Patti DiB Dr Vu and her staff are lovely. The office is very clean. The work done has been fantastic. I first came here after another local dentist screwed up and left me in constant pain. Dr Vu took the time to compassionately listen. She then laid out a clear set of options so I could make an informed decision. She didnt push one way or another. This was very appreciated.

susan mahoney I am a new patient at Delaware Ave Dental. At the front desk I was greeted warmly which made me very comfortable. My cleaning was thorough and painless. I needed an extraction and Dr Vu was excellent removing my infected tooth without pain. I would highly recommend Delaware Ave Dental.

Ms. Jonesie First and foremost I am grateful for Dr Wood and is staff. Dr Wood rescued me from a dental implant gone wrong. After consultation and the importance of maintaining good vitamin D levels the implant procedure was scheduled and the process completed. The implant looks like my original tooth! I also had mercury fillings removed and replaced with porcelain caps. In both procedures I experienced minimal pain. His office is updated and has state of the art equipment. His passion for the craft and care for his patients definitely shows. Wood Dental is an asset to Buffalo and the Dental Community.

Each experience Ive had with them has been amazing. Dr. Wood and his entire staff are kind, caring, and patient. They personally made me feel safe, well cared for, and made sure I wasnt in any pain. Sasha Horrible dentist. I had to get all my dental work dr nina did. I had several fillings fall right out less than a month after. My new dentist apologized to me because she saw how sloppy and inaccurate dr Nina’s work was. She had to fix every single tooth dr Nina worked on which were several. I will never return to this company. She does not care or take the time with her patients

Julie Cammarata I hate having to do this, but I think it’s important to put the word out there. I came to this practice Even after hearing the horrible experience my senior mother had with Dr. Williams. I was unaware at the time of which doctor gave her a hard time so I booked an appointment to get One of my teeth filled. just my luck, I got Dr. Williams. I didn’t say anything to him upon my initial appointment about the treatment of my mother. I wanted to find out for myself during my examination. He was very rude to me. He has no bedside manner whatsoever or compassion for his patients. They charged me for things I never requested so now I have to call the insurance company and fight it. Also, I was driving home after my appointment and had to pull the gauze out of my top gums. he never removed the gauze when he was done . I didn’t realize it at the time that it was there because my mouth was numb. finally, let’s not forget about the black bear that he killed and put in the waiting room as a trophy. That right there should tell you a person’s character. I ended up calling them back and canceling my appointment for six months. I will never go back there again. I don’t even know how he is still practicing with all of the horrible reviews. I have read about this practice best of luck to you, sir.

Melissa Amazing dentist & dental assistants! They are so welcoming and tell you what they’re going to do every step of the way so you aren’t surprised. Even the receptionist’s are amazing! Unfortunately I lost my job and they don’t take any forms of Medicaid so I had to find a new dentist. But I plan to go back to them when I get a new job!! Highly recommend this practice!

cindy lamacchia Their trying to make us pay $250.00 for something that our dental insurance has already covered! And, I have an appointment today & if I cancel because of this situation thats going on, their going to charge us $100.00. I had a VERY strong feeling this was not a good place to. And its not the the doctors or assistants, its the people that do the paper work...they dont know what their doing, at all!!!! NEVER EVER go there, they will rip you off & than fight & argue & LIE that your wrong & their right!!!!! They are straight up THEIVES

Jenia Harge Manager will blackball you if you leave bad review. I left bad review 6 years ago (rightfully so) was offered to see Dr.bob in exchange for review to be removed. I declined and 6 years later I was told my account isn’t active and I am not allowed to receive service at any location due to this matter, the manager didn’t explain this to me or have any conversation. Be mindful this place isn’t how they perceive themselves to be. Very petty & six years later still rude and carry on without seeking any understanding. I believe I may have dodged a bullet seeing as back then my “bad review” was due to being unable to completely close my mouth after receiving service from one of their dentist (Gretchen, Amherst Location 2018). This review is only to say… if you have a problem at their location keep it to yourself if you plan on trying again at ANY location within the following 6 years. Hope this helps.

Laura Haykel Dr. Yusri and the dental tech were amazing on a recent visit to get an unexpected cavity filled. They were professional, kind, supportive and the work was done quickly and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever!

Nur Al amin Dentist are not good at all. I have taken two types of treatment and both of them are real bad. Still I am suffering from both treatments. One of the treatment Allah/ God saved my life, I was hospitalized and I had to do surgery. Still suffering. Do not recommend anyone to go there.

Ti Parker Admin seems to have a substance abuse problem, which causes Disorientation which then effects the knowledge of being able to give correct information. Co pays signed to be a certain amount the later billed for a higher amount. Record & save any documents and or conversations. Providers only interest is money. Simple. Treatments change depending on how much comes out of pocket. Also comments made by provider extremely uncomfortable. Notice the reviews that are “newest” nothing positive. There may be an influx in 5 star reviews. Trust their from inside. Patient care is not the priority. In a nut shell, quantity over quality. Don’t waste your time.

Nate Kapperman This company should be avoided at all costs due to unethical and incompetent billing practices. I have good insurance, been going here for a while for cleanings, and then out of nowhere I get an unexpected bill stating there is a past due balance of….. zero dollars. I called, they apparently put my insurance id wrong on the claim. Ok. The problem is this scenario has repeated multiple times over months. I go to pay online and it says no balance due, I call and am told to disregard. Now I get a letter threatening to send this to a collection agency and hit my credit score. So we have the worst combination of incompetence and misrepresentations going on - at this point I will take time off work and walk in 65 dollars cash to get rid of these people. On top of this, be aware this company is a volume based mill. Cleanings are under 10 minutes. Last summer they recommended a root canal for a sore tooth, which went away after a couple weeks and had been fine since. Thankfully I had the sense to wait and not get it done since they couldn’t explain why I needed it in the first place. I had stuck around because they were conveniently located, but save yourself a headache (toothache?) and go somewhere else.

A Fuller I went to have my tooth pulled dont like pain so I had them put me to sleep ok simple, this happened in August now its February and I still have numbness, they did not tell me it could last this long if they did I wouldnt have gotten it done !!!!!

Mahdia This review is NOT for residents or staff members! 5/5 for overall dental services especially the residents were really doing great. My mom recently had done root canal with Dr. Derek Lin. She felt no pain and it was her best dental experience so far. He was patient, dedicated and, empathetic. However, the parking lot gave me headache fr. I didn’t know we were supposed to get pass for Tower lot as I was running late for the appointment. Later, I ended up with $30 ticket for vehicle violation when I parked for a valid reason but forgot to get the pass. I had my student permit, probably they misunderstood and thought I parked there as a student. At least they could give me warning citation first but, a violation ticket for valid parking reason?

The Ritz To start I want to say that i was really nervous about going, but as soon as I got there everyone was super nice and helpful. The whole team from start to finish was amazing. They even took an extra step to talk to me about antibiotics as I had infection before I had the 2 teeth pulled. Ive never felt better after a extraction but again they did amazing work. I will be returning as I felt very comfortable with everyone who took thier time and actually listened and took amazing care of me. THANK YOU UB DENTAL!!!

Eric Student drilled a giant hole in my cheek i was bleeding alot. Her teacher knew about it. I was sent home still numb and didnt realize actually how bad it was until I looked inside and notice I had a half inch long and almost quarter inch deep hole in my cheek. I went back the next day so I could make sure I didnt need stitches and cancel any further appointments with them and they had no record of it even happening. Granted the person I seen the next day was very upset that there was no notes for it happening and i was called by an advocate that told me everyone involved was going to have a not so friendly meeting and was refunded money I put up front for treatment and was offered resident dentists at the discounted rates but I declined because of the sole fact the teacher knew and failed to document any of it. I would never recommend this place, youre dealing with people more worried about a grade or getting in trouble rather than your health and safety. I couldnt eat for 2 days because the pain and the whole side of my face was swollen and was told take ibuprofen. Also, just so youre aware, if youre getting any serious work done I was told that they do not give strong pain medicine for anything, because ibuprofen shows itll work better according to them which is a joke. They wanted to give me a bone graft and three implants and pull teeth without pain meds. No thank you. Also pushed more expensive work on me that my dentist now says I dont really need and each appointment even for just a filling takes at least 3 hours.

Karina Massaro Always a pleasant experience from the greeting when I first walk in to the friendly conversation with my hygienist. I never have a very long wait from when my appointment is scheduled which is nice because it shows they value your time. Every time I’ve had to have work done, Dr. Stoica explains what’s happen and is very attentive to ensure I’m experiencing no pain. Great dental office!

chance mitchell Would give it a 4 atleast if it wasn’t for the most miserable receptionist you would have ever encountered. The dentistry would seem so much better especially with the nice nurses and Dr. It’s like two different worlds when talking in the back vs talking to her upfront or on the phone . I would recommend getting rid of her if you want your business more approachable. I have nor anyone I recommended has ever had a good experience with her.

My front tooth broke on Christmas weekend! I was in a complete panic and called the office. They were able to have Dr. Petrilli fix the crack on a Saturday. My holiday is saved. They always seem to run on time and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I had a recent dental "urgency" and they were very accommodating. You dont get this kind of service at the franchise dental offices. Highly recommend Dr. Emily!

Mary Ann Moretta I called Dr. Schaffer‘s office with severe molar pain and her stafg got me in the next morning at 8:30. She diagnosed a split back molar which was infected and needed to be extracted. Her office and Dr. Schaeffer had me sit in the waiting room while they called an oral surgeon and was able to secure me an appointment. I had the tooth extracted that morning. Highly recommend Dr. Schaeffer for her years of great dentistry and her outstanding staff, but she went above and beyond for me today.

PrincessofPower84 I have been here before (albeit a few years back), and while they usually give good, competent service and bedside manner, my most recent experience left a lot to be desired. I called the emergency number due to having a toothache so bad that I cant eat/drink anything cold on one side and while the emergency doctor on call was nothing but nice and helpful (although shes not at this office), I was treated rather rudely and dismissively when I showed up here. The receptionist was shocked that I had arrived, kept stressing that I should have called instead of showing up (in fact, she said it so many times, that it got to the point where she was implying I was stupid for not doing so) and even refused to give me a pen to fill out paperwork to update my information. I felt so disrespected that I eventually volunteered to leave. I understand that you were busy and that the dentist(s) had no time in their schedules, but theres still a way to speak to people, and how the receptionist did it was not it. She might as well as told me to get out and that I was wasting her time with my presence. I dont know what her problem was, but I hope that if I should come back that she has an attitude adjustment or not be there for the day.

Nate Hartrich My family and I have have been clients of Moore family dental for 10 plus years. They are honest and tell you what’s needed and what’s not. Many dentists try to upsell you on procedures that aren’t needed. All the employees are nothing but nice and treat you with respect. Jaclyn is an amazing dental hygienist and Dr. Moore makes you feel like family. They explain everything, so you know what’s going on in your mouth. My children now enjoy the dentist and taking care of their teeth. Highly recommend for you and your family!

Ashley Matte The Orchard Park office is only looking for your money, and will not return phone calls so that they can charge you for a missed visit, though they are booked way out and have a list of patients waiting for cleanings. Would not recommend.

Frank Kolbmann I dont know how this Branch stays in business. I came in for rework on a tooth because the first job they did did nothing and as I come in today to get rework done they didnt do work. They just pawned it off as needing a root canal and then told me I needed another root canal on the right hand side when I have absolutely no symptoms. And that doesnt even get into the customer service aspect. When I told them I was hard of hearing and cant understand them with those masks on. The one lady took the mask off and it was absolutely no problem understanding her and the dentist was treating me Weird because I asked to be able to understand her. Summary of this visit was it was a complete waste of time they pawned off The first and this visit as needing a root canal. And they were trying to sell me on another root canal. Dad, in my opinion I dont even need because theres no symptoms whatsoever. And thats just this tooth and this visit.

Andy Perrigo Billing dept has threatened to send me to delinquency twice in the past couple years once for a bill that was paid for by insurance. This time for a balance I paid out of pocket on time. Ive also received 30 statements going back 5 years recently for no apparent reason. Dont waste your time. I finally called it quits with this place and now I have to deal with this delinquency letter. I have a perfect credit score.
