1 /5 Jules McClain: I have been using Treads and Care for my auto and tire service for over 10 years. Previously, I was very satisfied. Recently, I went in for service at 6:30 am, they open at 7:30 am. I was the second person there. When Mrs Tracie Lacour, one of the owners, started writing the service orders, the first guy didnt wait around. He left his truck and rode off on a bike. I decided to wait for my service. When they started taking cars in, I noticed several vehicles that had arrived after me. Going ahead of mines. I asked Mrs Lacour about this. She angrily shouted, "dont tell me how to run my business". I told her what I was seeing wasnt adding up. She gave me my keys back and told me to go elsewhere. She shouted me out of the building all the way to the parking lot. I was surprised, hurt, and insulted. I called Mr Ovide Lacour the next morning to tell him about my experience. He never returned my call. I spent lots of money with this business over the years and Ive referred lots of customers. I will do my business elsewhere from now on.
