Dr. Dana was also very kind. Chris Baker I got new insurance so I had to look for a new dentist. I found a good one. Dr. Chen and staff are friendly, professional, and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. Dr. Chen explained everything thoroughly and took the time to make sure I understood everything that needed to be done. I had two very difficult extractions on some cracked teeth and Dr. Chen did a fantastic job. I healed quickly using her instructions and the follow up was good news.I have already recommended her to my family and friends.

Jak Kilpatrick Hands down, Dr. Chen is my favorite dentist. The staff she works with is also super nice and friendly. It had been well over 10 years since I last visited her specifically. The level of care I received surpassed the fond memories I had of her practice. I had always loved it there. This time, it was like returning to family. Dr. Chen and staff helped me so much with my dental care. My only regret is that I didnt reach out to her practice sooner. Still, I am so happy to be back. 10/10 will be back again.

Stacey Schweinfurth Started going to this office while with the military and decided to keep Dr. Chen as my dentist after completing my contract. I have never felt pain during a filling, and she has always been incredibly thorough. Her hygienist is super friendly and does a great job. I was greeted by a kind, knowledgeable, proactive dental assistant who gave me great information and patient care. The dentist took her time with me and explained the situation clearly. zachary keep They do amazing dental work, but they are dishonest with respect to billing. I was assured that my insurance would cover part of the cost of the work that I needed, only to find that insurance covered nothing. Had their staff not spoken with such confidence about what insurance would do, I would have gone somewhere else and saved over $1000. Very disappointing.

Roger Rubinstein Dr. Blum and his staff are among the most caring medical professionals I have ever met. Everyone is interested in your care and well-being. They are also genuinely nice people to be around. I needed some major dental work, and Dr. Blum personally interacted with a maxillofacial surgeon, a periodontist and an orthodontist to make sure that everything came out correctly. He monitored the work of the other doctors, as well as doing his part of the procedures that were necessary. The results were exemplary.

Sharon Bartell Have been a patient along with my husband for many many years. When Dr. D and Rita retired we were sad but it happens at our age. Doctors Mike and Alanna have been great and so respectful. Recently had a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Mike. He did an amazing job and it was as simple as he promised. Wish I had not stressed so much about it. His call the evening of the extraction to follow-up is so appreciated. If you are looking for a young, educated dental practice they are great. Darrin Peck Initial consultation appointment: Appointment was very easy to schedule, via phone directory. Pre check in process prior to appointment via text and or email was efficient and thorough but not overwhelming. Consult appointment check in using laptop was also convenient and efficient. I was surprised in how quickly after checking in that I was called in for dental x-rays and the entire evaluation process. Kind, friendly and informative staff that took the time to address questions, concerns and explain the entire process. I was referred to Elmwood Dental by two friends and am very pleased with the initial consultation process so far. I am looking forward to the follow up appointment. Based on my experience to this point, I would highly recommend a consultation with Elmwood Dental if considering dental implant or restoration.

If you are questioning getting any scale of dental work, put your trust in them, they will CARE for you properly. I wish I only found them sooner!

Kevin OReilly My appointment for scan for temp to permanent Hybridge was a very easy experience. Mostly due my staff member Astorias professionalism and compassion. She explained each step and was using a new process and equipment which she was trained on. She introduced a doctor from another office who she was training on the process. Astoria made me feel very comfortable in a dental chair! The team scanned the temp, then removed it and scanned the tissue. They scanned a last time after reinstalling the temp bridge. I was very pleased with the appointment experience.

Karissa Bruchhauser We absolutely love it here for our whole family! I’ve been bringing my son since his first tooth came in and everyone is so kind, friendly and so great with kids of all ages! You can tell that the whole office staff works well together and is incredibly efficient. We’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes to be brought back for our appointment (which is so important when you have small children, their attention span is only so long) My last visit for myself was wonderful. I had my 2 small children with me and the staff was so wonderful with working on me and also helping keep my infant calm during my appointment. We would HIGHLY recommend this office to everyone who is looking for an honest, family dentist with amazing staff!

Angelee Robson Just left here after a very traumatic experience with my son. We went there for a filling for him the dentist she was super rude, and not comforting. My son was clearly upset. He’s seven years old and she did nothing to comfort him. On top of that when she was doing the filling, the silver plating that she used went in his throat and he started choking on it, which I witnessed because she messed up. She started yelling at him because he was choking and wanted to stop. On top of that after he finished choking and it was out of his throat, she stood up and said I can’t do this walked out and said mom you need to talk to him. I will never ever ever take my son back to this place ever again. The way he was treated was very unprofessional and I’m taking this up with Monroe County. I would recommend not bringing your children here.

Vanessa Very kind dental office, parents can go back to be with their little ones, and they give little toy prizes for kids at the end of the visit. They didn’t give us the option for fluoride or no fluoride they just did it. If you’re a parent that cares about that I would just ask beforehand. Hygienist was so sweet with my son, making him comfortable the entire time and joking around with him letting him feel the toothbrush and suction to make sure he was comfortable. Awesome dentist visit and it was very easy to make an appointment for new patient, lady at the front desk was also friendly and patient with me even when I didn’t have the health insurance card number.

Douglas Platt Greece office sucks. Incompetent staff. Had confirmed appointment today. After waiting for 30 mins in waiting room. Inquired why the wait, staff looked around for my hygienist. Told me she wasnt there and didnt realize that when I checked. This is not the first time this has happened! My appointment was confirmed last week!! Go somewhere else. Margaret Carlston My mother had a terrible experience. The assistant and doctor were incredibly rude to me. Have been in for two consultations. Refused to treat her. because I hadn’t had a dental cleaning first. Said they did not have any of my records. Told me “I don’t make the rules. He said he owns the practice… HE MAKE THE RULES.” Don’t waste your time here.

Ted Llewellyn On the plus side the care has been very good. They seem to be using up to date techniques and the dentists seem to be very good. Ive had mixed results with the rest of the staff; some are friendly and some scold. And the billing has errors. They have billed me for services I never received. After telling me the billing had been corrected I have gotten another bill. Assuming I do get this corrected I may go looking for a new dental practice.
