Sean Brady Been a member for 2 years now, and I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. The facilities are fantastic and offer something for everyone! Everything from the pool, down to the workout equipment and locker rooms is very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and management has always gone above and beyond to solve anything that’s arisen. There genuinely isn’t a better health club in the area!

jodi sue regan Thank goodness I found Julissa! She is an amazing instructor and person. She has made me love and appreciate pilates. She puts a lot of time and care into my sessions so they are specialized to my body and what I want to work on. Her advice and guidance have helped me tremendously with my practice and my health. I have worked out for many years and have never had an instructor that cares as much as she does. I cant recommend her enough. You will love her! Thank you for everything Julissa!

Owen Jorgensen The thing that stood out about Kirk during my time training with him is his attention to detail. You can tell he cares about his clients’ goals and wants to do everything he can to help them reach those goals. Outside of his knowledge for training and recovery, you can tell Kirk likes spending time with his clients and wants to make working out something they look forward to. If you are looking for a trainer who will make sure you are staying consistent, will push to get the best out of you, and also have some fun while you’re training, I would recommend Kirk.

Marina I recently joined Conquest Fitness, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The facility is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to support a variety of training needs. The staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely supportive, fostering a positive and motivating environment. Even the members contribute to the encouraging atmosphere, which speaks volumes about the gym’s culture. One standout feature for me is the on-site childcare, which makes it much easier to prioritize my fitness goals as a parent. The steam room is another added benefit that enhances the overall experience. Conquest Fitness truly sets the standard for athletic gyms in the area.

Devin Hauenstein Great community center will regularly hosted events for youth and community members. Nice gym and workout area as well.

Uri Sald Been here for about a year now and can definitely say it’s a great gym to learn striking and grappling. People sign up at all different levels of experience so whether you want to compete, make friends, or just get a good workout, you’ll find your space and people here. Coach Grey is also the nicest dude despite being a killer, so don’t hesitate to stop in. Only complaint I have is that I wish it would’ve opened five years sooner when I first moved into the area but that’s not their fault lol
