Carla P. I found this office when I had an emergency. My filling had fallen out and my dentist couldn’t fit me in for two weeks. I was experiencing pain. I got the appointment for the following day which was a Sunday! The wait was long but then again it was a Sunday and emergency services. The care I received was superb. I enjoyed the staff and they were gentle with my teeth. After that I went for a cleaning the hygenist was great at sharing tips on dental hygiene. I expressed concern for my back two fillings. I was seen shortly after for filling replacements. The process was fast, smooth and painless. Aside from emergency services they usually do see you at the time of your appointment. I am now trying to get my partner to go to VIP dental because his dentist doesn’t do much for him. All in all, I highly recommend.

Leonella Camacho Mora I had the opportunity to visit this dental office twice, both with my husband and my daughter Cecilia. However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions. Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.

Michelle S Extremely disappointed with this medical office. My elderly grandparents, who are in their 90s, specifically called to ask if this place is wheelchair accessible, in which they assured them that it was. Upon arriving, they discovered that this office was NOT wheelchair accessible and had 23 steps to get to the second floor. When they called to ask how they were expected to climb up these stairs to get to the office, the receptionist just told them to try and do it slowly. Ridiculous. My grandparents have had multiple surgeries and have bad mobility/pain. They can barely leave their apartment; even making the trip to the office in itself was a painful struggle. In the end, they wasted time, money for the car service, and unnecessary physical effort. Reading other reviews it seems that this place has a track record of poor communication and blatantly lying to patients. I would avoid this place, especially if you are elderly or have mobility issues.

Jose Cassia I wasn’t the patient, just witness to a rude front desk staff. especially to clients who’s first language isn’t English. From reading the other reviews for this location, not hard to see the common denominator being desk staff attitude.

Ive gone to other dentists here and there in between but all they want is money and they want to take advantage of you. I always end up back with Dr. Gary hes taken care of my whole family and he always fits me in and takes excellent care of my teeth. Ive learned my lesson and wont go anywhere else! Hes honest, he takes his time, Im never rushed and never uncomfortable here. Everything is always explained to me in detail and i truly appreciate it. Ive also seen Dr. Edward a few times and hes great as well. I have no complaints! The staff is always friendly and kind. The office is always clean and tidy. I highly recommend them.

Every once in a while i have gone to other dental offices in between visiting them—but i always come back to Perfect Teeth Dental for the great service they provide. This is a very skilled dental practice. If you are the average person, it can be very hard to know if a dentist is any good at their job, but because you only have one set of teeth, you need to ensure that your dentist knows that he is doing and that he will do their job well. These guys are excellent at what they do, they have always done durable and trustworthy work for me—even fixing prior dental work that was not done well. The staff is very accommodating and kind. They will take care of you whatever your situation. I highly recommend this practice. I hope the doctors never retire, because it would be hard to find equally skilled replacements.

Hes done amazing root canals and crowns for me and well as implants. This office is very clean and very well maintained. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. The office staff is top notch, polite, and easy to get in contact with. china marie Dr. Tsomo and her team were very professional and I had a great first experience. I only waited a few minutes after my appointment time to be called back for my cleaning. The office was not overbooked with patients. She has a nice, calm and polite personality that makes you feel comfortable. Her receptionist and hygienist are pleasant as well. The Dr. listened to me and gave me helpful and accurate info when I asked about teeth whitening. Scheduling appointments is easy and they seem to be available during the upcoming week, so you dont have to wait for months. I love how the new patient forms are all digital and the office sends you email and text updates about upcoming appointments as reminders. I also came in with a small chip on my front tooth (picture shown). I knew that I would probably have to make another separate appointment to get it fixed, but the Dr. considered me and was able to fix it the SAME DAY with no new appointment being made. I was completely pleased and the results looked and felt great. She also confirmed the results with me before completing the bonding on my composite. I felt no pain during the cleaning, even though the drill is pretty loud. I highly recommend this dentist! She had the best reviews out of all the other ones that I looked at before making my final decision. Thank you All Smiles General Dentistry, I will be back!

Ad Am23 Just got a root canal done by the Dr. Waleed himself and I couldnt be more pleased by the outcome of both him and his staff. They work fluently together and were able to complete my procedure with diligence. Highly highly highly recommend and will be returning for a cleaning soon!

Alphan I was about to lose my whole teeth and was told my 13 teeth needs to be extracted and was gonna have denture instead the two dentists that I visited told me which made me devastated and desperate to have fake teeth and the risk of losing my job because of this issue.When my uncle referred me Doctor Nayat I was thinking she and would say the same thing .She told me that the 2 dentists I had the exam what they told me that my jaw bones are very week but she had much a solution for this which I dont lose 14 teeth and having no dentures which is laser treatment so I dont lose all my teeth,I had 2 sessions with her within 2 months.Each session I had laser treatment and extracted 1 tooth only instead of 13.I am very happy with the results that I have.Not only she rescued my mouth and stopped me having dentures that was very important for my job and my mental.My teeth now looks very clean. She also maintained a teeth which was missing in the middle of my lower mouth which looks very natural and dont bother me when eating and drinking.As a person who has anxiety to go to the dentist my entire life now I am gonna have my teeth exam every 3 months with her.I feel like I am in good hands and definitely will good take care of my mouth now.

I get a good cleaning twice a year and I previously had some small procedures done. The doctors are wonderful. I trust them and I recommend Sky Dental.

Queens NY Foodtastic Wow i just called there to make an appt as a new patient that the receptionist who answered tge phone was unprofessional that she seemed annoyed that she had to work as she answered the phone with a "YEA" I stated my name no response from her asked if she took my insurance she said "NOPE" I said ok how much is a consultation she smacked her gums signed a deep breath n said $75 I said ok thank you n hung up remembering that their web site states "FREE CONSULTATION" But she wanted to charge me $75..... hmmmmm I am feeling duped in a way that online states something totally different than the receptionist stated. Is it false advertisement or is the receptionist pocketing the $75... idk but that call left a sour taste in my mouth that I couldnt see myself as their patient. I dont recommend!!
