Shannon McCune I love them there! Some of the sweetest people. I’m always happy when I leave! I bring my children for gel polish and they love it too! If I break a nail they do not charge me to fix it and they have even given little gifts on holidays! If you have a bad experience there approach them and they would gladly help to make it right. I could not say enough good about the services but even more about the people!

Kaitlyn Crist My sister my two girls and I went there to get nails put on, they dont speak English well so explaining anything to them is nonexistant. Our nails are all crooked and clumpy at the ends and I spent $43 on mine, $28 on my sisters and $5 on each of my girls. Never going back

Alexis Smith Paid $60 for small French ombré nails that were crooked so bad, left over acrylic hardened all over my fingers, half of the sides are missing acrylic. She rushed through it and the sides of my nails look like a 3 year old put fake ones on. Doesn’t include where the top of my nails are missing color!! And most of them are uneven ): the colors are pretty but that’s about it

Patricia Bragg Absolutely the best salon I have ever been to in all the years Ive gotten my nails done. The salon atmosphere was amazing, the staff was great (definitely had a few laughs) and they were very clean. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure my nails were exactly what I wanted. She took her time, was so bubbly warm, sweet and personal. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was just a walking $$ sign. shes the only person around here I will ever go to again. Hands down. 20/10 would definitely recommend.

kristin w Long time client of LA Nails here! I’ve gone here since I was a little girl, and there’s a good reason for it! I’ve never had a bad manicure, ever. Whether I come in with inspo pictures or simply let them freestyle, I’m always satisfied. Truly the kindest people, I just adore them. Plus it’s fair pricing given the longevity and quality of the set! I paid $50 for the design below. The chrome and the hand painted accent nails were extra, usually my sets are around $38-40, but we decided to go big this time and I LOVE them! Cute and classy, yet still festive, as it’s my Valentines Day set. Absolutely couldn’t recommend anywhere else!

annie bruce They rushed on my nails completely. They said they couldn’t do what i was asking for even though they most definitely could, they just didn’t wanna take the time to do so because they were suppose to be closing(I was the last in my group of friends to go). I agreed upon what they said they could do instead & it looks completely messy as well as way too thick. Both my pointer fingers are crooked as well. Also while I was watching what the one lady was doing on my nails she told me to stop watching her & to watch the tv… it was rude & unprofessional. I’m disappointed with how they look & will not be returning.

Kim did an amazing job on my nails - she was meticulous, creative, and made sure I was completely happy with the final result. But what really blew me away was Joannas work on my toes. She was absolute perfection! Her attention to detail and skill are unmatched. Ive never had a pedicure that felt so relaxing and looked so amazing afterwards. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I felt pampered throughout my visit. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for exceptional nail care. Angelina Michelle I brought my daughter to get a full set of acrylic. We were walk-ins. I didnt mind waiting however 2 ppl came in after us. One with an appointment one without. I heard them be asked as well as their reply. The one that did not have an appointment was sat right down and her nails began getting attention. My daughter and I were still waiting there. Mind you, we had already waited over a half hour in the front of the building and then we were moved to another chair to wait again at which point we decided to just leave and took our business elsewhere. I was highly unimpressed with their customer service. After waiting from 4-5:30 my daughter and I left without having anything done.

TENNEIL STELMACK My daughter went in to get her nails done, and the finished product was absolutely awful. When she asked for them to be fixed, the owner refused and instead demanded that she pay $60 for the poor service. She left and immediately went to Lux Salon, where they were able to fix her nails for just $20. Its disappointing that such an unprofessional attitude was shown, especially when the work was clearly subpar.

Kaleigh Milliman We arrived at 1:42 for our 1:45 appointment. We were scheduled for a fill and a full set. They sat me right away. The one girl couldn’t tell that I had pink acrylic on and filled all the way down to my actual nail. You would think they would be able to tell the difference between gel paint and pink acrylic. Two of my nails broke because she filed them down so thin. Which I got charged for one of them. My friend got a full set they didn’t even sit her till an hour later. Another appointment came in and the workers all rushed over to them. Leaving us to sit longer. The other appointment was finished and left before us. My end results for my nails were bumpy and didn’t look good. I was there well over what I should have been I wasn’t about to sit and wait another few hours for them to be fixed. I will definitely not be going back and I will be sticking with my original nail place figured I’d give this place a try but was disappointed. It shouldn’t take as long as it did to get a full set and a fill. We left at about 3:10. Also some of the employees were not friendly at all.

Lynda Harp I am obsessed with my nails!!! Kara or kiera (im sorry if i messed that up lol) was amazing! I made an appointment for 5 and was done and in my car in 45 minutes. She did an amazing job and has such a great attitude! Shes a keeper! True jewel at this salon! Ive only been here twice but both times I left satisfied and just because of her ill definitely be coming back!!!! Thank you!!

Toy Pup Ranch Edit- I had to change my rating due to the nails just not lasting. 2 nails have already popped off and 3rd is about ready to come off too. Which really sucks since I liked these nails and I paid $90 plus a tip. I was a walk in and they were able to get me started right away. The lady that did my nails was nice and she did a great job. Also she was gentle with my hands.

James ReaperGuyver They suck now! I made an appointment for a pedicure a week in advance. They made me sit and wait an hour to even put me in a pedicure chair. I sat 10 more minutes in lukewarm water. They rushed my pedicure after making me wait 1 hour and 29 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The old guy that used to do my pedicures well is gone. Terrible waste of money and time. Had to schedule a pedicure in falconer at vnails to get it fixed. Never going back.

FoxxiFine Usually not a bad place to go, but this time was the last time Ill be going. They rushed my appointment and only did 1 coat of polish though I request another coat I was told no with attitude. Even though its the color I had gotten there before and the other workers do 2 coats it just looks and holds up way nicer with 2 coats of polish. I was rushed in and out without any customer care. No cuticle oil or anything just a annoyed bye. Idk what their issue is but if you dont care about your customers then I will not be paying you for my once a month nail service. Its rude and ridiculous. Dont bother with these people save your money and find a nail tech that listens to you and appreciates you because you wont get it here.

Stevi Platzer Did a fantastic job they fit me right in which is awesome usually you have to wait at any good nail place. I got a gel pedicure the girl who did it was really friendly very talkative and very nice she was gentle told her to pick out a car to pick out a good color overall I would recommend it to anybody for gel pedicure with only $45 and I got it done in less than a half-hour In-N-Out

K Madi did my hair yesterday and Im absolutely in love with it ! She managed to remove all my old color and give me the hair color of my dreams ❤️ shes super kind and did an amazing job. I highly recommend her for the best hair experience ✨

Jessica Emhardt Awful job! A new girl did my nails so I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but my nails looked sloppy and after 1 week they looked horrible! I had a new dip set and paid $45. Really disappointed! I know the young girl was new, but she also had zero table manners and very unprofessional.

Kelly Drago Amatuzzo They were so sweet with my daughter who loved gettin her mani/pedi and were great with me too. Its clean and has lots of options. They get busy at times so i think it helps to call ahead but they were able to get us both in right away and had everything ready for us when we arrived.

Grace Lizel did great with my wedding nails. the shape is perfect and she was so quick. also got a pedicure from someone I didn’t get the name of but she did a great job as well

Danielle Gordon Absolutely loving Model Nails! The Salon is beautiful and the service is excellent. This is my third time going there since they opened and I couldn’t be happier. I go to Celine, who is incredibly nice and very accommodating and she is very good at what she does, I’ve never had anyone do my nails as good as her and I am really loving the cat eye colors which they have a VERY large selection of. Highly recommend!!!

Aleyna Oksuz Been coming here for YEARS and Thuy never ever disappoints! I believe I discovered Model Nails when I was 18 and I am now 24 still going to Thuy! She is so warm and sweet, will give you suggestions if you need or help you decide if you’re debating like I am the most time between color and designs. Everyone else is incredibly talented and great, but Thuy never ever fails and always makes sure I am leaving with a smile on my face and a perfect manicure exactly how I want it. Their remodel is absolutely INSANE and beautiful, very well deserved and earned! It is the only nail salon I will go to and Thuy is the only Nail Stylist I go to! Wont disappoint

Emilianna Schneider Not the one to leave negative reviews, but I couldn’t let my experience this past weekend go unnoticed. The spa itself has a great atmosphere very clean & well kept and in addition the owner is very kind. Writing about my experience, me and a friend of mine had getting blowouts by a young stylist. Due to the texture of my hair, I asked for some extra curls to be thrown in because my hair does not sustain a blowout, The curls were already falling out by the time I had left. My friends “blow out” Left her hair pin straight with little to no volume. This left us both having to rush to style our hair, before our event. Also, not to mention, the lack of experience from the young stylist left my scalp Burnt due to the high heat during the blow dry (see attached photo). The pricing between long and short hair is unfair, and if you are going to charge the same prices for each service the stylus performing the service should be more experienced.

Kevin Clor For Jennifer Leigh Mariano. Amazing massage. I am normally very picky about massage therapist and certainly ones that are going to do a more therapeutic type of massage. I can say honestly, this was the best therapeutic massage I’ve ever received and I will be booking consistently with her for two weeks at a time.

Nichole Olvey We read all of the reviews and being they were all very good, we decided to give them a try. My design was simple, but still somehow not simple enough as it wasnt done to my request. My friend also wanted a very simple design, she told the man doing her nails multiple times what she wanted, and he said "yeah yeah" but did not do anything even close to what was asked for. Upon coming home, and looking at my nails, every single nail is filed to lean, crooked, uneven, etc. Theyre not cut to match lengths and the polish either didnt fully cure (which I told the man several times it felt sticky and he told me its supposed to). I will not be a returning customer to this salon.
