Amanda Naujoks My "shoulder length cut," doesnt even reach the end of my face. You cant take away someones glasses and then once you are totally finished give them back and ask "Is it too short?" You cant glue it back on. The place is lovely and the owner is nice, but I really couldnt see what was happening and was sadly shocked by the outcome.

Amy McKinley Tina is my stylist! She is personable, professional and knowledgeable in her profession. She relates to both of my children but especially my teen and that alone makes her stand out. My son is able to tell her what he wants and she delivers. My colors from Tina have come out perfect each time and exactly the way we plan without damage. She cuts your hair dry and I love it!! I recommend her to my friends and coworkers!

Peter Kellom I was a walk-in customer wanting a haircut and manicure. They were very accommodating fitting me into their schedule, and they did a great job.

sandra allaire Best place Ive found in Arca0de NY. Very friendly and great service, cuts and color. Love Casey, she knows her stuff. She listens to what you really want and performs. Ive never had anyone there that didnt deliver. Great pricing as well. Give them a try if you want the best.

Magdelynn Faust Ive chewed my nails my entire life, I had almost nonail bed. Thanks to Jenna and her actually caring about my nail health, I no longer nite my nails, my nail beds are flourishing and my nails look FABULOUS! Its a very chill, homey and kind atmosphere. I love having the time to "myself" when I step thru their doors!!

Cammille Kantowski Total unprofessional. They make it impossible to cancel an appointment. They then charge you because they set up the reminders so you can’t get back to them to cancel. Bus league at best!

Tanya Siddle I love this salon! Amazing staff, excellent service and modest pricing for the services offered! In this building they offer massage services as well as hair and nails. There is also a cute little coffee shop downstairs. Clean and professional business! Wonderful atmosphere and spend the perfect amount of time on you!

Cassandra Gee I went here to get my nails done for a wedding. Worker cut off all of my nails because I asked for square. She just needed to reshape them but instead cut them off completely. When painting them, she refused to let them dry all the way. The paint job was ruined within 10 minutes of them kicking me out because they were "done." They had me sit under a fan dryer for 25 minutes after my second coat. But they never let first coat dry. When I asked them to solve the problem, they said why bother it would only happen again because I wouldnt pay for gel. I paint my own nails at home with regular and have never had issues with drying or lasting. Again, I only went to get a cute design for a wedding, and they ruined it while charging me $35.

Holly Hughes The men there that do nails are awful. They dont care, ALWAYS trying to change my designs to fit them better. I pay good money and tip I should be able to get intricate designs, if you are a CERTIFIED nail tech it should be no problem. He said he could do until he cut my nails, told me he could no longer do it. I was so very excited to get the nail art, I left in tears. I wont be returning.

Nina Sanchez Did not get what I asked for. Was very unprofessional argued with about valid prices that they have written legally on the company paper. Let me start with a pedi is 45$ I asked the lady that was doing my friends pedicure if they did acrylic pedicures. She said yes, so when my employee came over to start my toes I asked if he could and he said no my toes where too small so I asked for just my big toe and he continued to say no. then I had a I had a full set of nails I had recently just gotten done but they were long and I just wanted them just down and painted. On the paper with all of their prices it said to cut down your nails was 8$ and I got French white tips painted on which is another 10-15$ however much they charge I don’t know exactly because they don’t have it on the paper and or they do not give you a receipt. My total came up to 95$ which I knew was not correct, so after I left and thought about it I called, and that’s when I was argued with and was not even able to get a sentence out without being interrupted. And to add to it all when you call tip top they have their phones on speaker so everyone in the salon heard this nail technician arguing with a young paying customer that they excessively over priced. Long story short will not being going back there!!! learned my lesson! The nails also have black dots all over the white tips and my gel polish was on my skin on my toes which led to the whole gel nail coming off!!

Jamie Best We came in for girls spa day. I got a facial with Gianna (sp?) and it was very lovely. She was so sweet and made sure that I had a great calm experience. I have some sensory issues and she was very accommodating. We also got some deluxe citrus pedicures that were also delightful. The massage chairs they have in their new room in the back are the fanciest I have ever seen. Very relaxing and the rest of the staff was so sweet to us the whole time. We were there for some hours and they gave us some snacks and water. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a lovely day or just a service.

Momma Hattie I just got home from the wonderful experience at An Nails and Spa. Christina was my nail technician and she was not only super personable and a joy to speak with, she also did a marvelous job on my mani/pedi. I have tried a few different places over the years and this is the first time I walked out knowing I will be back. The entire staff is wonderful and they treat all their customers as a priority. The entire place is clean and well maintained. You can tell that the employees enjoy being there and take pride in their work. Thank you for the incredible experience.

Timbo LeClerc Small town business that has a small town experience. The store itself has a very comprehensive amount of hardware to help you get your projects done. All the workers are hard working and do their best to help you with your HVAC needs. Would definitely recommend.

Clayton Williams I like mom & pop stores! Vail hardware is a great little hardware shop with a great selection, I have to say. I break a lot of stuff so if I need some glass cut or some custom duct work made. I go to Vail in Little valley. Always nice to me & there happy to help. If I dont have to go to a "Big Box Store" Im happy! People Supporting People!

Bench Rider Im from Cleveland and have a cabin nearby. These guys are great. They have a great inventory and are very helpful in getting you out the door quickly. They even deliver larger orders. Plus, they are dog friendly.

John Bronneberg The guys helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Even offered advice for what I was working on. Didnt waist my time trying to sell me stuff I didnt need.

Shawn DeHos THE BEST day spa I have ever been to and the BEST massage I have ever had. The staff from checking in with the receptionist, my masseuse, and the rest of the staff I encountered are second to none. Everyone was extremely accommodating, kind and professional. I recommend them 1000% and surely will be using their services regularly. I cant wait to make my next appointment!

Alyssa Gluck Please do not expect to receive a massage or a good interaction with the employees here. Our trip to holiday valley was planned months in advance, including a massage for our mom. The day of the massage, actually an hour before, we were informed the appointment was cancelled. Which is ironic, because they ignored their own 24 hour cancellation policy! Emily, the unfortunate owner of this spa, did absolutely nothing to compensate for their mistake, after we drove 6 hours to be here. She was incredibly unhelpful and rude over the phone, and disagreed that it was her responsibly to try to accommodate for her employee calling in sick. We received no compensation, no apologies, only an argument over the phone due to her negative attitude about the situation she needed to handle. The skiing is great, Emily and her spa is not. Beware!

Tricia Mezhir My favorite place to be. I can always count on impeccable service when I’m at the Oasis. The mani pedi is a staple and sure to please, but I highly recommend their facials and massages if you want to leave feeling like a totally pampered person. I highly recommend the Oasis…. you will simply enjoy from the moment you walk in the door.
