Jeffs attentiveness to my account is very refreshing compared to past advisors Ive dealt with. LifePlans staff is extremely competent, professional and friendly. What I truly love about LifePlan is that it is abundantly obvious that everyone there follows the Golden Rule, which is unfortunately hard to come by these days. Any continues to keep in contact to make sure everything is up to date and going well. Never had that with any other bank or Credit Union. Its nice to know that they actually care enough to send you an email to see how youre doing. Im so glad I joined this Credit Union I just wish I would have done it sooner.

Linda MacLennan My husband Ron recently went to the Shelby Twp Office to make three different payments. After leaving, he attempted to open his car but the key fob would not work. The three ladies at the branch all tried to assist as one even went out in the bitter cold to help! Finally, after a half hour, one of the ladies was able to get it to work for him. This brings customer service to a whole new level! The staff there is always friendly and professional!
