Sara Cole Very nice Doctors and Hygienists! I have never had a tooth pulled before and expressed this concern to Dr. Gardner and he was very patient with me and explained everything in detail, I healed fully and had no problems. I also had a cleaning done by a great hygienist and me teeth felt so clean and noticeably whiter after. Very happy overall!

Hillary I’ve been dealing with this place for years now. The care I had received was good up until Dr. Frankie retired. When he left, they had two dentists hired who both seemed to have no clue not only about correctly performing dental procedures, but also about professionalism. My filled cavity was left with jagged margins that would cut dental floss, and this same tooth ached for days after it was filled. I phoned telling the office I was in pain, and they said it was likely an infection. I was given antibiotics which seemed to help the issue for about 10-14 days and then the pain returned. X-rays were taken and I was told the recently filled tooth was likely broken. I was then given a referral for an oral surgeon and told I would have to pay the fee to have it removed. Instead, I got a second opinion elsewhere. I had the tooth re-filled properly and told it did not appear to be broken, just incorrectly repaired. I have since had no issue with it. I have also had my crown re-cemented in by one of these two newer dentists at the Community Health Center and when she placed it, there was a large gap left open. Her solution was to place some white cement (or whatever it was) to fill it. It looked awful and eventually this chipped away to reveal the large gap. Over time, food had gotten in this gap and created a cavity on the tooth underneath. I had contacted the practicing manager regarding this and have since been told that I will not have money taken off of my bill because “their dentists followed procedure” and are not at fault. So since then I have had to pay out of pocket for two new sets of X-rays and another new crown to be placed which is over $2,000. And they’ve stopped returning my phone calls. I don’t recommend going to this place! They’re unprofessional and do awful dental work!
