Basil Storm My mom was on the waitlist for this place because she’s been very stressed out lately. Yesterday night they called and offered her an appointment due to a cancellation, which she took. She was extremely excited about it. Today she arrived for her appointment and was told that the man from yesterday didn’t put her in the books, so they gave her appointment away to someone else. Very unreliable place.

Christine Devers Love the team at the Hand and Stone in New City. Brandy gives thee best facials. James the manager is awesome and gives amazing massages. Every person i have encountered at this location exceeds expectations and I have high expectations. They have great BOGO gift cards specials. Meaghan Paisley I used to be a member of this Hand and Stone many years ago. I went in for a facial today as a non member. I went on their website, chose the services that I wanted and booked online. I went for the facial and I paid and then I got a call later saying that they made a mistake in their computer and for some reason I was given member pricing? (Even though the pricing I got matched what they advertised online.). And that they charged my card on file for the difference. I can’t imagine how this is an appropriate business practice. Beware, they may charge you more than what you get quoted for online. Unfortunate for them because for $10 they lost a customer for life. I will not be going back to this location again. If you live in Rockland, I would suggest making the extra trip to the Allendale location. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

sara jacobi I had the most amazing experience with Ronit and can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. The space was serene, beautifully clean, and created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Ronit took the time to assess my skin’s needs and explained each step of the facial in a way that made me feel informed and confident in her expertise. The products used were high-quality and felt luxurious on my skin. After the treatment, my face looked so glowy and radiant and was noticeably more hydrated. After the facial, she took the time to recommend a homecare regimen, tailor made for my skin type, with her own products that I am already seeing amazing results with. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended her to several friends. If you’re looking for someone skilled, kind, and genuinely passionate about skincare, this is the place to go.

Ruchama Katz Just want to share my very positive experience with Ronit and her facility. I have had 3 customized facials and each time I so enjoyed the spa experience that came along with getting me to have clear skin. She has the loveliest classical music playing and pays attention to the smallest details in making sure you feel pampered and at peace. My skin irritations have drastically improved and I highly recommend visiting Ronit so she can address your personal needs and make a difference in the way you feel and look!

Friendly, someone who’s your skin advocate and cares about the type of treatment that is truly right for your skin, not just accepting what her client’s tell her to do. She’s done an a tremendous amount of research on the products she uses, so rest assured, you’re only getting a quality product, but one that’s well-thought out. Jocelyn Feuerstein Rachelle was amazing! If you’re looking to get an amazing facial and relax for an hour, run don’t walk! The business is located in a small home and the vibe is relaxing and a crystal clean environment. The treatment room is so cozy, with a heated bed and soft lights. The products used felt great and smelled clean and fresh. The facial was perfect and made my skin glow. Loved her professionalism, so friendly when she greets you which makes you feel comfortable, and then super quiet during the facial which allows you to unwind and just feel great! Highly recommend- the experience was great from start to finish!

She takes pride in her work and aims for the highest quality experience for her devoted clients, myself included. I cant recommend Avellino Esthetics enough!

Chai M I am writing this review on behalf of my mother (Arody) who was serviced by Anna on Wednesday 5/8. She did a lamination and tint and was very pleased with the service and outcome. After experiencing poor service elsewhere, it was refreshing to have her brows salvaged. Her eyebrows are the perfect shape and tint and she is just so happy!

Her work area is so clean and neat and shes so patient helping you pick out the perfect lashes. The process was painless and relaxing.
