3 /5 Jerron Madrid: I’m a sucker for a little things, good water pressure, good toilet paper, the original good hotel pillows!! If you also want those things spend the extra money somewhere else. Besides the little things this place is nice.

5 /5 Christy Hogue: This place is very clean and nice. The rooms look very nice and are very spacious. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful. No breakfast served here. There is a casino next door that has a restaurant in it and the restaurant will deliver to the hotel. It has a small gym that is open 24hrs

1 /5 H B: The rooms are nice but the staff is less than good. Im a diamond member that travels all over the country and honestly you get better service at econolodge than this place. The staff are lazy and will lie straight to your face. From the cleaning staff to management. I do not recommend this place unless you really love horses and casino. There are way better options. I suggest you try IHG holiday inn up the street. They treat you right.

3 /5 Chris J: Rooms were decent view was great towards the racetrack. The morning supervisor Jenny was amazing answered all my question and was very humble. I see why she’s a supervisor. However the afternoon front desk helper Ciera was very rude and seems like she’s just there for a paycheck. She wouldn’t even make eye contact which I find to be very unprofessional. Someone should have a long talk with her. That’s how you lose business and get a bad reputation. Guess anyone can get a job now a days. Would I recommend this hotel to my friends and family yes but would also advise them that they have a very unprofessional lazy worker in the front in the afternoon.
