Java Music I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The salon itself is clean, modern, and well-organized, making for a very comfortable atmosphere. I opted for a manicure and pedicure, and the technician was very professional, paying attention to every detail. My nails look perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The prices are reasonable for the quality of service provided. I will definitely be coming back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch nail care!

Abigail Lyn Hubbard First time going here--communication is a little rocky due to language barrier. I got a full set and pedicure and am overall satisfied. I had wanted a gold line separating my purple tip but it was lost in translation; still did a great job though. I was just looking through some of the other reviews and did not have the same experience that some of the other unfortunate people did-- I wouldnt have left the salon until it was made right personally but thats just me. One other person mentioned that there were a lot of workers in there Just kind of monitoring and watching which is a little strange and off putting. Maybe training? Either way, I left happy.

Marissa Heannings The nail tech messed up so many times she had to switch with someone else. The second person was so rough on my cuticle. They didnt use the color I wanted for my accent so I told them to take off the accent, they did partially and sealed the left over paint with the top coat! After 1.5 hours at the salon I left with nail polish on my finger and paid full price. Some nails are too think and some are too tho, visible a different color from the others. They also cut my nails far shorter than I wanted, she didnt ask or understand. So upset.

Laura Had an amazing experience getting a pedicure from Patricia. She was so thorough & meticulous my toes have never looked better. She took her time, was very sweet, told me about other pedicures they offer which I will definitely try in the future. My new place to go to pamper myself in a very relaxing environment.

Fran Acuña-Almiron Went here for the first time almost a month ago and I believe I had Maria as my nail tech. She was AWESOME. She did an amazing job on my gel manicure and not a chip in sight after 3 weeks! Very efficient but lovely work. Definitely coming back.

Amanda Khaloo Love getting my nails done here. My go to girl is Cece. She always does such a wonderful job with my nails. Whatever designs I show her that I, want she does them and does them so nicely. Finally have that go to nail tech!

MS POSITIVE Vibes I got a acrylic on my own nails on Tuesday and now its Thursday in 2 days my nails did not look good it look like 2 week old nail. I went to speak to the manager she said there is nothing she can do. I do not recommend this place spend your money somewhere else side note the do amazing design. They are only nice when getting your money.

Nicole Kurzdorfer I used to really love this place but they’ve gone down hill! Ace did my nails and other than the paint job, they’re pretty awful and sloppy. They are crooked and uneven. I had to file them myself when I got home. The are very lumpy and all different thicknesses. The uv light is WAY too hot!! I had to keep taking my hands out because it was literally burning my finger tips. My daughter’s fingers are all cut up. Her cuticles were nipped multiple times and one was so bad she needed a band aid in the car. I have reached out to them and they don’t seem to care! When it costs me $189, I shouldnt have to fix them myself when I get home!! We were also there for TWO hours. For how long it took it shouldn’t have been so sloppy.

Mia Calandra I got my nails done today and I love them, Ace did my prep and was super smooth I didn’t mind anything, Andy did my nails. He was super sweet but the pink glob stuff he used my my nails look a little weird. And my nails look a bit see through but I still love them! And I wish there was an option for the massage because it felt good but I did not really want it. But over all 100000000000000 stars

Emma Wittenzellner The man who did my daughters nails(she is 4) did amazing and was incredibly friendly, sat on the floor so she could stay close to momma and made silly faces❤️. The man who did my nails( I believe James) , a fill with gel polish, rushed through, without taking time to smooth them out all the way and didn’t get a new clear coat when his was running empty. Disgusted that I paid for this.

MONDAY I CALLED AND REPEATED 4 PEOPLE SPA PEDICURE 11 ….WILL YOU HAVE ENOUGH LADIES……THE LADY SAID YES NO PROBLEM…AGAIN 3 LADIES AND THEY DO NOT SAY ANYTHING UNTIL WE ALL HAVE OUR FEET IN THE WATER….ONE OF US HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THEY WERE DONE WITH THE OTHER 3 ….I AM SORRY I DO LOVE THIS NAIL SALON ….BUT ON WEEKENDS HAVE MORE LADIES….HOPEFULLY THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN …..WE BEEN GOING TO THIS SALON FOR YEARS

Abby LaRose Took my daughter for her first pedicure, and my first in almost 4 years. They were very good with her and made it a pleasant experience. The girls paid attention to detail and didnt rush through it either. We will be back :) Update: Went back again. Still fantastic!

Amy The nails were lumpy and not at all what I asked for. They were uneven and one snapped in half after a week. The rest started popping off one by one I asked for stiletto nails with black and gold. The man that did my nails was sweet though, so nice I couldnt tell him I didnt like them

Larissa Brown Went in today with my sister as walks ins. Everything was very clean and had beautiful decor. I had one of the ladies there I did not catch her name, she was sweet and kept asking if it looked good or how I wanted like for the shape, then when she started the design. She did amazing, I will definitely be going back! I wish I could post a picture of what I wanted vs what I got bc she made it look exactly like the picture!

Joni Price I was charged $15 for a “glitter” gel polish I understand there’s an up-charge for gel but now up-charging for the color my pedicure was $45 but because I got a certain color it was $60 VERY RUDE and I wasn’t made aware of this

Lorraine Hicks FILTHY!! I went for just a regular pedicure and manicure. My nails smudged before I even left the place, he tacked on another $10 for the color I chose without informing me that it was going to be extra. He tried fixing the smudges, not a good job. Then two days later one of layers of the nail polish peeled off. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VERY DIRTY!

Tabitha Bolster Went in yesterday to get a pedicure. Within a few hours of getting home, the polish started to come off. I went back in today to get it fixed and they told me there would be a $10.00 charge to fix it. Needless to say, I left without getting it fixed. Will never go to this establishment again.

Caitlyn Besaw Normally Im a dip girly I went in asked for a full set went where I was directed. Somehow ended up with poorly shaped short short acrylics with gel polish just for a black tip the design was great but the acrylic never went all the way down on the nail I left it looked like they lifted and I had re growth five minutes after leaving and they were 20 more then my dip that gets removed and replaced my dip last a month these didnt last 6 days

Sheila Hyppolite-Francis The worst service by an older asian lady. She was so aggressive when doing my pedicure. My gel manicure chipped the next day. They was speaking their language and I told the owner I was uncomfortable with her and he apologized for her behavior. But she continued to do my feet. Ugghhh! Nevvveeerrrr aggggaaiinnnnn. The worst customer service.

Kate C Absolutely love this spa! The service is top-notch, and every visit is a relaxing experience. Harley always does an amazing job with my nails—they’re shaped perfectly every time, and my gel manicure stays flawless for a full three weeks without chipping. Emma is a facial and eyebrow threading expert. She takes her time and ensures my skin is glowing and my brows are perfectly shaped. The entire team is professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. I leave each visit feeling pampered and relaxed. Five stars all the way!

Carly Kennedy I’ve visited the spa 2x in the last month. A couple weeks ago for a prenatal massage and again today for the spa mani/pedi. 5 stars all around for both services! They were great to work with for working me into their busy schedule and once I got in, the environment was very relaxing and calming. Everyone from the front desk to the 2 different women that performed the services were very personable and kind!

Russell Lamour For over a year now Ive been trying to get in there for a massage but its always booked so I got put on a cancel list, which they called and scheduled me for today. I went in happy and came out upset about it all. The lady that was massaging me had no strength to her at all. I had to continue and letting her know that she can go harder and deeper(PAUSE) throughout the massage but she never did. Then after 60min which felt like 45min she had told me that time was up. I got dressed and opened the door to walk out of the room and she brought me some water then said to drink plenty of water today cause she went pretty deep and I would be feeling very sore.. which is not the case at all because if she calls what she did was pretty deep I dont know what more to say. So then I head over to the front desk to ask if they needed anything for me. And the women at the front desk tells me that they changed their 60min price($75) to now $90. Why couldnt they have told me this awhile ago while I have been trying to get in there for a massage? She tells me it would be $90 for today. I then said that It was a 90min gift card that I had which she saw on her computer then said Id have to pay the remaining $15 which I did. But I had a 90min gift card tho which wouldve, shouldve been more then $75 on the gift card. So I just paid the $15 and left. I am never, ever going there for a massage again.

Volquez Family First time at New Style Nails and Spa yesterday since my nail technician is on vacation. I figured reviews werent as bad compared to others in the area. I called, and the phone service was polite and prompt. I showed up needing a spa pedicure and a builders gel fill on my natural 3/4" long almond shape natural nails - both w/ clear gel finish. Lisa did my Lavander Spa Pedicure. Shes been there for about a month or so; however, she has worked in the field for over a year. She was able to communicate in English, was sweet and attentive, and seemed to have a good eye for detail. Unfortunately, that was not the case, although I know she gave it her best. As shown in the pictures I shared, treatment of the cuticles was done poorly. Theres more cleaning that was needed before applying the polish. Once the gel was applied, some of it was applied over the cuticle, and that can potentially damage my nail underneath and peel off. Not to mention, eliminating a defined line from the cuticle to where the nail begins. Then we moved to my hands. The gentleman who serviced me smokes, and that was obvious, the moment we sat across each other, making the experience disgusting from the beginning. I had severe lifting in some of the nails, so he proceeded to remove all the lifted gel in order to prep the nails for a new coat. Well, let me tell you how he ripped one of my natural nails in its entirety! I mean, clumsy and rough and just out of focus. I walked in that salon with 10 healthy natural nails and walked out with a fake plastic tip. I could have ripped his face off at that moment. Im literally telling this guy to be careful and to remove the lifted gel from both sides evenly when I see my entire nail, just lift and go with the gel. No apology, no regard, no shame, just $10 for a plastic tip nail. To say the least, he couldnt even fit the tip properly onto my nail plate (middle finger, right hands), leaving a gap between my cuticle, the nail bed, and the plastic tip. Its the most hideous nail job I have gotten in a long time. Cuticles were not treated at all in the manicure. Not a buff or cleaning, nothing. In fact, one of the pictures shows stuff still on my cuticles. The lifting on some of the nails was not addressed. You can see dirt and build it underneath some of the nails. Filing is uneven, and some nails have excessive amounts of product. Not to mention, some of the gel is, once again, on the cuticles. It was a total of $140 ($20 tip for Lisa, $10 tip for the manager, and $110 for the services). I was so, so disappointed, frustrated, and still had to return because they forgot to put polish on one of my thumb nails. I mean, I can go on and on about this place. At the very end, I had to ask the guy to stop filing my nails, or he was going to ruin them beyond repair. Overall, they mean well and have potential, but the attention to detail is beyond anything Ive ever seen. I walked into that place with long, beautiful, natural nails that had been perfectly manicured for months only for these people to butcher my hands and end up with a fake nail.

Maitê Weinberger Been going to this place for over a year. Never had an issue, I always get my nails done with Jason. Last time he sent me over to a different person and a day after I got the manicure I got the most horrible infection on my fingernail. I went over to Jason to explain what happened and was totally ignored. He looked at it and didn’t seem too phased by the sight of my finger, kept working as if I wasn’t there anymore. I left and will never go back. After this incident, I discovered other people who also got infections from their lack of hygiene at the salon. I don’t wish this pain upon anyone. It’s been a week and I have a long way to go until it heals.
