G P They are clean, professional and accommodating. The 1st time I scheduled an appointment, the technician, Ann was amazing! That has never happened before! Usually, the 1st time at a nail salon, you try a few before you are happy and stick with your forever person. Not here! Everyone is incredible and I noticed this b/c every technician was someones forever person!

Alberina Hoti It seems a little pricey for something that only lasted me less than one week! As I was getting my gel manicure done one of the male staff members was complaining the whole time saying “how hard it was for him to do French tip with blue color”. Continuously kept complaining, whether it was a joke or not, it is unprofessional. Got them done for vaca and didn’t even last a week. I have gotten gel pedicures there a few times before and never had any issues.

Erica Macias Love this place! They are so professional. I went to get a full nail set of acrylic nail at a different location and they really messed up my nails. I came here to grace nails and they professionally fix all my issues. The pedicure spa was super relaxing. They definitely have me as a loyal customer from now on.

Amanda Mancuso Daniela did my nails - UV gel full set with gel polish and a gel pedicure with calluses removal. Daniela did an amazing job and I will be returning to do my nails with her. She is incredibly talented and extremely sweet with patience. I’m 36 weeks pregnant and she was so kind when I needed a second to breathe.

Caroline Cooke I have been going to Diana Nails since she opened her salon. Prior to opening her own salon I went to her at the salon she worked at before. She is an amazing nail artist. She is professional, friendly, and knows how to run her business. Her salon is very clean and sanitary. I make my appointments for SNS nails and pedicure at the same visit. I may be there awhile but I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I recommend her nail salon very highly. Thank you Diana for always doing a great job. If there was 100 star review I would give her 100.

Michael Garcia This is the second time I come here. My girlfriend comes here often and she introduced me to this place. I have to tell you that the service here is great. Jessica Forehand I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years. I came here for a pedicure, really liked the job they did so came back for my acrylics. Ive never seen the product that they used before- even my nail tech after was like what is this?!? The girl argued with me about the color I WANTED saying its not really a good color for french?? Then proceeded to change the color to a gel goup because i wanted a french design. Took two hours for a fill and I asked them to not even do the designs i had originally asked for because i just wanted to leave. Super disappointed

terri jacopino Over charged for terrible manicure and pedicure today. Tech was horrible and unexperienced. They wouldnt put on air conditioner. It was warm as hell in there. I ended up just getting clear polish and left. Paid 51.00 for terrible manicure and pedi. I told her she was overcharging me. Cindy didnt care. Beware of this place

Devon Struzzieri My favorite nail place around, Ive gone to just about every other nail place in Kent/Carmel area and this place is definitely the only one worth going back to. My last set of nails lasted for 4 weeks! Of course they were grown out by then but not one broke! My nails always look beautiful never like I could have done them at home. Absolutely love this place. &very friendly and accommodating staff. They always fit me in and they always make it an enjoy time.

Felicia Fisher The woman was angry that my left arm and hand are not usable. She refused to come around so she could reach and just hacked off the nails, pretended to file and left me with sharp edges that hurt. She stopped working with me to do a quick wax on someone without saying anything to me. I have been there 3 times, 1 was good.

Sharon Spencer Gel manicure done right! Sunny took her time and really showed her expertise with a simple gel manicure. Overall they are a little pricey but there is no pressure to get services that you do not want and they have a full service spa with facials, pedicures, body work etc. I highly recommend.

Kayla Rivalsi Sunny did my full gel extension set and i’ve been going to her for fills for the past few months, they hold up so well and she does amazing work every time! The shape is always perfect. 10/10 definitely recommend her and this shop.

Carla Delfino I took my daughter in to get her nails done with sns and tips. They talked her into doing gel polish. She was worried they would pop off and the woman doing her nails said that it would stay on very well. They glued the tips on and painted her nails. My daughter asked The woman doing her nails to fix one because it was going to pop off and she said "no its very strong" and proceded to do her nails. She charged us 85 dollars and one day later one of her nails already popped off and was flimsy and not even stronger than a press on. I got a pedicure and it was fine. Their clean and nice but the nails only lasted one day.

Rebecca Plotkin Went here for the first time and had a lovely experience. The ladies that work there are absolutely lovely. Joanne knew exactly how to do my nails and did a fabulous job. They had a million colors to choose from and went out of their way to make sure I liked my nails. Such a beautiful storefront. Great vibe inside. Will definitely be a regular customer here from now on.

Jenise Medina Ive been here 3 times, each time Ive had a different nail tech and each time I am impressed. I just moved here from the city and sadly had to leave my nail tech of more than 5 years. I was stressed!! IYKYK!! These ladies do not miss and I am sooo glad I found my new nail salon. This set was done by Joanna.

Virginia DeFeo Love, love this place! Layla’s is the only local place I’ve found to do GelX and they do fabulous nail art. I’ve been a few times now and my nails come out beautiful every time. They have everything to do whatever on-trend design/style you want, and the techs take their time doing a nice job. The girls are all very sweet and the salon is clean and decorated so cute. It’s also really convenient you can book online with the app. I’m very happy to have found this spot!

Joanne Mckenzie I wanted this to be my place , it’s clean, cool and up to date. But pedicure was ridiculous, actually it was the worst I’ve had in 30 years. If not for a decent paint job I would have complained and I’ve never done that ever!

Maddie D I am here every 2 weeks for a manicure. I get powder and it always lasts. The staff are the main reason I come beside that. I always get my nails done by Wendy and shes the best. The other staff are so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone in the area!

Jessica Cardona Good Service, my pedicure came out cute and I will be returning. I only gave 4 stars because I didnt have a manicure or special pedicure of which to rate a full 5 stars. But Jason did a great job and I left happy. The pedicure was not rushed and the massage light, so if youre looking for a strong massage, Jason may not be the pedicurist for you.

bruhitspaci playz I’ve been going to DD since I was a sophomore in high school, I am now a freshman in college. I’ve been religiously going to this nail salon, never been to another since I started going here. Wendy does my nails 99% of the time and they are always fantastic. There have been times when the other staff has done my nails and they are always great! Very clean, very relaxing, all the staff are very attentive. Wendy really makes you feel like you’re family. I always get longer nails so they may break sometimes but it’s due to my job, not the quality. They are very understanding and accommodating when my nails do break and have no problem fixing it for me. The prices are very fair, I’ve never had an issue with the pricing. I love the location because it’s nice to get a coffee at the Dunkin in the same plaza before you get your nails done. I’m not a pedicure person… but i did get my toes done for my senior prom and I wasn’t disappointed. The gel pedicure lasted for an appropriate amount of time. All the staff is very sweet and always spark up a great conversation with me. I 100% recommend this place. I’ve been a loyal customer for so long because of the good quality, atmosphere, cleanliness, and great customer service, I would never go to another salon.

Jeanette Boyer I usually go to this salon and get my nails done. Usually simple things, but they always come out great. Yesterday evening I went and asked for a french ombre, and they are nothing like the picture I showed them or even ombré in general. They unfortunately look like over growth of my nail by the way the pink color was placed. The white wasn’t blended properly. And it wasn’t cheap either. Not to mention the lady who did my nails did not seem happy to even have me as her customer, shook my fingers a few times out of frustration because I was “too tense” at times. I didn’t appreciate feeling uncomfortable for the hour I was there.

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos I walked in here in the evening on the eighth of a holiday and Jennifer did an excellent job, giving me a French manicure with the silver line. She was fast and efficient. All the ladies here was very courteous and accommodating, and I will be back again. I highly recommend why don’t we stick

Sabrina Zanetti I went in for a UV gel manicure. I left with the green manicure pictured, my nails were lumpy and very thick. I asked for almond shape- which I usually get at my normal salon… they tried to charge me an extra $10, ridiculous! I was not happy with my nails once I left so I called back the next day and asked to come in to fix the thickness and lumpiness. When I arrived at the salon they were extremely rude to me. I normally do not complain in these type of situation, but I saw their sign posted that said, “if you like our services please tell your friends and family, if you don’t like our services please let us know”. So I did. The lady who sits next to the owner did my nails and she tried to tell me this is how UV gel is suppose to look, after going back and forth she then tells me my nails are going to be too thin and if they break don’t come back here. After I left I noticed she didn’t even take off all the reminding green polish from before. She was awful and so rude I will be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t come here! Terrible experience.

Jeanette boyer This place is the best. The people are so kind and welcoming. I go here all the time with my daughter and they also treat her like a Princess. I’m not good with appointments, but they always help me out in last minute situations. Yesterday I showed up a half hour to closing, they did my toes and my nails quickly, but so beautiful. Lisa did my nails and I am obsessed!

Melanie Armer This is easily the best nail salon for 20 miles in any direction! The ladies here are so attentive to every detail and my nails come out perfect every single time! The prices are so reasonable and the location is easy to get to and the shop is incredibly clean! You might notice that a few years ago, I posted a wretched review for this location, in fact, I went to the wrong location and they did not correct me and they did in fact give me the worst manicure of my life unfortunately, I cannot remove that review, but I’ll just drop them as many five star reviews as I Canfrom here on out
