Michelle Gregory This is the slowest bank Ive ever been to. Waiting in line 30 or more minutes when I come in. People have places to be. They handle the cars before people waiting half an hour in line. I had to leave 2 days in a row then come back. Smh still waiting in a long slow line

Chelsey Suggs I love PNC Bank. I have been banking with them for about nine years now and have never had a problem with them. Pam- is wonderful and any kind of affidavit or fraud that I happen to have in my account during the holidays etc. she has always been a delight helping me get to the bottom of my problem. I also love that they have a machine to distribute debit cards on site which is such a relief in itself. I would suggest banking at PNC on the corner of Ecorse in Monroe in Taylor Michigan to any of my friends or family.

Mr. Nice Guy I went into this Bank and was attended by a cashier who was sick as a dog. Now I am sick also. Thank you 5th 3rd. Stay home when youre sick.

Kevin Layne I Had A Scary Situation with phone Scam ..needed Help , the (Relationship Banker) Ms Ewa Csizmadia Was a God Send she walked me through cancelling debit card / getting new one showed me that Comerica gives you discount on life lock credit protection. She also assisted with locking / unlocking My mobile banking APP. Cant Say enough Nice things about her and how helpful she was.

kristy shepherd I cant say enough great things about the Taylor location! Jennifer Bartos, the branch manager, is amazing. She really takes her time and listens to her customers. She made us feel like family! The banking center is so welcoming and friendly. I definitely recommend this banking center.

Dwayne Johnson My last visit to this branch was sad to say the least( March 2024 ) Every time I visit this bank to make a withdrawal from one of my accounts, I found myself waiting for an exssisive amount of time. Even when there is only one or two people in front of me. This is what happened during my last visit. One teller was servicing the drive-thru customers,while the other teller was slowly helping the walk in people like myself. I was told by the manager that the third teller was at the window working on an assignment instructed by her and was not waiting on the walk in customers.I was very boisterous about the lack of quicker service. I have not returned to this branch and have no intentions of going back. The incident was actually the status quo here. I have two accounts here,a CD and a mutual fund at this branch. Not customer friendly !!

D Miller I’m very happy with Flagstar Bank and the people that work there or so friendly and knowledge of all I know I will enjoy doing business through Flagstar Bank. There’s service his top notch and it’s a very personalized experience when dealing with them. Oh they greet you they’re friendly and they know you by name. That’s some thing that is just unheard of in this day and age.

Jim Walke Zach Toilolo and DFCU made the convoluted process of re-financing quick and easy. Zach was attentive to any change or bump in the process and managed to keep us in the loop while simultaneously smoothing things out for us. He had his eyes on the goal the entire time and treated us with professionalism, warmth and respect. [We even laughed a few times, and not hysterically.] This was a first rodeo for me, so having a loan officer who explained what was happening and then assisted with the execution of each step was a pleasant surprise. I doubt that a big bank would have been able to provide this level of personalized customer service. If you are in the market for a mortgage, I cannot recommend Zach (and DFCU) strongly enough.
