1 /5 matt edwards: After many years of banking here, I’ve become frustrated enough to make a review. They updated the interior, but got rid of the staff that provided a speedy visit. The wait has become an inconvenience. To the point where I need to schedule an hour of my day to bank here. Waiting 45 minutes to an hour at times is absolutely unacceptable. Watching the people pile up to the door and hearing the others in the lobby sigh and shuffle papers is embarrassing. Having 4 -6 employees running the place is unacceptable. Last trip I was being asked why i withdraw so much I explained I cannot wait like this so I withdraw more to avoid the hassle. I was then asked why I don’t use my debit as opposed to cash is absolutely ridiculous.

1 /5 Mariah Crawford: No regulars here, at this location. Cashed IRS check for $1 and got a scam call claiming to be working at the branch and needed me to come up to the West land branch location and needed Information exposing my credentials over the phone. which was the recipe. Employee was not there at the branch by the time I got to the credit union and she had no idea or no proof that any history of this transaction happen. Big disappointment. Which Im always told to never give out sensitive information over the phone that has my Bank account information on. I get alerts from ZEAL organization directly about scams regularly from Home branch.

1 /5 debbie cook: Slowest people working ever! No one cares there is a line of customers no one addressed us yet. Since the new mangement took over zeal has gone down! Time to find a new bank!

Angie, also offers great personable customer service! I felt welcomed and I thank these ladies for being here on Christmas Eve to assist others! Thank you!
