A yoga class is offered for a fee.( Thursdays) Little to no wait for equipment. Quiet ( no loud music playing). Friendly staff.

Angela Marie Flores 30 minute hit has become part of my daily routine in my life and I can’t be more thankful enough for it. It has made me a stronger woman both mentally and physically. The trainers there are my hype girls, they continuously cheer us on to become a better version of ourselves. So if you need a kick start I highly recommend going to 30 minute hit! @30minitehit

Kate Knobloch My strength is coming back! As someone with chronic health conditions that affect my mobility I was nervous to try Pilates, especially remotely. It turned out to be just what my body needed, and Amy has helped me heal and regain my stability. I look forward to our sessions and working through where I am stuck. I finish feeling refreshed and strengthened, ready to take on my day. I am so thankful for her help and her attention to detail as I relearn what my posture should feel like.

Chris Swan Midland Gymnastics Training Center has very knowledgeable staff who encourage students of all ages to be their best. My daughter likes how friendly everyone is and she has learned a lot of new skills. I wish there wasnt so much staff turn around, though, because it makes it hard to know who your coach will be and it has caused changes in the practice schedules. However, all in all, it is a nice facility to practice at and learn how to grow as a team.

Danielle Eigsti Our son is in the tiny ninjas program at the Midland location and it has been nothing short of amazing. The coaches are very patient with the kids, but stern enough to ensure they’re following directions while having fun at the same time. The change that we have seen in our son from a focus and memory standpoint has been incredible, and I would recommend this program to any parent considering it.
